The calculating unit 11 is specifically configured to use the number of the same keywords in the first feature information corresponding to the first existing user and the first feature information corresponding to the second existing user in the any two existing users as the matching degree between the first feature information of the first uploaded information files of the any two existing users; the grouping determining unit 12 is specifically configured to determine that any two existing users are in a user group if the number of the same keywords between the first feature information of the first long-distance transmission files of any two existing users is greater than a preset value.
And the group determination unit 12 may also store the correspondence between the information of the user group and the user identification of the user within the user group.
