Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method, a device and a system for processing instant messaging information.
The processing device of the instant messaging information provided by the embodiment of the invention has two types, wherein one type can be integrated in the server, and the other type can be integrated in equipment such as a terminal and the like for receiving data sent by the server.
Taking an example that a processing apparatus for instant messaging information is integrated in a terminal, referring to fig. 1, a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present invention has a display mode button 1011 for a user to select in an instant messaging dialog box 101, where the display mode button 1011 may be directly displayed on the dialog box or hidden in an icon in the dialog box 101, where the display mode button 1011 may be set as needed, for example, may be set as a "continuous display" button or a "non-default display" button, and the like. In the instant messaging process, when the user sends the instant messaging information, the user only needs to select the display mode button 1011, so that the instant messaging information to be sent can carry an identification signal.
Referring to fig. 2, in the instant messaging process, the terminal 201 and the terminal 202 performing instant messaging are respectively connected to the server 203 via a network, wherein one terminal 201 sends instant messaging information to the server 203, and the server 203 sends the received instant messaging information to the terminal 201 and the terminal 202 of both parties of the instant messaging, thereby implementing the instant messaging. Wherein, taking the terminal 202 as an example, after receiving the instant messaging information sent by the server 203, judging whether the instant messaging information carries an identification signal, the identification signal is used for indicating the display of the instant messaging information, when judging that the instant messaging information carries the identification signal, the instant messaging information is continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box for a preset time length, so that when the user uses the terminal 201 to send an important message which needs to arouse the attention of other users, the user can select the display mode button to enable the instant messaging information to carry the identification signal, so that the terminal of each communication user can continuously display the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box for the preset time length when receiving the instant messaging information, the instant messaging information can not be pushed upwards by the subsequently received message, therefore, even if more messages are received, the user can quickly see the important message continuously displayed in the dialog box when opening the dialog box, and the user does not need to turn up the message list for searching, so that the efficiency of checking the message by the user is improved.
The following are detailed below.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for processing instant messaging information according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment will be described from the perspective of an instant messaging information processing apparatus of a terminal, which may be specifically integrated in a terminal or other devices, such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer or a personal computer.
As shown in fig. 3, a specific flow of the instant messaging information processing method may include the following steps:
step S301: and receiving instant messaging information sent by the server.
The instant messaging information sent by the server comes from any terminal which carries out instant messaging with each other, and can be character information, pictures, videos, virtual red packets and the like edited by a user, and also can be articles, links and the like forwarded by the user. The server sends the received instant communication information to each terminal which carries out instant communication with each other, thereby realizing instant communication.
In this embodiment, the terminal that receives the instant messaging information sent by the server and the terminal that sends the instant messaging information to the server may be the same terminal or different terminals, and this embodiment is described in terms of the terminal that receives the instant messaging information sent by the server.
Step S302: and judging whether the instant messaging information carries an identification signal or not, wherein the identification signal is used for indicating the display of the instant messaging information.
The identification signal is generated according to a user's instruction for selecting a display mode button in the dialog box, and the generation mode may be various, for example, the following two modes:
the first method is as follows: when a user selects a display mode button when sending instant messaging information, the terminal adds an identification signal to the instant messaging information sent by the user according to an instruction of the user selecting the display mode button, the representation form of the identification signal can be various, such as characters, numbers, letters or symbols, and the like, such as '1' or '5', or can be 'b' or'd', and the like, and sends the instant messaging information added with the identification signal to a server, and the server directly sends the instant messaging information added with the identification signal to each communication terminal.
The second method comprises the following steps: when a user selects a display mode button when sending instant messaging information, the terminal sends the instant messaging information to the server according to an instruction of the user selecting the display mode button, and informs the server of adding an identification signal to the instant messaging information, and the server adds the identification signal to the instant messaging information according to the notification and sends the instant messaging information added with the identification signal to each communication terminal.
In addition, regardless of the representation format of the identification signal, the identification signal should be an identification signal that is predetermined by the server and the terminal.
Step S303: and when the instant messaging information is judged to carry the identification signal, continuously displaying the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box for preset duration according to the identification signal.
The dialog box refers to a dialog window displayed when the terminal performs instant messaging. The identification signal is specifically used for indicating the terminal to display the instant messaging information according to a preset strategy, wherein the preset strategy is to enable the instant messaging information to be continuously displayed at a preset position of the dialog box for a preset duration. The preset position may be any position in the dialog box, for example, the preset position may be the top of the message list, and at this time, the display mode button shown in fig. 1 may be set as a "top display" button; or the preset position may be the bottom of the message list, and the display mode button shown in fig. 1 may be set as a "bottom display" button; or other locations outside of the message list of the dialog box; or the floating window can be displayed on the screen at the position of the dialog box in a floating window mode, and the user can move the floating window arbitrarily within the range of the dialog box.
The preset time period may be set according to actual needs, and may be, for example, 10s, 15s, 20s, or 1min, 2min, or the like. Taking the preset position as the bottom of the message list and the preset duration as 15s as an example, as shown in fig. 4, the display mode button in the dialog box 401 is set as a "bottom display" button, the instant messaging information a carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the bottom of the message list for 15s, and the instant messaging information a is always displayed at the bottom of the message list within the time of 15 s. As shown in fig. 4, a preset duration may be displayed in a countdown manner in the instant messaging dialog 401, so that the user can conveniently view the remaining time of the continuous display.
For the dialog box in the open state, the preset time length is calculated from the time when the instant messaging information is received as the time starting point, and for the dialog box in the closed state (the user may not log in or open the dialog box), the preset time length is calculated from the time when the dialog box is changed from the closed state to the open state as the time starting point.
Generally, instant messaging information received by a terminal is displayed in a message list of a dialog box according to the receiving time sequence, the latest received instant messaging information is displayed at the bottommost part of the message list, the earlier received instant messaging information is displayed at the upper part of a conversation message list, when the instant messaging information is continuously received, the instant messaging information is continuously pushed upwards, and the latest received instant messaging information is always displayed at the bottommost part of the conversation message list. In the embodiment of the present invention, the display mode is different from the above-mentioned display mode in the normal case, the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the preset position for the preset time length, so that even though new instant messaging information is continuously received in the preset time length, the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is not pushed up by subsequently received messages, but is continuously displayed in the dialog box, so that the user can quickly see important messages continuously displayed in the dialog box when opening the dialog box, and does not need to search by turning up a message list, thereby improving the efficiency of searching messages by the user.
Optionally, when it is determined that the instant messaging information does not carry the identification signal, the instant messaging information may be displayed according to other strategies, for example, the instant messaging information is displayed in a message list according to the received time sequence in a normal manner, and the like. And after the instant messaging information is continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box for the preset duration, the instant messaging information and other instant messaging information can be displayed in the message list according to the receiving time sequence, namely the instant messaging information is returned to the position of the corresponding time point of the message list according to the receiving time and is displayed in an arrayed mode.
When receiving a plurality of instant messaging information carrying identification signals, the instant messaging information carrying identification signals can be displayed according to preset settings, for example, the latest received instant messaging information carrying identification signals can be continuously displayed at the bottommost part of the preset position, and other instant messaging information carrying identification signals are sequentially arranged on the bottommost part of the preset position according to the received time sequence.
For example, before or while the server sends the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal, the server may add the duration information recording the preset duration to the instant messaging information, so that when the terminal receives the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal, the terminal extracts the duration information from the instant messaging information to obtain the displayed preset duration. Alternatively, the duration information may be obtained by the terminal from a local storage. Specifically, the terminal stores duration information which is continuously displayed in advance, and when the received instant messaging information is judged to carry an identification signal, the duration information which is stored in advance is obtained from the local to obtain the preset duration, so that the instant messaging information is continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box for the preset duration.
In another embodiment of the instant messaging information processing method of the present invention, the duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information may be increased or decreased.
Specifically, after the step of displaying the instant messaging information in the preset position of the dialog box for the preset duration is performed, the method may further include: within a preset time length, receiving a notification which is sent by a server and used for increasing a first time length, or receiving a notification which is sent by the server and used for decreasing a second time length; when receiving a notification for increasing the first time length, calculating the sum of the remaining time length of the preset time length and the first time length according to the notification to obtain the total time length for continuously displaying the instant messaging information, and continuously displaying the total time length of the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box; and when receiving the notification for reducing the second time length, calculating a difference value between the remaining time length of the preset time length and the second time length according to the notification to obtain the total time length, and continuously displaying the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box for the total time length. And the difference value between the residual time length of the preset time length and the second time length is not less than zero.
The first duration and the second duration may be set according to requirements of practical applications, for example, the first duration may be 3s, 5s, or 10s, and the second duration may be 2s, 5s, or 8 s.
The server may send the notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration to the first terminal according to various situations, for example, there may be the following two situations:
in the first case: the server can send out corresponding notice according to the quantity of the received instant messaging information.
Specifically, within a period of time (the time does not exceed the preset time) after the server sends the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal to the terminal, if the number of the instant messaging information received by the server exceeds the preset number, when the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal returns to the normal position (i.e., the position arranged according to the time sequence) of the message list after the preset time is over, the instant messaging information and the subsequently received instant messaging information may not be simultaneously displayed in the dialog box, and at this time, a notification for increasing the first time may be sent out to increase the time for continuously displaying the instant messaging information in the dialog box. If the number of the instant communication lines received by the server is less and does not exceed the preset number, even if the instant communication information carrying the identification signal returns to the normal position of the conversation message list after the preset duration is over, the instant communication information and the subsequently received instant communication information can be simultaneously displayed in the dialog box, and at the moment, a notification for reducing the second duration can be sent out so as to reduce the duration of the continuous display of the instant communication information.
In the second case: the server may also send a notification to the terminal to increase the first duration or decrease the second duration in accordance with the user's operation.
Specifically, the terminal continuously displays the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal at the preset position of the dialog box for a preset duration, and may further include: and displaying a first operation interface for displaying the instant messaging information in an overtime mode and displaying a second operation interface for displaying the instant messaging information in a time-reducing mode.
The first operation interface and the second operation interface may be implemented in the form of buttons, for example, as shown in fig. 5, the first operation interface is a first operation button 501, and the second operation interface is a second operation button 502. The first operation button 501 and the second operation button 502 may be displayed at any position of the dialog 503, for example, may be displayed on the left and right sides of the instant messenger information a, respectively.
When the user wishes to increase the length of the bottoming display, the first operation button 501 may be clicked. Therefore, before receiving the notification sent by the server to increase the first duration, the method further includes: within a preset time length, receiving a first click operation instruction triggered by a user through a first operation button 501, and generating a first click event according to the first click operation instruction; a first click event is sent to the server. Thus, the server sends a notification to increase the first duration based on the received first click event.
When the user wishes to reduce the length of the bottoming display, the second operation button 502 may be clicked. Therefore, before receiving the notification of reducing the second duration sent by the server, the method further includes: within a preset time length, the terminal receives a second click operation instruction triggered by the user through a second operation button 502, and generates a second click event according to the second click operation instruction; and sending the second click event to the server. Thus, the server sends a notification to decrease the second duration based on the received second click event.
The first operating button 501 and the second operating button 502 may be activated only once, for example, that is, only once there is a chance to increase the display duration or decrease the display duration for each piece of the instant messaging information displayed at the bottom, and the first operating button 501 and the second operating button 502 become the non-clickable state after being clicked once.
The first operating button 501 and the second operating button 502 may also have multiple activated states, that is, the two operating buttons 501 and 502 may be clicked multiple times, and after each click, a first click event and a second click event are generated correspondingly. For this case, the server may have a plurality of response modes, for example, as follows:
the first method is as follows: the server sends a corresponding notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration once receiving the first click event or the second click event, so that the duration of continuously displaying the instant messaging information is correspondingly accumulated for the first duration or accumulated for the second duration once the terminal receives the notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration once, wherein the duration is decreased to zero when the duration is decreased.
For the case of increasing the first duration, when receiving the notification of increasing the first duration for a plurality of times, that is, the user may click the first operation button 501 for a plurality of times or may click the first operation button 501 for a plurality of times, each time the notification of increasing the first duration is received, that is, the first duration is accumulated on the basis of the remaining duration. For example, taking the first duration as 3s and the preset duration as 15s as an example, when the notification for increasing the first duration is received for the first time within the preset duration 15s, the first duration 3s is accumulated on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration 15s to obtain a total duration, and when the notification for increasing the first duration for the second time is received within the total duration, the first duration 3s is accumulated on the basis of the remaining duration of the total duration to obtain a new total duration, and so on.
For the case of decreasing the second duration, when receiving the notification of decreasing the second duration for a plurality of times, the notification of decreasing the second duration is received every time, that is, the second duration is cumulatively decreased based on the remaining duration. For example, taking the second duration as 10s and the preset duration as 15s as an example, when the notification of decreasing the second duration is received for the first time within the preset duration 15s, the second duration 10s is subtracted on the basis of the remaining duration (for example, the remaining duration is 12s) of the preset duration 15s to obtain a total duration 2s, and if the notification of increasing the second duration for the second time is received within the duration 2s, the duration of the continuous display becomes zero, which indicates that the instant messaging information is no longer continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box, but is returned to the normal position arrangement display of the message list.
The second method comprises the following steps: the server accumulates the times of the received first click event and the second click event in preset time, calculates the total time length required to be increased according to the times of the first click event accumulation, calculates the total time length required to be decreased according to the times of the second click event accumulation, and calculates the difference value of the total time length required to be increased minus the total time length required to be decreased. And if the increased total duration is greater than the decreased total duration, sending a notification of increasing the difference duration to the terminal, wherein the first duration refers to the difference duration, and the terminal accumulates the difference duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration according to the notification to obtain the total duration of the instant messaging information continuously displayed at the preset position. And if the increased total duration is less than the decreased total duration, sending a notification of decreasing the difference duration to the terminal, wherein the second duration refers to the difference duration, and the terminal subtracts the difference duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration according to the notification to obtain the total duration of the instant messaging information continuously displayed at the preset position.
When there are multiple instant messaging terminals, the server may receive a first click event or a second click event sent by the multiple terminals, and the response mode of the server is also applicable to the two response modes.
To increase the aesthetic feeling and the interest, the name of the first manipulation button 501 may be displayed as a "throw stone" button, the name of the second manipulation button 502 may be displayed as a "tie balloon" button, and both buttons may be displayed in the form of pictures.
Through the embodiment, a user can select to increase or decrease the duration of the instant messaging information continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box, when expecting that other users can pay attention to the instant messaging information, the first operating button 501 can be pressed, so that the server can be triggered to send the notification for increasing the first duration to each terminal, the duration of the instant messaging information continuously displayed by each terminal is increased, when the user is not interested in the instant messaging information, the second operating button 502 can be pressed, the duration of the instant messaging information bottom display is reduced, the operation of the user is facilitated, and the instant messaging process is more humanized.
In the previous embodiment, the first time period and the second time period are not selectable, referring to fig. 6, in another embodiment, the user may select the increased or decreased time period, specifically, the first operation button includes two buttons "+ 3 s" and "+ 8 s", for example, each button is pressed once to indicate that the corresponding time period is increased, for example, the button of 8s is pressed, the server sends a notification of increasing the time period of 8s, and the terminal increases the time period of 8s on the basis of the remaining time period of the preset time period to obtain the time period of the continuous display according to the notification. Similarly, the second operation button comprises two buttons of "-3 s" and "-5 s", and each button is pressed once to indicate that the corresponding time length is reduced. By the embodiment, more selectable time durations can be provided for the user to select, and the user experience is improved.
It is understood that, in the instant messaging, the server sends data (for example, the aforementioned instant messaging information, the notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration) to each terminal performing the instant messaging, that is, the server sends the instant messaging information or the notification to each terminal performing the instant messaging. Therefore, when one of the terminals in instant messaging sends the first click event or the second click event to the server, the server informs each terminal in instant messaging to increase the duration of the continuous display by the first duration or decrease the duration by the second duration. Therefore, when one user is more interested in certain continuously displayed instant messaging information and wants to attract more attention of other users, the first operation button can be clicked to enable all communication terminals to increase the duration of the continuously displayed instant messaging information.
The instant messaging information processing method of each embodiment can be applied to a group chat scene and can also be applied to a two-person chat scene. The following further illustrates an implementation process of the method for processing instant messaging information according to the embodiment of the present invention by taking a group chat scenario as an example.
In the group chat, the server receives instant messaging information respectively sent by each terminal in the group chat, and then sends the instant messaging information to all terminals in the group chat, thereby realizing the group chat. In group chat, because there are many users performing instant messaging, there are often many instant messaging information, and especially when each user is fiercely discussing a certain hotspot instant messaging information, the hotspot instant messaging information will be continuously pushed up by subsequent new instant messaging information, and when a certain user, especially a user newly opening a group, needs to spend more time to turn up a session message list to find the hotspot instant messaging information.
By the instant messaging information processing method, for a user who issues hot spot information, the user can select the display mode button when the user issues the hot spot instant messaging line information by using the terminal, and the corresponding terminal adds the identification signal to the hot spot instant messaging line information according to the selection of the user or informs the server of adding the identification signal to the hot spot instant messaging information according to the selection of the user. And the server sends the hot instant messaging information carrying the identification signal to each terminal in the group chat. Each terminal in the group chat receives the hot instant communication information, and continuously displays the hot instant communication information at a preset position of the dialog box for a preset duration when the fact that the hot instant communication information carries the identification signal is judged, so that the hot instant communication information can be displayed in the dialog box even if the instant communication information in the group chat is continuously received at present, and a user, particularly a user who newly opens the group dialog box, can quickly see the hot instant communication information without spending more time for searching.
In addition, each user in the group chat may perform an operation of increasing or decreasing the duration of the bottom display on the hot instant messaging information, for example, when one of the users clicks a first operation button 501 as shown in fig. 5, the corresponding terminal sends a first click event to the server, and the server sends a notification of increasing the first duration to each terminal in the group chat according to the first click event, so that each terminal accumulates the first duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration according to the notification.
In another embodiment of the instant messaging information processing method of the present invention, after receiving the instant messaging information sent by the server, the method further includes: and comparing the content of the instant messaging information with the preset characteristic information of the spam information, and judging whether the instant messaging information is the spam information according to a comparison result. When the instant messaging information is judged to carry the identification signal, the step of continuously displaying the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box for preset duration according to the identification signal specifically comprises the following steps: and when the instant messaging information is judged to carry the identification signal and is judged not to be the junk information, continuously displaying the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box for preset time according to the identification signal.
The junk information can comprise advertisement information, abuse information and the like, firstly, characteristic information representing the junk information is preset, keywords are extracted from the content of the instant messaging information when the instant messaging information is received, the keywords are compared with the preset characteristic information of the junk information, when keywords which are consistent with the preset characteristic information exist in the keywords of the instant messaging information, the instant messaging information is judged to be the junk information, and otherwise, the instant messaging information is not the junk information.
In this embodiment, by further determining the content of the instant messaging information, the instant messaging information is continuously displayed at the predetermined location when the content is determined not to be spam, so that information such as advertisements or abuse can be prevented from being continuously displayed in the dialog box.
When the instant messaging information is judged to carry the identification signal and is junk information, the instant messaging information can be arranged in the message list according to the receiving time sequence and displayed.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart of another method for processing instant messaging information according to an embodiment of the present invention, which will be described from the perspective of an instant messaging information processing apparatus of a server, and the method includes the following steps:
step S701: and receiving instant messaging information sent by the terminal.
The terminal sending the instant communication line to the server may be any terminal performing instant communication with each other. In the instant messaging, a terminal acquires instant messaging information input by a user and sends the instant messaging information to a server, wherein the instant messaging information can be characters, pictures, videos, virtual red packets and the like edited by the user, and can also be articles, links and the like forwarded by the user.
Step S702: and judging whether the instant messaging information is in a preset message type.
The preset message type is a message type displayed according to a preset display mode, whether the instant messaging information is the preset message type can be judged according to whether a display mode button (shown in fig. 1) in a dialog box is selected by a user, and when the display mode button is selected by the user, the instant messaging information is judged to be the preset message type. The terminal sends a notification that whether the display mode button is selected by the user to the server according to the selection instruction of the user, so that the server judges whether the instant messaging information is in a preset message type according to the notification.
Step S703: and when the instant messaging information is judged to be the preset message type, adding an identification signal in the instant messaging information, wherein the identification signal is used for indicating the display of the instant messaging information.
The representation form of the identification signal can be various, for example, characters, numbers, letters or symbols, such as "1" or "5", or can be "b" or "d", etc., when the user selects the display mode button, the terminal sends a notification that the user selects the display mode button to the server, and the server judges that the instant messaging information is a preset message type according to the notification, so as to add the identification signal in the instant messaging information.
When the instant messaging information is judged not to be the preset message type, the instant messaging information can be directly sent to the terminal, so that the terminal displays the instant messaging information in the session message list according to the received time sequence.
Step S704: and sending the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal to the terminal so that the terminal continuously displays the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box for preset duration.
4, the instant messaging information a carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the bottom of the message list for 15s, and the instant messaging information is always displayed at the bottom of the message list within the time of 15 s. As shown in the figure, a preset duration may be displayed in a countdown manner in the instant messaging dialog 401, so that the user can conveniently view the remaining time of the continuous display.
For example, when the instant messaging information is judged to be of a preset message type, the server acquires the displayed duration information, the duration information records the preset duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information, and the server can add the duration information recorded with the preset duration to the instant messaging information before or while sending the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal, so that when the terminal receives the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal, the duration information is extracted from the instant messaging information to acquire the displayed preset duration. Or, the duration information may also be obtained by the terminal from a local storage, specifically, the terminal stores duration information for continuous display in advance, and when it is determined that the received instant messaging information carries the identification signal, the terminal obtains the duration information stored in advance from the local storage to obtain the preset duration, so that the instant messaging information is continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box for the preset duration.
Further, after the server sends the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal to the terminal, the method may further include: receiving a first click event or a second click event sent by a terminal; sending a notification for increasing the first time length to the terminal according to the first click event, so that the terminal calculates the sum of the remaining time length of the preset time length and the first time length according to the notification, and obtaining the total time length of the instant messaging information continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box; or the server sends a notification for reducing the second time length to the terminal according to the second click event, so that the terminal calculates the difference value between the remaining time length of the preset time length and the second time length according to the notification, and the total time length of the instant messaging information continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box is obtained. The terminal sending the first click event or the second click event may be any one of terminals performing instant messaging, and the terminal receiving the notification may be each terminal performing instant messaging.
The first duration and the second duration may be set according to requirements of practical applications, for example, the first duration may be 3s, 5s, or 10s, and the second duration may be 2s, 5s, or 8 s.
The server may send a notification to the terminal to increase the first duration or decrease the second duration according to a plurality of conditions, for example, there may be the following two conditions:
in the first case: the server can send out corresponding notice according to the quantity of the received instant messaging information.
Specifically, within a period of time (the time does not exceed the preset time) after the server sends the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal to the terminal, if the number of the instant messaging information received by the server exceeds the preset number, when the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal returns to the normal position (i.e., the position arranged according to the time sequence) of the session message list after the preset time is over, the instant messaging information and the subsequently received instant messaging information may not be simultaneously displayed in the dialog box, and at this time, a notification for increasing the first time length may be sent out to increase the time length for displaying the instant messaging information at the bottom. If the number of the instant communication lines received by the server is less and does not exceed the preset number, even if the instant communication information carrying the identification signal returns to the normal position of the conversation message list after the preset duration is over, the instant communication information and the subsequently received instant communication information can be simultaneously displayed in the dialog box, and at the moment, a notice for reducing the second duration can be sent out so as to reduce the duration of the bottom display of the instant communication information.
In the second case: the server may also send a notification to the terminal to increase the first duration or decrease the second duration in accordance with the user's operation.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, when the user wishes to increase the duration of the persistent display, the first operation button 501 in the dialog box 503 may be clicked, the terminal receives a first click operation instruction triggered by the user through the first operation button 501, generates a first click event according to the first click operation instruction, and sends the first click event to the server. The server sends a notification of increasing the first duration according to the received first click event.
When the user wishes to reduce the duration of the continuous display, the user may click the second operation button 502 in the dialog box 503, the terminal receives a second click operation instruction triggered by the user through the second operation button 502, generates a second click event according to the second click operation instruction, and sends the second click event to the server. And the server sends a notification for reducing the second time length according to the received second click event.
The server may send a notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration once each time the first click event or the second click event is received, so that the duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information is accumulated for the first duration or the second duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration each time the terminal receives the notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration.
The server may also accumulate the received times of the first click event and the second click event within a predetermined time, calculate a total duration to be increased according to the accumulated times of the first click event, calculate a total duration to be decreased according to the accumulated times of the second click event, calculate a difference between the increased total duration and the decreased total duration, and send a notification of increasing the difference duration to the terminal if the increased total duration is greater than the decreased total duration, where the first duration refers to the difference duration, and the terminal accumulates the difference duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration according to the notification to obtain the total duration of the continuous display. And if the increased total duration is less than the decreased total duration, sending a notification of decreasing the difference duration to the terminal, wherein the second duration refers to the difference duration, and the terminal subtracts the difference duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration according to the notification to obtain the total duration of continuous display.
By the mode, the user can increase or reduce the duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information according to needs, so that the instant messaging process is more humanized.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for processing an instant messaging message according to an embodiment of the present invention. The instant messaging information processing apparatus of the embodiment may be integrated in a terminal or other devices, where the terminal may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, or a personal computer or other devices.
The processing apparatus 801 of the present embodiment is network-connected to a server 802. As shown, the processing device 801 includes a first receiving module 8011, a determining module 8012 and a displaying module 8013.
The first receiving module 8011 is configured to receive the instant messaging information sent by the server 802. The instant messaging information sent by the server 802 may come from any terminal performing instant messaging, and the instant messaging information may be, for example, characters, pictures, videos, virtual red packets, and the like edited by the user, or articles, links, and the like forwarded by the user.
The determining module 8012 is configured to determine whether the instant messaging information received by the first receiving module 8011 carries an identification signal, where the identification signal is used to indicate display of the instant messaging information. The identification signal may be generated according to a selected instruction of a user on a display mode button (as shown in fig. 1) in the dialog box, and the instant messaging information may be carried with the identification signal in various modes, for example, the following two modes:
the first method is as follows: when a user selects a display mode button when sending instant messaging information, the terminal adds an identification signal to the instant messaging information sent by the user according to an instruction of the user selecting the display mode button and sends the instant messaging information added with the identification signal to a server;
the second method comprises the following steps: when a user selects a display mode button when sending instant messaging information, the terminal sends the instant messaging information to the server according to an instruction of the user selecting the display mode button, and informs the server of adding an identification signal to the instant messaging information, and the server adds the identification signal to the instant messaging information according to the notification and sends the instant messaging information added with the identification signal to each communication terminal.
The display module 8013 is configured to, when the determining module 8012 determines that the instant messaging information carries the identification signal, continuously display the instant messaging information at a preset position of the dialog box for a preset duration according to the identification signal.
Optionally, when the determining module 8012 determines that the instant messaging information does not carry the identification signal, the instant messaging information may be displayed according to a preset policy, for example, the instant messaging information is displayed in a session message list according to a received time sequence, and the like.
4, the instant messaging information a carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the bottom of the message list for 15s, and the instant messaging information a is always displayed at the bottom of the message list within the time of 15 s.
Through the embodiment, the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the preset position for the preset time length, so that even new instant messaging information is continuously received in the preset time length, the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal cannot be pushed up by subsequently received messages, but is continuously displayed in the dialog box, so that a user can quickly see important messages continuously displayed in the dialog box when opening the dialog box, the user does not need to turn up a message list for searching, and the efficiency of searching the messages by the user is improved.
When receiving a plurality of instant messaging information carrying identification signals, the instant messaging information carrying identification signals can be displayed according to preset settings, for example, the latest received instant messaging information carrying identification signals can be displayed at the bottommost of a conversation message list, and other instant messaging information carrying identification signals are sequentially arranged on the bottommost of the conversation message list according to the received time sequence.
After the preset duration, the display module 8013 may display the instant messaging information and other instant messaging information in the session message list according to the received time sequence.
The display module 8013 may obtain duration information continuously displayed from the instant messaging information, that is, before or while the server sends the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal, the server may add duration information recorded with a preset duration to the instant messaging information, so that the display module 8013 extracts the duration information from the instant messaging information. Alternatively, the display module 8013 may also be obtained from a local storage, that is, the duration information that is continuously displayed is stored in the processing device 801 in advance, and when the determining module 8012 determines that the received instant messaging information carries the identification signal, the display module 8013 obtains the duration information that is stored in advance, and displays the instant messaging information in the session message list for a preset duration according to the duration information.

In this embodiment, the processing device 901 is connected to the server 902 through a network, and the processing device 901 includes a first receiving module 9011, a determining module 9012, a display module 9013, a second receiving module 9014, a third receiving module 9015, a first calculating module 9016, and a second calculating module 9017.
The first receiving module 9011 is configured to receive the instant messaging information sent by the server 902. The determining module 9012 is configured to determine whether the instant messaging information received by the first receiving module 9011 carries an identifier signal. The display module 9013 is configured to continuously display the instant messaging information at a preset position of the dialog box for a preset duration when the determining module 9012 determines that the instant messaging information carries the identification signal, and display the instant messaging information in a message list of the dialog box according to a received time sequence when the determining module 9012 determines that the instant messaging information does not carry the identification signal.
After the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the preset position, the second receiving module 9014 is configured to receive, within the preset time length, the notification that the first time length is increased, which is sent by the server 902, and the first calculating module 9016 is configured to calculate, according to the notification received by the second receiving module 9014, a sum of the remaining time length of the preset time length and the first time length, so as to obtain a total time length for continuously displaying the instant messaging information, so that the display module 9013 continuously displays the instant messaging information according to the total time length after the increase. The third receiving module 9015 is configured to receive the notification sent by the server 902 for reducing the second time duration, and the second calculating module 9017 is configured to calculate a difference between the remaining time duration of the preset time duration and the second time duration according to the notification received by the third receiving module 9015, so as to obtain a total time duration of the continuous display, so that the display module 9013 continuously displays the instant messaging information according to the total time duration after the reduction.
The first duration and the second duration may be set according to requirements of practical applications, for example, the first duration may be 3s, 5s, or 10s, and the second duration may be 2s, 5s, or 8 s.
The server 902 may issue a notification to the processing apparatus 901 to increase or decrease the time length in accordance with the user operation.
Specifically, the processing apparatus 901 further includes a first generating module 9018, a second generating module 9019, a first sending module 9020, and a second sending module 9021. With reference to fig. 5, when the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the preset position of the dialog box, the display module 9013 further displays a first operation button 501 for displaying the instant messaging information when the instant messaging information is added and a second operation button 502 for displaying the instant messaging information when the instant messaging information is subtracted.
The first generating module 9018 is configured to receive a first click operation instruction triggered by the user through the first operation button 501 within a preset time period, and generate a first click event according to the first click operation instruction, and the first sending module 9020 is configured to send the first click event to the server 902. The second receiving module 9014 is specifically configured to receive a notification that is sent by the server 902 according to the first click event and increases the first duration.
The second generating module 9019 is configured to receive a second click operation instruction triggered by the user through the second operation button 502 within a preset time period, and generate a second click event according to the second click operation instruction, and the second sending module 9021 is configured to send the second click event to the server 902. The third receiving module 9015 is specifically configured to receive a notification that the second duration is decreased and is sent by the server 902 according to the second click event.
The server 902 may send a notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration once each time the first click event or the second click event is received, so that the processing device 901 accumulates the duration of the instant message to be continuously displayed for the first duration or the second duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration correspondingly each time the notification of increasing the first duration or decreasing the second duration is received.
Alternatively, the server 902 may also send a notification to increase the first duration or decrease the second duration according to the number of times the first click event and the second click event are received in a cumulative manner within a predetermined time. Specifically, server 902 accumulates the number of times of receiving the first click event and the second click event within a predetermined time, calculates the total duration to be increased according to the number of times of accumulating the first click event, calculates the total duration to be decreased according to the number of times of accumulating the second click event, and calculates the difference between the total duration to be increased and the total duration to be decreased. If the increased total duration is greater than the decreased total duration, a notification of increasing the difference duration is sent to the processing device 901, where the first duration refers to the difference duration, and the processing device 901 accumulates the difference duration on the basis of the remaining duration of the preset duration according to the notification to obtain the duration of the continuous display. If the increased total duration is less than the decreased total duration, a notification of decreasing the difference duration is sent to the processing device 901, where the second duration refers to the difference duration, and the processing device 901 subtracts the difference duration from the remaining duration of the preset duration according to the notification to obtain the duration of the continuous display.
Through the embodiment, the user can select the duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information to be increased or reduced, the user operation is facilitated, and the instant messaging process is more humanized.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic view of another structure of the instant messaging information processing apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention. The instant messaging information processing device of the embodiment can be integrated in a server. As shown in the figure, the processing device 1001 of the present embodiment is connected to the terminal 1002 through a network, and the processing device 1001 includes a first receiving module 10011, a determining module 10012, an adding module 10013, and a first sending module 10014.
The first receiving module 10011 is configured to receive the instant messaging information sent by the terminal 1002. The determining module 10012 is configured to determine whether the instant messaging information received by the first receiving module 10011 is a preset message type. The preset message type refers to a message type displayed according to a preset display mode, whether the instant messaging information is the preset message type or not can be judged according to whether a display mode button (shown in figure 1) in a dialog box is selected or not by a user, and when the display mode button is selected by the user, the instant messaging information is judged to be the preset message type. The terminal sends a notification that whether the display mode button is selected by the user to the server according to the selection instruction of the user, so that the server judges whether the instant messaging information is in a preset message type according to the notification.
The adding module 10013 is configured to add an identifier signal to the instant messaging information when the determining module 10012 determines that the instant messaging information is of the preset message type, where the identifier signal is used to indicate display of the instant messaging information. The first sending module 10014 is configured to send the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal to the terminal 1002, so that the terminal 1002 continuously displays the instant messaging information at a preset position of the dialog box for a preset duration.
When the determining module 10012 determines that the instant messaging information is not of the bottom-set message type, the first sending module 10014 directly sends the instant messaging information to the terminal 1002, so that the terminal 1002 displays the instant messaging information in the session message list according to the received time sequence.
In the embodiment of the invention, the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is continuously displayed at the preset position for the preset time length, so that the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is not pushed upwards by subsequently received messages but is continuously displayed in the dialog box in the preset time length even if new instant messaging information is continuously received, so that a user can quickly see important messages continuously displayed in the dialog box when opening the dialog box without turning up a message list for searching, and the efficiency of searching the messages by the user is improved.
Further, the processing device 1001 may further include an acquisition module 10015. When the determining module 10012 determines that the instant messaging information is of the preset message type, the obtaining module 10015 obtains duration information of the continuous display, where the duration information records a preset duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information. The obtaining module 10015 may obtain the duration information continuously displayed locally or obtain the duration information from a network. The adding module 10013 is further configured to add duration information to be continuously displayed in the instant messaging information, so that the terminal 1002 continuously displays the instant messaging information for a preset duration according to the duration information.
The processing apparatus 1001 further includes a second receiving module 10016, a second sending module 10017, a third receiving module 10018, and a third sending module 10019. After the instant messaging information carrying the identification signal is sent to the terminal 1002, the second receiving module 10016 is configured to receive a first click event sent by the terminal 1002, and the second sending module 10017 is configured to send a notification for increasing the first duration to the terminal 1002 according to the first click event, so that the terminal 1002 calculates the sum of the remaining duration of the preset duration and the first duration according to the notification, so as to obtain the total duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box, and thus the terminal 1002 continuously displays the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box according to the total duration.
The third receiving module 10018 is configured to receive a second click event sent by the terminal 1002, and the third sending module 1009 is configured to send a notification for reducing the second duration to the terminal 1002 according to the second click event, so that the terminal 1002 calculates a difference between the remaining duration of the preset duration and the second duration according to the notification, so as to obtain a total duration of the continuous display of the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box, and thus the terminal 1002 continuously displays the instant messaging information at the preset position of the dialog box according to the total duration.
The first click event and the second click event may be generated by a user clicking a first operation button and a second operation button on the terminal 1002, respectively.
