Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart illustrating steps of a playing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 101, when a pause instruction is received, pausing a live program which is currently played;
102, when a recovery instruction is received, continuing to play the live program from the pause moment in a non-live mode;
and 103, automatically switching back to the live broadcast mode for playing when a preset return condition is met.
The embodiment of the invention can be applied to any application program such as a video playing program running on information equipment, on one hand, when a recovery instruction after a pause instruction is received, the embodiment of the invention can continue to play the live program content from the pause moment in a non-live mode, so that missed live program content can be provided for a user at the first time; on the other hand, the embodiment of the invention can also automatically switch back to the live broadcast mode for playing when the preset return condition is met; the switching process from the live mode to the non-live mode and from the non-live mode to the live mode is not perceived by the user, so that the seamless switching between the live mode and the non-live mode can be realized under the condition that the user is not perceived.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the pause instruction may be an instruction triggered by a User with respect to a preset control such as a pause control, and the resume instruction may be an instruction triggered by a User with respect to a preset control such as a resume control, a play control, and a progress jump control, where the pause control, the resume control, and the play control may be controls provided by a video playing program in a UI (User Interface).
For example, in an application example 1 of the present invention, when a user watches a live program of a ball game, because the user gets an express delivery and issues a pause instruction at a first time, the embodiment of the present invention may pause the currently playing live program; and after the user finishes taking the express delivery, a recovery instruction is sent at a second moment, so that the live program started from the pause moment can be continuously played in a non-live mode.
The embodiment of the invention can provide the following technical scheme that when a recovery instruction is received, the live program starting from the pause moment is continuously played in a non-live mode:
technical solution A1
In solution a1, the method may further include: when a pause instruction is received, storing the live program from the pause moment to obtain stored content;
then, when receiving the resume instruction, continuing to play the live program starting from the pause time in the non-live mode may specifically include: and when a recovery instruction is received, playing the stored content.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the step of storing the live program from the pause time may specifically include: downloading the live program from the pause moment from the server, and storing the downloaded live program as storage content in the local; the manner of downloading and storing the content of the live program from the server in advance enables the corresponding stored content to be played in time when the recovery instruction is received, so that the speed of presenting the video content to the user can be improved.
For example, as for application example 1 described above, the embodiment of the present invention may download a live program from a server from a first time to obtain a stored content; at the second time, the embodiment of the present invention may play the storage content, where the start time of the storage content corresponds to the first time of the live program.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, while storing the live program from the pause time, the timestamp information of the stored content may also be stored together, so as to calculate the duration of any video segment in the currently stored content.
Technical solution A2
In solution a2, the method may further include: when a pause instruction is received, recording live program information played in a current live mode, where the live program information may specifically include one or more of the following items: pause time, live channel information and user identification information;
then, when receiving the resume instruction, continuing to play the live program starting from the pause time in the non-live mode may specifically include: and acquiring content data from a server and playing the content data according to the recorded live program information.
Compared with the technical scheme A1 that live program content starting from the pause time is stored in advance, the technical scheme A2 can record live program information when a pause instruction is received, and acquire corresponding content data from a server according to the recorded live program information when a resume instruction is received, so that the situation that only the pause instruction is received but the resume instruction is not received can be avoided, and the storage space of information equipment is effectively saved.
Technical solution A3
In solution a3, the method may further include: when the pause instruction and/or the recovery instruction are received, forwarding the pause instruction and/or the recovery instruction to a server;
then, when receiving the resume instruction, continuing to play the live program starting from the pause time in the non-live mode may specifically include: and receiving and playing the content data returned by the server according to the recovery instruction.
Compared with the technical scheme a2, the technical scheme A3 may forward the pause instruction and/or the resume instruction to the server, record live program information such as pause time, live channel information, user identification information and the like when the server receives the pause instruction, and return live program content from the pause time to the client after the server receives the resume instruction; compared with the solution a2, the solution A3 transfers the recorded computation amount to the server, and thus can take advantage of the abundant computation resources of the server.
It can be understood that the above technical solution a 1-technical solution A3 is only an optional embodiment, and in fact, the embodiment of the present invention does not limit a specific technical solution for continuing playing the live program starting from the pause time in the non-live mode when receiving the resume instruction.
It should be noted that the preset returning condition in the embodiment of the present invention may be various, for example, it may include receiving an operation directed to a preset switching control, where the preset switching control may be used to switch the non-live mode back to the live mode; as another example, it may further include: and receiving the operation of the progress jump control, wherein the time corresponding to the progress jump control is greater than the current time corresponding to the non-live mode, and the situation indicates that the user wants to watch the subsequent program content, so that the non-live mode can be switched back to the live mode.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart illustrating steps of a playing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 201, when a pause instruction is received, pausing a currently played live program;
step 202, when a resume instruction is received, continuing to play the live program starting from the pause moment in a non-live mode;
wherein, the step 202 may specifically include any one of the following steps:
step 221, when receiving the recovery instruction, playing the stored content; the storage content is a pre-stored live program from the pause time;
step 222, acquiring content data from a server and playing the content data according to the recorded live program information;
step 223, receiving and playing the content data returned by the server according to the recovery instruction;
step 203, detecting user irrelevant content from the stored content or the content acquired from the server;
step 204, if the stored content or the content acquired from the server includes user-unrelated content, and/or the stored content or the content acquired from the server includes user-unrelated content and the ratio of the time length of the user-unrelated content to the time length of the stored content is not less than a preset value, and/or the stored content or the content acquired from the server includes user-unrelated content and the pause interval does not exceed the time length of the user-unrelated content, stopping the playing of the stored content or the content acquired from the server and playing the live program when the user-unrelated content is about to be played; wherein the pause interval is an interval between a time when the stored content starts to be played and the pause time.
With respect to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the preset returning condition in this embodiment may specifically include: the content stored or obtained from the server comprises user-irrelevant content, and/or the content stored or obtained from the server comprises user-irrelevant content, and the ratio of the time length of the user-irrelevant content to the time length of the stored content is not less than a preset value, and/or the content stored or obtained from the server comprises the user-irrelevant content, and the pause interval does not exceed the time length of the user-irrelevant content; in this embodiment, when the user-unrelated content in the stored content is played, the live program is played, that is, the live program is resumed, and the user-unrelated content may be content such as advertisement content that is not related to the live program itself, or content that is not interested by the user.
In embodiments of the present invention, user-independent content may be used to represent program content that is not available, or valuable, to the current user. For example, for a typical live program, the advertising content is often program content that is not available to the current user. For another example, for live programs of ball games and sports events, the program content in the half-time and pause periods is often worthless for the current user. For another example, for an entertainment program such as spring and evening, a live show, etc., a current user may not like a singer, and the program content appearing by the singer alone is likely to be the program content invalid for the current user. Alternatively, for a tv show program, the program content of the head and tail may be program content that is not valuable to the current user. It can be understood that, a person skilled in the art may determine the user-independent content of the current user according to the actual application requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention does not impose a limitation on the specific user-independent content.
The embodiment of the invention can provide the following technical scheme for detecting the content irrelevant to the user from the stored content or the content acquired from the server:
technical solution B1
In technical solution B1, the user-independent content may specifically include: the step of detecting the user-irrelevant content from the stored content may specifically include:
a1, segmenting the stored content or the content acquired from the server to obtain corresponding video segments;
a2, extracting video features from the video clips; the video features may specifically include: at least one of an image feature, an audio feature, a subtitle feature, and a metadata feature;
step A3, according to the video characteristics, identifying whether the video segment is advertisement content.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, therefore, the storage content may be segmented in units of shots, and the advertisement shots and the non-advertisement shots are identified by analyzing the types and the numbers of audio frames in the video segments corresponding to the shots, and the start time and the end time of the advertisement content in the process are finally detected by smoothing processing.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, when silence within a set length range is detected in an audio stream corresponding to a video clip and shot cut switching occurs in a corresponding video stream, an end time of an advertisement content is determined when the shot cut switching occurs, structural features of the advertisement content are further followed, and a start time and an end time of an advertisement are determined in a maximum advertisement duration.
In yet another optional embodiment of the present invention, the storage content may be further sliced into units; the slice may be video content obtained by splitting a video file according to the specification of a Streaming media transmission protocol, for example, an HLS (hypertext transfer protocol Live Streaming) protocol, and the video file may be split into slices with a duration of 10s as a unit.
In practical applications, at least one of image features, audio features, subtitle features, and metadata features may also be used for identification of the video segments. The edge part of the video frame of the caption segment corresponding to the caption feature is far more than that of the video frame of the non-caption segment, and the caption segment can be detected by extracting the caption feature; as one of the image features, black frames and still frames generally appear at the beginning or end of non-advertisement content, such as tv series, movies and some talk-like or news-like programs, and the black frames and still frames are generally a symbolic region, and the appearance thereof means the beginning or end of the non-advertisement content, i.e. the end or beginning of the advertisement content; the metadata features may include the subject of the video clip, advertisement identification, and other features as description features of the video clip, wherein the advertisement identification can be directly used for identifying advertisement content.
It should be understood that the above is only an alternative embodiment for identifying whether the video segment is the advertisement content, and actually, a person skilled in the art may adopt any technical scheme for identifying whether the video segment is the advertisement content according to the actual application requirement, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific technical scheme for identifying whether the video segment is the advertisement content. In addition, the execution sequence of step 203 and step 202 is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Technical solution B2
In technical solution B2, the user-independent content may specifically include: if the content is not of interest, the step of detecting the user-irrelevant content from the stored content may specifically include:
step B1, segmenting the stored content or the content acquired from the server to obtain corresponding video segments;
step B2, generating subject terms of the video clips;
step B3, matching the subject term with the interest label of the current user, and if the matching fails, determining that the video clip is the uninteresting content; or, matching the subject term with a non-interest tag of the current user, and if the matching is successful, determining that the video segment is the non-interest content.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the subject term of the video segment may be generated according to the subtitle information of the video segment, specifically, an automatic word segmentation method may be used to segment the subtitle document of the video segment, and a fully supervised word segmentation model may be used to segment each sentence; performing part-of-speech tagging on each word by using a fully supervised part-of-speech tagging model; and counting the word frequency of the words with parts of speech marked as nouns in the subtitle document of the video segment, and taking the nouns 20 bits before the word frequency as the subject words of the video.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the interest tag is a word used by the user to describe the interest of the user, for example, the user may use words such as "basketball", "NBA", "forest book luxury", "liu de hua", "military", etc. as the interest tag to describe the interest of the user. The interest tags and the non-interest tags of the current user can be preset by the current user through a configuration interface, and can also be obtained according to historical behavior data of the current user.
In an application example of the present invention, it may be determined that the user is interested in "liu de hua" by analyzing browsing behavior data and searching behavior data of the web page by the user, and therefore "liu de hua" may be used as an interest tag thereof. In another application example of the present invention, it is assumed that a song or video of "surprise offering" is recommended to the user, but the user does not listen to the song or does not watch the video, so it may be determined that the user is not interested in "surprise offering", and thus "surprise offering" may be used as a non-interest tag. In yet another application example of the present invention, it may be determined that the user is interested in the information of the entertainment category (for example, the access frequency of the information of the entertainment category is high) by analyzing the browsing behavior data of the web page of the user, and is not interested in the information of the military category (for example, the information of the military category is not accessed, or is closed immediately after the web page of the military category is opened), and then "entertainment" may be used as the interest tag and "military" may be used as the non-interest tag. It is understood that the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific determination manner of the interest tag and the non-interest tag.
The technical solution of detecting the user-unrelated content from the stored content is described in detail above, it can be understood that a person skilled in the art may adopt other technical solutions of detecting the user-unrelated content from the stored content according to the actual application needs, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific user-unrelated content and the specific technical solution of detecting the user-unrelated content from the stored content.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the time point to be played to the time point corresponding to the user-unrelated content may specifically be: the last program content corresponding to the user-unrelated content is played at the corresponding time point, that is, the last frame of the last program content is played, but the first frame of the user-unrelated content is not finished, so that no switching trace is shown, and smooth switching between the stored content and the live program can be realized.
It can be understood that the time point corresponding to the last program content corresponding to the user-unrelated content that has been played is only an optional embodiment, and actually, the time point corresponding to the content that is to be played to the user-unrelated content may also be another time point, and assuming that the time point at which the last frame of the last program content is played is T, the time point corresponding to the content that is to be played to the user-unrelated content may further include: t +1, etc., the specific time point at which the user-independent content is to be played is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In practical application, the process of playing the live program may specifically be that a current live program is received from a server and played. The embodiment of the present invention does not limit the specific process of receiving the live program from the server.
In the application example 1 of the present invention, assuming that there is an advertisement content in the storage content through detection, and a duration of the advertisement content is greater than an interval between the second time and the first time (e.g., 5 minutes), or a ratio of the duration of the advertisement content to the interval between the second time and the first time is not less than a preset value (e.g., 0.8), when the start time (assumed to be a third time) of the advertisement content is reached, the playing of the storage content may be stopped, and the live program may be played; the method for compensating the pause interval by using the duration of the advertisement content can recover the progress of the live program as soon as possible on the premise of not influencing the video quality of the user. It is understood that the specific preset value is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
In an application example 2 of the present invention, when a user watches a comprehensive live broadcast, because the user goes to the kitchen to wash fruits and sends a pause instruction at a first time, the embodiment of the present invention may download a live broadcast program from the first time from a server to obtain a stored content; after the user washes the fruits, the user sends a recovery instruction at the second moment, and the embodiment of the invention can play the stored contents; if it is found that there is a program content that a singer who is disliked by the user individually appears in the stored content by detection, and the duration of the program content that the singer individually appears is longer than the interval (e.g., 1 minute) between the second time and the first time, the playing of the stored content may be stopped and the live program may be played when the program content that the singer individually appears is played to the starting time (assumed to be the third time); the method for compensating the pause interval by using the time length of the program content independently appearing by the singer can recover the progress of the live program as soon as possible on the premise of not influencing the video quality of the user.
In summary, the embodiment of the present invention may also play the live program, that is, resume live broadcast, when the user-unrelated content in the stored content is played, because the user-unrelated content may be content such as advertisement content that is unrelated to the live program itself, or content that is not interested by the user, the embodiment of the present invention may resume the progress of the live program as soon as possible by using the way of compensating the pause interval by the duration of the user-unrelated content.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart illustrating steps of a playing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include the following steps:
step 301, when a pause instruction is received, pausing a currently played live program, downloading the live program from a server from the pause moment, and storing the downloaded live program locally as a storage content;
step 302, when a recovery instruction is received, playing the stored content;
step 303, detecting user-irrelevant content from the stored content;
step 304, if the stored content includes user-irrelevant content and the pause interval does not exceed the duration of the user-irrelevant content, stopping the playing of the stored content and playing the live program when the stored content is about to be played to the user-irrelevant content; wherein the pause interval may be an interval between a play start time and a pause time of the storage content;
the step 301 of storing the downloaded live program locally as the storage content may specifically include:
step 311, storing the downloaded live program as a storage content in a local buffer area, and recording the time length of the content stored in the buffer area;
and step 312, downloading the index file of the live program from the server when the buffer area is full and the recovery instruction is not received, and storing the index file in a memory.
Compared with the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment defines a process of storing a live program from a pause time, specifically, the live program from the pause time may be downloaded in advance from a server, and the downloaded live program is stored locally as a storage content; the manner of downloading and storing the content of the live program from the server in advance can enable the corresponding stored content to be played in time when the recovery instruction is received, so that the speed of presenting the stored content to the user can be improved.
In addition, in the embodiment, the downloaded live program is preferentially stored in the local buffer as the storage content, so that the advantage of high buffer reading speed is exerted, and the speed of presenting the storage content to the user can be improved as much as possible.
In addition, the buffer area is limited by an operating system or a hardware storage space, so that the capacity is often not large, the video data can be stored for a certain time, and after the buffer area is full, in order to keep the continuous storage of the live program, the index file of the live program can be downloaded from the server and stored in the memory; assuming that the time length of the content in the buffer is Tn, the index file here may be an index file of a live program from the time Tn. The index file is usually small in size because the download address of the slice in the live program is usually stored, and specific audio or video data can not be stored, so that when a recovery instruction sent by a user is not received, only the index file can be downloaded, and the specific audio or video data can not be downloaded, and therefore memory space of information equipment such as a smart television, a computer, a mobile phone and the like can be saved.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the index file may be an M3U8 file, and the M3U8 file refers to an M3U file in UTF-8 (8-bit Unicode Transformation format) encoding format; wherein, M3U is a list file of audio or video files, if it is downloaded to open it, the video playing program does not play it directly, but finds out the network address according to its record to play online; typically, the size of an M3U file is small because there is no audio or video data in it; that is, the M3U file is a directory file that provides an index to audio video files at other locations.
In an application example of the present invention, the index file may specifically include the following contents:
#EXTM3U
#EXT-X-TARGETDURATION:8
#EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE:1
#EXTINF:7,

where EXTM3U may be used to indicate the first line of the index file, EXT-X-TARGETDURATION may be used to specify the maximum duration of the slice, EXT-X-MEDIA-SEQUENCE may be used to indicate the starting SEQUENCE number of the download address of the slice, EXTINF may be used to specify the duration of each slice, http:// let v.com/2014052616/1.ts, etc. may be used to indicate the download address of the corresponding slice, EXT-X-DISCONTENT may be used to indicate the DISCONTINUITY label.
In another optional embodiment of the present invention, the step of locally storing the downloaded live program as the storage content may further include:
step C1, when a recovery instruction is received, analyzing the index file to obtain a download address of the slice in the live program;
and step C2, downloading the slices in the live program according to the download addresses of the slices.
