The first water outlet 211 is provided on the bottom wall of the first dissolving chamber 21, and water of the first dissolving chamber 21 flows out through the first water outlet 211. Thus, when the washing machine washes, water enters the water inlet box 1 from the water inlet 11, flows to the first dissolution cavity 21 through the first water outlet 12 to impact the detergent in the first dissolution cavity 21, flows to the second dissolution cavity 22 through the second water outlet 13, the water part of the second dissolution cavity 22 is directed to the impeller 3 through the water outlet 16 to push the impeller 3 to rotate, and further agitates the detergent in the first dissolution cavity 21, part of the water in the second dissolution cavity 22 is flushed into the first dissolution cavity 21 through the first water outlet 211 to impact the detergent in the first dissolution cavity 21 from the bottom of the first dissolution cavity 21, the mixed solution after the dissolution of the detergent can form vortex-type flowing water in the first dissolution cavity 21, flows to the second dissolution cavity 22 from the first water outlet 211, and finally flows to the detergent inner barrel from the second water outlet 221, thereby completing the dissolution process of the detergent, further improving the dissolution rate of the detergent and having a simple structure.
In some examples of the present invention, the second dissolution chamber 22 may include a first cavity 222 and a second cavity 223, the first cavity 222 being in communication with the second cavity 223, the first cavity 222 being provided at one side of the first dissolution chamber 21, the second cavity 223 being provided below the first dissolution chamber 21, a portion of the second cavity 223 between the first cavity 222 and the first water outlet 211 gradually decreasing in flow area in a direction from the first cavity 222 to the first water outlet 211. Thereby, the second dissolution chamber 22 is facilitated to be flushed into the first dissolution chamber 21 through the first water outlet 211 to impinge the detergent in the first dissolution chamber 21 from the bottom of the first dissolution chamber 21.
As shown in fig. 1, the first cavity 222 is formed at the rear side of the first dissolution chamber 21 and extends in the vertical direction, the second cavity 223 communicates with the first cavity 222 and is located below the first dissolution chamber 21, the first water outlet 211 communicates with the second cavity 223 and is located in the second cavity 223, and in the direction from rear to front, the flow area of the portion of the second cavity 223 located between the first cavity 222 and the first water outlet 211 is gradually reduced, so that it is ensured that water flows smoothly through the first water outlet 211 and into the first dissolution chamber 21.
In some embodiments of the invention, the upper end of the first dissolving chamber 21 is at least partially spaced from the water inlet box 1 to form a water through gap 15, the water through gap 15 communicating the first dissolving chamber 21 with the second dissolving chamber 22. As shown in fig. 1, an upper end surface of a side wall of the first dissolving chamber 21 adjacent to the second dissolving chamber 22 may be spaced apart from a lower end surface of the water inlet box 1 at least in part, and a water passing gap 15 is formed to communicate the first dissolving chamber 21 and the second dissolving chamber 22, whereby when the first dissolving chamber 21 is full of water, water in the first dissolving chamber 21 may flow to the second dissolving chamber 22 through the water passing gap 15, so that the flow of water in the dissolving box 2 may be facilitated, and the pressure of the first dissolving chamber 21 may be relieved to prevent the water in the first dissolving chamber 21 from flowing back.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first drain 12 may be a plurality, and the plurality of first drains 12 are provided on the bottom wall of the water inlet box 1 and above the first dissolution chamber 21. Thus, water of the water inlet box 1 can flow into the first dissolving chamber 21 from the plurality of first drain ports 12, thereby facilitating water inlet of the water inlet box 1 into the first dissolving chamber 21. In the example shown in fig. 2, the plurality of first drain ports 12 may be disposed so as to disperse water flowing from the plurality of first drain ports 12 into the first dissolving chamber 21, thereby facilitating formation of a swirling water flow in the first dissolving chamber 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a third dissolution chamber 25 and a fourth dissolution chamber 26 may be further included in the dissolution box 2, the third dissolution chamber 25 and the fourth dissolution chamber 26 being respectively communicated with the inner tub of the washing machine and being spaced apart from the first dissolution chamber 21, wherein the main detergent chamber may be formed as the first dissolution chamber 21, i.e., the first dissolution chamber 21 is for putting laundry detergent or washing powder, and the third dissolution chamber 25 and the fourth dissolution chamber 26 are respectively for putting laundry care agents, such as softener, bulking agent, etc. Advantageously, water retaining ribs may be provided in the water inlet box 1 to guide the water of the water inlet 11 to the first and second water downcomers 12, 13. Thus, the water flowing into the water inlet 11 can be guided by the water dividing ribs 14 to facilitate the flow of water in the water inlet box 1.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the first water inlet 11 may include a first inlet 111 and a second inlet 112, and a plurality of water inlet chambers are separated from each other in the water inlet box 1, namely, a first water inlet chamber 17 communicating with the first dissolving chamber 21, a second water inlet chamber 18 communicating with the third dissolving chamber 25, and a third water inlet chamber 19 communicating with the fourth dissolving chamber 26 as shown in fig. 2 and 5, wherein the first inlet 111 and the second inlet 112 form a cross-type water inlet, the first inlet 111 and the second inlet 112 may be simultaneously supplied with water and may be separately supplied with water, and the water of the first water inlet 11 may flow to the first water inlet chamber 17, the second water inlet chamber 18, and the third water inlet chamber 19, respectively, under the action of water distribution ribs.
Specifically, when water is fed from the first inlet 111, the water flow is guided to the first water inlet chamber 17 and flows to the first dissolution chamber 21 by the water dividing rib, and when water is fed only from the second inlet 112, the water flow flows to the third water inlet chamber 19 and flows to the fourth dissolution chamber 26, and when water is fed from the first inlet 111 and the second inlet 112 into the water inlet box 1 at the same time, the water inlet of the first inlet 111 and the water inlet of the second inlet 112 cross-impact, so that the water flow flows to the second water inlet chamber 18 and flows to the third dissolution chamber 25.
One specific example of the dissolving apparatus 100 for a drum washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, it being understood that the following description is illustrative only and is not to be construed as limiting the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in connection with fig. 1 to 3, a dissolving apparatus 100 for a drum washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a water inlet box 1, a dissolving box 2, and an impeller 3.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the water inlet 11, the first water outlet 12 and the second water outlet 13 are formed in the water inlet box 1, the dissolution box 2 is arranged below the water inlet box 1, the dissolution box 2 comprises an upper dissolution box 23 and a lower dissolution box 24, a first dissolution cavity 21 is defined in the upper dissolution box 23, and the lower dissolution box 24 is arranged outside the upper dissolution box 23 and defines a second dissolution cavity 22 with the upper dissolution box 23. Wherein the first drain port 12 is communicated with the first dissolving chamber 21, and the second drain port 13 is communicated with the second dissolving chamber 22.
The bottom wall of the first dissolving chamber 21 is formed in an inverted cone shape, and the lowest point of the first dissolving chamber 21 is provided with a first water outlet 211, and water in the first dissolving chamber 21 flows out through the first water outlet 211, so that the water can form vortex water flow in the first dissolving chamber 21, thereby being beneficial to mixing and dissolving with the detergent.
The second dissolution chamber 22 may include a first cavity 222 and a second cavity 223, the first cavity 222 being in communication with the second cavity 223, the first cavity 222 being provided at one side of the first dissolution chamber 21, the second cavity 223 being provided below the first dissolution chamber 21, the second cavity 223 being connected to the first cavity 222 and extending below the first water outlet 211, a portion of the second cavity 223 between the first cavity 222 and the first water outlet 211 gradually decreasing in flow area in a direction from the first cavity 222 to the first water outlet 211. Thereby, the second dissolution chamber 22 is facilitated to be flushed into the first dissolution chamber 21 through the first water outlet 211 to impinge the detergent in the first dissolution chamber 21 from the bottom of the first dissolution chamber 21.
Wherein the water flushing port 16 is provided on a common side wall forming the first dissolution chamber 21 and the first cavity 222, the water flushing port 16 communicates the first dissolution chamber 21 and the first cavity 222, and the second water outlet 221 is provided on a bottom wall of the second cavity 223 downstream of the first water outlet 211.
The impeller 3 is rotatably arranged on the bottom wall of the first dissolving cavity 21, the axis of the impeller 3 is perpendicular to the bottom wall of the first dissolving cavity 21, the water flushing port 16 is arranged on the side wall of the upper layer dissolving box 23, and the water flushing port 16 corresponds to the impeller 3 in position, so that under the water flow pressure, water in the second dissolving cavity 22 is sprayed to the impeller 3 from the water flushing port 16 to push the impeller 3 to rotate, thereby stirring the detergent in the first dissolving cavity 21 to promote the dissolution of the detergent, enabling the detergent to be fully dissolved, improving the dissolution rate of the detergent, further improving the washing effect of the washing machine, realizing the autorotation of the impeller 3, and driving the impeller 3 to rotate without external force.
Meanwhile, the first water outlet 211 is communicated with the second dissolution cavity 22, when water in the second dissolution cavity 22 flows through the first water outlet 211, under the action of water flow pressure, the water can flow into the first dissolution cavity 21 through the first water outlet to impact the detergent from the bottom of the first dissolution cavity 21, then flows to the second water outlet 221, and flows to the inner barrel of the washing machine through the second water outlet 221, so that the dissolution efficiency of the detergent is further improved.
When the washing machine washes, water enters the water inlet box 1 from the water inlet 11, under the diversion guide effect of the water diversion rib 14, the water of the water inlet box 1 flows to the first dissolution cavity 21 through the first water outlet 12 to impact the detergent in the first dissolution cavity 21, flows to the second dissolution cavity 22 through the second water outlet 13, and under the water flow pressure, the water in the second dissolution cavity 22 is emitted to the impeller 3 from the water flushing port 16 to push the impeller 3 to rotate, so as to stir the detergent in the first dissolution cavity 21 to promote the dissolution of the detergent, so that the detergent can be fully dissolved, the dissolution rate of the detergent is improved, and the impeller 3 can be driven to rotate without external force
When the water in the second dissolving cavity 22 flows through the first water outlet 211, the water flows into the first dissolving cavity 21 through the first water outlet 211 to impact the detergent in the first dissolving cavity 21 from the bottom of the first dissolving cavity 21, so that the detergent can be fully dissolved, and the dissolving efficiency of the detergent is improved.
The mixed solution after the detergent is dissolved can form vortex running water in the first dissolving cavity 21, and flows to the second dissolving cavity 22 from the first water outlet 211, and finally flows to the inner detergent barrel from the second water outlet 221, so that the dissolving process of the detergent is completed, the dissolving rate of the detergent is further improved, and the dissolving box 2 has a simple structure.
Thus, according to the dissolving apparatus 100 for a drum washing machine of the embodiment of the present invention, the bottom wall of the first dissolving chamber 21 forms an inverted cone shape, water may form a vortex flow in the inner casing of the first dissolving chamber 21, the impeller 3 is disposed in the first dissolving chamber 21, water of the second dissolving chamber 22 is directed to the impeller 3 through the water inlet 16 to push the impeller 3 to rotate, thereby stirring the detergent in the first dissolving chamber 21 to promote dissolution of the detergent, so that the detergent can be sufficiently dissolved, and simultaneously, water of the second dissolving chamber 22 flows from the first water outlet 211 to the first dissolving chamber 21 to impact the detergent in the first dissolving chamber 21 from the bottom of the first dissolving chamber 21, thereby further improving the dissolving efficiency of the detergent, further enabling the laundry to be sufficiently washed, improving the washing efficiency of the washing machine, and having a simple structure.
In addition, the present invention also proposes a washing machine including the dissolving apparatus 100 for a drum washing machine of the above-described embodiment.
Since the washing machine of the dissolving apparatus 100 for a drum washing machine according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention has the above-described technical effects, the drum washing machine of the embodiment of the present invention also has the above-described technical effects, i.e., the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present invention, by the dissolving apparatus 100 for a drum washing machine of the above-described embodiment, can promote sufficient dissolution of detergent, improve dissolution efficiency, and thus can improve washing effect of the drum washing machine.

Claims (10)
1. A dissolving apparatus for a drum washing machine, comprising:
the water inlet box is provided with a water inlet and a plurality of first water outlets communicated with the water inlet;
the dissolution box is arranged below the water inlet box, a first dissolution cavity communicated with the first water outlet is defined in the dissolution box, the bottom wall of the first dissolution cavity is formed into an inverted cone shape, a first water outlet is formed in the bottom wall of the first dissolution cavity, a water flushing port is formed in the side wall of the first dissolution cavity, and the first water inlet cavity is communicated with the first dissolution cavity;
the impeller is rotatably arranged on the bottom wall of the upper-layer dissolution box and positioned at the flushing port, and water flows towards the impeller through the flushing port so as to push the impeller to rotate;
a second dissolution cavity is defined in the dissolution box, a second water outlet communicated with the second dissolution cavity is formed in the water inlet box, and the second dissolution cavity is arranged at intervals from the first dissolution cavity and is communicated with the first water outlet;
the second dissolving cavity comprises a first cavity and a second cavity, the first cavity is communicated with the second cavity, the first cavity is arranged at the side part of the first dissolving cavity, the second cavity is arranged at the bottom of the first dissolving cavity, and the flow area of the part of the second cavity between the first cavity and the first water outlet in the direction from the first cavity to the first water outlet is gradually reduced.
2. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the first water outlet is provided at a bottom end of a bottom wall of the first dissolving chamber.
3. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine according to claim 1, further comprising: the flushing pipe is arranged at the outer side of the dissolution box and is connected with the flushing port.
4. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine according to claim 1, wherein a second water outlet is provided on a wall of the second dissolving chamber to discharge water flow to an inner drum of the washing machine, and the flushing port communicates the first dissolving chamber and the second dissolving chamber.
5. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first water outlet is provided between the second water drain port and the second water outlet.
6. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first dissolving chamber upper end is at least partially spaced apart from the water inlet box to form a water passing gap, the water passing gap communicating the first dissolving chamber and the second dissolving chamber.
7. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the first drain ports are provided on a bottom wall of the water inlet box above the first dissolving chamber.
8. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water blocking rib is provided in the water inlet box to guide water of the water inlet to flow to the first and second water discharge ports.
9. The dissolving device for a drum washing machine according to claim 1, wherein the axis of the impeller is perpendicular to the bottom wall of the first dissolving chamber.
10. A drum washing machine comprising the dissolving device for a drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
