本发明涉及一种分体式钢包针跳线，包括光纤线、光纤插针和连接器，连接器包括第一连接部和第二连接部，第一连接部套设于光纤插针上，第二连接部套设于光纤线上，第一连接部的内周凹设有环槽，第二连接部接近第一连接部的一端设置有与环槽相匹配的凸环，连接器的外周套设有护套，护套远离光纤插针的一端设置有与护套紧固配合的抵块，护套的外周设置有手持部。本发明结构简单合理，能够防水，节省材料，方便直接用手操作。

本发明涉及光纤跳线技术领域，特别涉及一种分体式钢包针跳线。
背景技术
钢包针跳线是指在光缆端部装上连接器插头，用来实现光路活动连接，使得光纤与光纤之间进行可拆卸连接的通信用器件。它是把光纤的端面精密对接起来，以使发射光纤输出的光能量能最大限度地耦合到接收光纤中去，并使由于其介入光链路而对系统造成的影响减到最小，这是光纤连接器的基本要求；在一定程度上，光纤连接器也影响了光传输系统的可靠性和各项性能。
现有技术上的钢包针跳线将光纤线与光纤插针通过钢包固定连接，但光纤插针端面却暴露在空气中，由于在光纤插针的端面易粘上灰尘或脏物，或者在使用过程中光纤插针端面容易受到损伤，会导致光纤传输受到影响，造成整条钢包针跳线均无法使用，浪费材料，且目前市场上的钢包针跳线较小，用手操作较不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种分体式钢包针跳线，其结构简单合理，在光纤插针与光纤线外周设置可拆卸连接的连接器，能够防止插针端面受损时整条钢包针跳线的浪费，只需更换光纤插针和第一连接部，能够节省材料；在连接器的外周设置护套，能够防止第一连接部与第二连接部的连接处进水；在护套的末端设置手持部，方便直接用手操作。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案。
本发明所述的一种分体式钢包针跳线，包括光纤线、光纤插针和连接器，连接器包括第一连接部和第二连接部，第一连接部套设于光纤插针上，第二连接部套设于光纤线上，第一连接部的内周凹设有环槽，第二连接部接近第一连接部的一端设置有与环槽相匹配的凸环，连接器的外周套设有护套，护套远离光纤插针的一端设置有与护套紧固配合的抵块，护套的外周设置有手持部。
进一步地，第一连接部远离光纤线的一端设置有限位台阶，护套接近光纤插针的一端设置有与限位台阶相抵的挡圈。
进一步地，第二连接部通过螺纹连接于第一连接部。
进一步地，抵块通过螺纹连接于护套。
进一步地，护套由金属材料制成。
本发明有益效果为：本发明在光纤插针与光纤线外周设置可拆卸连接的连接器，能够防止插针端面受损时整条钢包针跳线的浪费，只需更换光纤插针和第一连接部，能够节省材料；在连接器的外周设置护套，能够防止第一连接部与第二连接部的连接处进水；在护套的末端设置手持部，方便直接用手操作。本发明结构简单合理，能够防水，节省材料，方便直接用手操作。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本发明所述的一种分体式钢包针跳线，包括光纤线1、光纤插针2和连接器，连接器包括第一连接部4和第二连接部5，第一连接部4套设于光纤插针2上且第一连接部4与光纤插针2固定连接，第二连接部5套设于光纤线1上且第二连接部5与光纤线固定连接，第一连接部4的内周凹设有环槽6，第二连接部5接近第一连接部4的一端设置有与环槽6相匹配的凸环7，连接器的外周套设有护套8，护套8远离光纤插针2的一端设置有与护套8紧固配合的抵块9，护套8的外周设置有手持部10，在光纤插针2与光纤线1外周设置可拆卸连接的连接器，能够防止插针端面受损时整条钢包针跳线的浪费，只需更换光纤插针2和第一连接部1，能够节省材料；在连接器的外周设置护套8，能够防止第一连接部1与第二连接部2的连接处进水；在护套8的末端设置手持部10，方便直接用手操作。
第一连接部4远离光纤线的一端设置有限位台阶11，护套8接近光纤插针的一端设置有与限位台阶11相抵的挡圈3，第二连接部5通过螺纹连接于第一连接部4，抵块9通过螺纹连接于护套8，通过螺纹连接更加牢固可靠，护套8由金属材料制成。

1.一种分体式钢包针跳线，包括光纤线（1）、光纤插针（2）和连接器，其特征在于：连接器包括第一连接部（4）和第二连接部（5），第一连接部（4）套设于光纤插针（2）上，第二连接部（5）套设于光纤线（1）上，第一连接部（4）的内周凹设有环槽（6），第二连接部（5）接近第一连接部（4）的一端设置有与环槽（6）相匹配的凸环（7），连接器的外周套设有护套（8），护套（8）远离光纤插针（2）的一端设置有与护套（8）紧固配合的抵块（9），护套（8）的外周设置有手持部（10）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式钢包针跳线，其特征在于：第一连接部（4）远离光纤线的一端设置有限位台阶（11），护套（8）接近光纤插针的一端设置有与限位台阶（11）相抵的挡圈（3）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式钢包针跳线，其特征在于：第二连接部（5）通过螺纹连接于第一连接部（4）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种分体式钢包针跳线，其特征在于：抵块（9）通过螺纹连接于护套（8）。
