一种太阳能热水器呼吸阀属于太阳能光热利用配套工程的范畴。包括阀体、球珠、封堵螺丝,其特征是:阀体中间预留呼吸气道,呼吸气道两侧预留进气道和出气道,呼吸气道下部预留管路丝口;进气道下部和出气道下部都预留气密孔,进气道上部与呼吸气道导通,气密孔之下与外部导通,出气孔上部与外部导通,气密孔之下与呼吸气道导通;球珠由进气道和出气道的上口放入,沉降到气密孔,进气道和出气道的上口用封堵螺丝封闭。该发明可以有效地阻止太阳能热水器保温水箱内部气体与外部空气导通,形成对流导致热量流失。

技术领域
该发明属于太阳能光热利用配套工程的范畴。
背景技术
如今,许多非承压太阳能热水器的保温水箱上一般预留排气孔和溢流孔,常规是排气孔较高,溢流孔较低,这样容易造成保温水箱内部的空气在排气孔对流溢出,从而把热量带走;造成不必要的热量流失,特别是冬季尤为明显。
发明内容
针对以上所述弊端,特设计了一种太阳能热水器呼吸阀;设计思路是:利用双球珠阻止管路畅通,杜绝保温水箱里空气溢流散热,造成热量流失。
本发明的解决方案是:一种太阳能热水器呼吸阀,包括阀体、球珠、封堵螺丝,其特征是:阀体中间预留呼吸气道,呼吸气道两侧预留进气道和出气道,呼吸气道下部预留管路丝口;进气道下部和出气道下部都预留气密孔,进气道上部与呼吸气道导通,气密孔之下与外部导通,出气孔上部与外部导通,气密孔之下与呼吸气道导通;球珠由进气道和出气道的上口放入,沉降到气密孔,进气道和出气道的上口用封堵螺丝封闭。
该装置的运行原理是:利用呼吸气道下部预留的管路丝口与太阳能热水器保温水箱上的排气管结合,当向保温水箱里注水时,气体推动出气孔里的球珠排出保温水箱之外;当热水使用变少时,外部空气在负压的作用下,推动进气道里的球珠进入保温水箱。在静态状态下,两个球珠紧紧地封闭着气密孔,保温水箱内外空气隔绝,避免了气体对流导致的热量流失。
该发明的有益效果是:该发明可以有效地阻止太阳能热水器保温水箱内部气体与外部空气导通,形成对流导致热量流失。

一种太阳能热水器呼吸阀,包括阀体(1)、球珠(2)、封堵螺丝(3),其特征是:阀体(1)中间预留呼吸气道(11),呼吸气道(11)两侧预留进气道(12)和出气道(13),呼吸气道(11)下部预留管路丝口(14);进气道(12)下部和出气道(13)下部都预留气密孔(15),进气道(12)上部与呼吸气道(11)导通,气密孔(15)之下与外部导通,出气孔(13)上部与外部导通,气密孔(15)之下与呼吸气道(11)导通;球珠(2)由进气道(12)和出气道(13)的上口放入,沉降到气密孔(15),进气道(12)和出气道(13)的上口用封堵螺丝(3)封闭。
