Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a structure of a live broadcast end 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The live broadcast terminal 10 includes:
the acquisition unit 110 is configured to acquire position information of the live broadcast terminal and related information of a live broadcast user;
wherein, the related information of the live broadcast includes but is not limited to the language of the live broadcast, the country, news, video and pictures related to the live broadcast.
A sending unit 120, configured to send the location information of the live broadcast end and the related information of the live broadcast user to the server.
The live broadcast terminal 10 further includes an obtaining unit 130, an analyzing unit 140 and a reminding unit 150;
an obtaining unit 130, configured to obtain light of an environment where a live broadcast end is located, and determine intensity of the light;
an analysis unit 140, configured to analyze a live broadcast effect according to the light intensity;
and the reminding unit 150 is further configured to remind the user to adjust the intensity of the light of the environment according to the effect.
Wherein, the intensity of the environment can be reminded to be increased, such as multiple turn-on points and the like or the brightness of the lamp can be increased. Of course, dimming of the lamp, etc. is also possible.
Referring to fig. 4a, fig. 4a is a structure of a client 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The client includes but is not limited to an electronic device with a video playing function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, a wearable device, and the like. The client 20 includes:
an acquisition unit 210, configured to acquire location information of the client and relevant information of a viewer;
wherein the relevant information of the viewer includes but is not limited to the gender of the viewer, the type of the live viewing, the identification of the live viewing, the time point of the live viewing, and the duration of the live viewing.
A transmitting unit 220 for transmitting the location information of the client and the related information of the viewer to the server 30;
optionally, the client 20 further includes a receiving unit 230, a presenting unit 240, and a determining unit 250;
a receiving unit 230, configured to receive the pushed information sent by the server 30;
the presenting unit 240 is configured to present the pushed information when receiving an instruction for viewing the pushed information input by a user;
a determining unit 250, configured to determine information selected by a user, and count the retention time of the user on the selected information;
the sending unit 220 is further configured to send the information selected by the user and the staying time corresponding to the selected information to the server.

For example, as shown in fig. 4b, a viewer may have a prompt to slide left in a live broadcast room, and after the user performs a left-sliding operation, the user enters an information push display page, and displays information with different dimensions in a top tab form on the page, so that the viewer can obtain information with different dimensions while watching a live broadcast.

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a diagram illustrating an information pushing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, an information pushing method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s501, sending the position information of the live broadcast end and the related information of the live broadcast person to a server by the live broadcast end;
s502, the server receives the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer sent by the client to the server;
s503, the server determines information to be pushed according to the position information of the live broadcast end, the position information of the relevant information client of the live broadcast user and the relevant information of the viewer;
wherein, the related information of the live broadcast includes but is not limited to the language of the live broadcast, the country, news, video and pictures related to the live broadcast; the relevant information of the viewer includes but is not limited to the gender of the viewer, the type of the live viewing, the identification of the live viewing, the time point of the live viewing and the duration of the live viewing.
S504, the server sends the information to be pushed to the client.
S505, the client receives information pushed by the server and loads the pushed information to different pages according to categories; wherein, the terminal is in a live broadcast state;
the categories may include, for example, anchor talents, latest hotspot information, relevant anchors, travel channels, and the like.
S506, when the client receives a sliding instruction input by a user, switching between a live broadcast page and the push information page or switching between the push information pages is carried out according to the sliding direction contained in the sliding instruction.
S507, when the client receives an instruction for viewing the pushed information input by the user, the information pushed by the server is presented;

s509, the server trains the information selected by the user and browsing times and staying time corresponding to the selected information by using a machine learning algorithm to obtain an interest model of the user;
s510, the server determines the type of a target resource according to the interest model of the user;
s511, the server acquires the resource matched with the target resource type and sends the resource to the client.
Wherein, the related information of the live broadcast includes but is not limited to the language of the live broadcast, the country, news, video and pictures related to the live broadcast; the relevant information of the viewer includes but is not limited to the gender of the viewer, the type of the live viewing, the identification of the live viewing, the time point of the live viewing and the duration of the live viewing.
By combining the information pushing method, the live broadcast information can be provided from multiple dimensions by using the method provided by the invention, so that the interest of a user in watching live broadcasts is improved, and the viscosity of the viewer is increased.
Referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment of the present invention, a server 600 is provided. The server 600 includes a CPU601, a memory 602, and a bus 603. The server 600 may be an electronic device with a call function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and an intelligent wearable device.
The CPU601 executes a program pre-stored in the memory 602, and the execution process specifically includes:
the server receives position information of the live broadcast end and related information of a live broadcast person, wherein the position information is sent by the live broadcast end;
the server receives the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer sent by the client;
the server determines information to be pushed according to the position information of the live broadcast end, the position information of the related information client of the live broadcast user and the related information of the viewer;
and the server sends the information to be pushed to the client.
Optionally, after the server sends the information to be pushed to the client, the execution process further includes:
the server receives the information selected by the user and the browsing time and the staying time corresponding to the selected information sent by the client;
training the information selected by the user and browsing times and residence time corresponding to the selected information by using a machine learning algorithm to obtain an interest model of the user;
the server determines the type of the target resource according to the interest model of the user;
and the server acquires the resources matched with the target resource type and sends the resources to the client.
Optionally, the information related to the live broadcast includes, but is not limited to, a language of the live broadcast, a country to which the live broadcast belongs, news, videos, and pictures related to the live broadcast; the relevant information of the viewer includes but is not limited to the gender of the viewer, the type of the live viewing, the identification of the live viewing, the time point of the live viewing and the duration of the live viewing.
It can be seen that, in the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, the server receives the position information of the live broadcast end and the related information of the live broadcast person, which are sent by the live broadcast end; the server receives the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer sent by the client; the server determines information to be pushed according to the position information of the live broadcast end, the position information of the related information client of the live broadcast user and the related information of the viewer; and the server sends the information to be pushed to the client. Therefore, by implementing the technical scheme provided by the invention, live broadcast information can be provided from multiple dimensions, so that the interest of a user in watching live broadcasts is improved, and the viscosity of a viewer is increased.
Referring to fig. 7, in another embodiment of the present invention, a terminal 700 is provided. On which the client 20 can run.
The terminal 700 includes a CPU701, a memory 702, and a bus 703. The terminal 700 may be an electronic device with a call function, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and an intelligent wearable device.
The CPU701 executes a program pre-stored in the memory 702, and the execution process specifically includes:
collecting the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer;
and sending the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer to a server.
Optionally, the executing process further includes:
presenting the push information when receiving an instruction for viewing the push information input by a user;
determining information selected by a user, and counting the staying time of the user on the selected information;
and the system is also used for sending the information selected by the user and the staying time corresponding to the selected information to the server.
It can be seen that, in the scheme of the embodiment of the present invention, the specific operation and the stay time of the viewer on the information can be fed back to the server, so that the server can determine the topic or the information which is interested by the viewer.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a block diagram of a part of a structure of a mobile phone related to a terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 8, the handset includes: radio Frequency (RF) circuit 810, memory 820, input unit 830, display unit 840, sensor 850, audio circuit 860, Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi) module 870, processor 880, and power supply 890. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the handset configuration shown in fig. 8 is not intended to be limiting and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or a different arrangement of components.
The following describes each component of the mobile phone in detail with reference to fig. 8:
the RF circuitry 810 may be used for the reception and transmission of information. In general, RF circuit 810 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, at least one Amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), a duplexer, and the like. In addition, the RF circuit 810 may also communicate with networks and other devices via wireless communication. The wireless communication may use any communication standard or protocol, including but not limited to Global System for Mobile communication (GSM), General Packet Radio Service (GPRS), Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA), Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA), Long Term Evolution (LTE), email, Short Messaging Service (SMS), and the like.
The memory 820 may be used to store software programs and modules, and the processor 880 executes various functional applications and data processing of the cellular phone by operating the software programs and modules stored in the memory 820. The memory 820 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required by at least one function (such as a function of collecting location information of the live broadcast terminal and related information of a live broadcast person, collecting location information of the client terminal and related information of a viewer, a function of presenting push information, and the like), and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the usage of the mobile phone (such as the stay time of the user on the selected information, etc.), and the like. Further, the memory 820 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid state storage device.
The input unit 830 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the cellular phone. Specifically, the input unit 830 may include a fingerprint module 831 and other input devices 832. Fingerprint module 831, the fingerprint data of the user on it can be gathered. Optionally, the fingerprint module 831 may include an optical fingerprint module, a capacitive fingerprint module, and a radio frequency fingerprint module. Taking the fingerprint module 831 as an example of a capacitive fingerprint module, the fingerprint module specifically includes sensing electrodes (n1 abnormal sensing electrodes and n2 normal sensing electrodes) and a signal processing circuit (such as an amplifying circuit, a noise suppression circuit, an analog-to-digital conversion circuit, etc.) connected to the sensing electrodes. The input unit 830 may include other input devices 832 in addition to the fingerprint module 831. In particular, other input devices 832 may include, but are not limited to, one or more of a physical keyboard, function keys (such as volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and the like.
The display unit 840 may be used to display information input by the user or information provided to the user and various menus of the cellular phone. The Display unit 840 may include a Display screen 841, and the Display screen 841 may be configured in the form of a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED), or the like, as an option. Although in fig. 8, the fingerprint module 831 and the display 841 are two independent components to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone, in some embodiments, the fingerprint module 831 and the display 841 may be integrated to implement the input and output functions of the mobile phone.
The handset may also include at least one sensor 850, such as light sensors, motion sensors, and other sensors. Specifically, the light sensor may include an ambient light sensor that adjusts the brightness of the display 841 based on the ambient light level, and a proximity sensor that turns off the display 841 and/or the backlight when the phone is moved to the ear. As one of the motion sensors, the accelerometer sensor can detect the magnitude of acceleration in each direction (generally, three axes), can detect the magnitude and direction of gravity when stationary, and can be used for applications of recognizing the posture of a mobile phone (such as horizontal and vertical screen switching, related games, magnetometer posture calibration), vibration recognition related functions (such as pedometer and tapping), and the like; as for other sensors such as a gyroscope, a barometer, a hygrometer, a thermometer, and an infrared sensor, which can be configured on the mobile phone, further description is omitted here.
Audio circuitry 860, speaker 861, microphone 862 may provide an audio interface between the user and the handset. The audio circuit 860 can transmit the electrical signal converted from the received audio data to the speaker 861, and the electrical signal is converted into a sound signal by the speaker 861 and output; on the other hand, the microphone 862 converts collected sound signals into electrical signals, which are received by the audio circuit 860 and converted into audio data, which are then processed by the audio data output processor 880 and transmitted to, for example, another cellular phone via the RF circuit 810, or output to the memory 820 for further processing.
WiFi belongs to short-distance wireless transmission technology, and the mobile phone can help a user to send and receive e-mails, browse webpages, access streaming media and the like through the WiFi module 870, and provides wireless broadband Internet access for the user. Although fig. 8 shows WiFi module 870, it is understood that it does not belong to the essential constitution of the handset, and may be omitted entirely as needed within the scope not changing the essence of the invention.
The processor 880 is a control center of the mobile phone, connects various parts of the entire mobile phone using various interfaces and lines, and performs various functions of the mobile phone and processes data by operating or executing software programs and/or modules stored in the memory 820 and calling data stored in the memory 820, thereby integrally monitoring the mobile phone. Optionally, processor 880 may include one or more processing units; preferably, the processor 880 may integrate an application processor, which mainly handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which mainly handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 880.
The handset also includes a power supply 890 (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, which may preferably be logically coupled to the processor 880 via a power management system to manage charging, discharging, and power consumption.
Although not shown, the mobile phone may further include a camera, a bluetooth module, etc., which are not described herein.
The functions of the above live broadcast end shown in fig. 3 and the client end shown in fig. 4 may be implemented based on the structure of the mobile phone.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one type of division of logical functions, and there may be other divisions when actually implementing, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or may be integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not implemented. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of some interfaces, devices or units, and may be an electric or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (10)

1. The information pushing system is characterized by comprising a live broadcast end, a client and a server;
the live broadcast end is used for acquiring position information of the live broadcast end and related information of a live broadcast person; sending the position information of the live broadcast end and the related information of a live broadcast person to the server, wherein the position information of the live broadcast end comprises the country or the region of the live broadcast person;
the client is used for acquiring the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer; sending the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer to the server; the related information comprises the gender of a viewer, the type of watching the live broadcast, an identifier of watching the live broadcast, a time point of watching the live broadcast and the duration of watching the live broadcast;
the server is used for determining information to be pushed according to the position information of the live broadcast end, the related information of a live broadcast person, the position information of the client and the related information of a viewer;
the server is used for sending the information to be pushed to the client, wherein the information to be pushed comprises news related to a live broadcaster, which is acquired according to personal information of the live broadcaster;
and when the server determines that the live broadcast user and the client are in different countries or regions according to the position information of the live broadcast end, determining the language for pushing the news according to the position information of the client, and pushing the news by adopting the language.
2. The system of claim 1,
the client is used for presenting the information pushed by the server when receiving an instruction for viewing the pushed information input by a user;
the client is also used for determining information selected by a user and counting the staying time of the user on the selected information;
and the client is also used for sending the information selected by the user and the browsing times and the staying time corresponding to the selected information to the server.
3. The system of claim 2,
the server is used for receiving the information selected by the user and the browsing times and the staying time corresponding to the selected information sent by the client;
the server is also used for training the information selected by the user and the browsing times and the staying time corresponding to the selected information by utilizing a machine learning algorithm to obtain an interest model of the user;
the server is further used for determining the type of the target resource according to the interest model of the user;
and the server is also used for acquiring the resources matched with the target resource types and sending the resources to the client.
4. The system of claim 3,
the client is used for receiving the information pushed by the server and loading the pushed information to different pages according to categories;
and the client is also used for switching the live broadcast page and the push information page or switching the push information page according to the sliding direction contained in the sliding instruction when the sliding instruction input by the user is received.
5. A method of information push, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a server receives position information of a live broadcast end and related information of a live broadcast person, wherein the position information of the live broadcast end comprises a country or an area to which the live broadcast person belongs;
the server receives the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer sent by the client; the related information comprises the gender of a viewer, the type of watching the live broadcast, an identifier of watching the live broadcast, a time point of watching the live broadcast and the duration of watching the live broadcast;
the server determines information to be pushed according to the position information of the live broadcast end, the related information of a live broadcast person, the position information of the client and the related information of a viewer;
the server sends the information to be pushed to the client, wherein the information to be pushed comprises news related to a live broadcast person obtained according to personal information of the live broadcast person; and when the server determines that the live broadcast person and the client are in different countries or regions according to the position information of the live broadcast end, determining the language for pushing the news according to the position information of the client, and pushing the news by adopting the language.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the server sends the information to be pushed to the client, the method further comprises:
the server receives information selected by a user and sent by the client, and browsing times and residence time corresponding to the selected information;
the server trains the information selected by the user and browsing times and residence time corresponding to the selected information by using a machine learning algorithm to obtain an interest model of the user;
the server determines the type of the target resource according to the interest model of the user;
and the server acquires the resources matched with the target resource type and sends the resources to the client.
7. A server, characterized in that the server comprises:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the position information of the live broadcast end and the related information of a live broadcast user, wherein the position information of the live broadcast end comprises the country or the region to which the live broadcast user belongs;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the position information of the client and the related information of the viewer sent by the client; the related information comprises the gender of a viewer, the type of watching the live broadcast, an identifier of watching the live broadcast, a time point of watching the live broadcast and the duration of watching the live broadcast;
the determining unit is used for determining information to be pushed according to the position information of the live broadcast end, the related information of a live broadcast person, the position information of the client and the related information of a viewer;
the sending unit is used for sending the information to be pushed to the client, wherein the information to be pushed comprises news related to a live broadcaster, which is acquired according to personal information of the live broadcaster; and when the server determines that the live broadcast user and the client are in different countries or regions according to the position information of the live broadcast end, determining the language for pushing the news according to the position information of the client, and pushing the news by adopting the language.
8. The server according to claim 7, wherein the server further comprises a training unit and an acquisition unit;
the receiving unit is used for receiving information selected by a user and sent by the client side, and browsing times and staying time corresponding to the selected information;
the training unit is used for training the information selected by the user and the browsing times and the staying time corresponding to the selected information by using a machine learning algorithm to obtain an interest model of the user;
the determining unit is used for determining the type of the target resource according to the interest model of the user;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring the resource matched with the target resource type;
the sending unit is configured to send the resource to the client.
9. A method of information push, the method comprising:
the client receives information pushed by the server and loads the pushed information to different pages according to categories; the client is in a live broadcast watching state, the pushed information comprises news related to a live broadcast person, if the server determines that the live broadcast person and the client are in different countries or regions according to the position information of the live broadcast terminal, the server determines the language when the news is pushed according to the position information of the client, and the server pushes the news by adopting the language;
when a sliding instruction input by a user is received, switching between a live broadcast page and the push information page or switching between the push information pages is carried out according to the sliding direction contained in the sliding instruction.
10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:
when an instruction for viewing the pushed information input by a user is received, the information pushed by the server is presented;
determining information selected by a user, and counting the staying time of the user on the selected information;
and sending the information selected by the user and the browsing times and the staying time corresponding to the selected information to the server.
