Abstract

本发明公开了组合式窗框,包括窗框,窗框上设置有滑轨,滑轨上设置有窗户,若干转动块组合形成滑轨,转动块上设置有转轴,窗框上设置有具有通孔的连接臂,转轴在通孔内转动,转轴与通孔的侧壁之间具有随着转轴转动而改变位置的通道,转动块底部设置有凹槽,凹槽上端侧面设置有出气孔,凹槽内设置有第一磁铁,第一磁铁上端设置有弹簧,凹槽底部设置有仅可进气的单向阀,凹槽底部与连接臂之间设置有气道,当转动块贴合在窗框上时,气道与通道断开,当转动块与窗框分离时,气道与通道连通,窗户底部设置有与第一磁铁配合的第二磁铁。采用该结构实现自动倾倒滑轨内的灰尘,从而防止窗框滑轨内的灰尘和杂质堆积。

技术领域
本发明属于合金窗框技术领域,具体是组合式窗框。
背景技术
窗框是墙体与窗的过渡层,起到固定以及防止周围墙体坍塌的作用。窗框底部设置有滑轨,窗在滑轨内滑动,而滑轨由于隔离成多个区域,位于滑轨内的灰尘杂质很难清除,长此以往需要人工对滑轨内的杂质进行清除,否则就会导致窗开闭不畅。现有的窗框滑轨都是一体式的,无法通过翻转的方式将滑轨内的灰尘倒出。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术不足,提供组合式窗框,该结构能够自动倾倒滑轨内的灰尘,从而防止窗框滑轨内的灰尘和杂质堆积。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:组合式窗框,包括窗框,所述窗框上设置有滑轨,所述滑轨上设置有窗户,若干转动块组合形成所述滑轨,所述转动块上设置有转轴,所述窗框上设置有具有通孔的连接臂,所述转轴在所述通孔内转动,所述转轴与所述通孔的侧壁之间具有随着转轴转动而改变位置的通道,所述窗框底部设置有凹槽,所述凹槽上端侧面设置有出气孔,所述凹槽内设置有第一磁铁,所述第一磁铁上端设置有弹簧,所述凹槽底部设置有仅可进气的单向阀,所述凹槽底部与所述连接臂之间设置有气道,当所述转动块贴合在所述窗框上时,所述气道与所述通道断开,当所述转动块与窗框分离时,所述气道与所述通道连通,所述窗户底部设置有与所述第一磁铁配合的第二磁铁,所述通孔与所述转轴之间设置有限位结构,所述限位结构限制所述转动块的转动角度为90度。采用该结构在窗户滑动至转动块上方时,第一磁铁由第二磁铁吸引向上运动,弹簧蓄力,在窗户移走时弹簧的弹力驱动转动块转动将灰尘倒出,此时气道与通道连通,第一磁铁下降到凹槽底部,实现自动倾倒滑轨内的灰尘,从而防止窗框滑轨内的灰尘和杂质堆积。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述转轴的截面为半圆,所述通孔的截面为四分之三圆,所述通道的截面合并起来为四分之一圆。该结构为具体的限位结构,方便制造且方便气道与通道断开以及连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:采用该结构在窗户滑动至转动块上方时,第一磁铁由第二磁铁吸引向上运动,弹簧蓄力,在窗户移走时弹簧的弹力驱动转动块转动将灰尘倒出,此时气道与通道连通,第一磁铁下降到凹槽底部,通过控制第一磁铁和第二的吸引力来控制转动块的转动角度在90以内,从而使得转动块能够回复,实现自动倾倒滑轨内的灰尘,从而防止窗框滑轨内的灰尘和杂质堆积。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:参见图1至图2,组合式窗框,包括窗框1,所述窗框1上设置有滑轨2,所述滑轨2上设置有窗户3,若干转动块4组合形成所述滑轨2,所述转动块4上设置有转轴41,所述窗框1上设置有具有通孔12的连接臂11,所述转轴41在所述通孔12内转动,所述转轴41与所述通孔12的侧壁之间具有随着所述转轴41转动而改变位置的通道13,所述窗框1底部设置有凹槽42,所述凹槽42上端侧面设置有出气孔43,所述凹槽42内设置有第一磁铁44,所述第一磁铁44上端设置有弹簧45,所述凹槽42底部设置有仅可进气的单向阀46,所述凹槽42底部与所述连接臂11之间设置有气道47,当所述转动块4贴合在所述窗框1上时,所述气道47与所述通道13断开,当所述转动块4与所述窗框1分离时,所述气道47与所述通道13连通,所述窗户3底部设置有与所述第一磁铁44配合的第二磁铁31,所述通孔12与所述转轴41之间设置有限位结构,所述限位结构限制所述转动块4的转动角度为90度。采用该结构在窗户滑动至转动块上方时,第一磁铁由第二磁铁吸引向上运动,弹簧蓄力,在窗户移走时弹簧的弹力驱动转动块转动将灰尘倒出,此时气道与通道连通,第一磁铁下降到凹槽底部,实现自动倾倒滑轨内的灰尘,从而防止窗框滑轨内的灰尘和杂质堆积。
