Abstract
本发明涉及一种锌钢木纹护栏;锌钢木纹护栏,包括:立柱、横栏、横栏下挡和灯头;其中,立柱、横栏与横栏下档均采用木纹锌钢方管制作,立柱底部有锚尖,横栏安装在立柱上部两侧,横栏下档安装在横栏下、侧边与立柱连接;灯头由立柱延长段、光源、光伏板锥罩和光敏开关组成,立柱延长段位于立柱上端,立柱延长段顶部设置光源,光源上方安装有光伏板锥罩,光伏板锥罩下表面为镜面,光伏板锥罩顶部设置有光敏开关;本发明整合了护栏与路灯的功能,且无需管线等基建配合,广泛适用于公园绿地、坡地、旅游景区等,木纹转印锌钢材料外观在上述环境中亦有较高的背景融合效果,利于景观布置。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种锌钢木纹护栏。
背景技术:
锌钢是常见的建筑、装饰用材料,其采用渗入工艺方式对钢材进行处理,使之形成锌钢合金,通常为高温热浸锌工艺方式。成品锌钢材料有很高的抗锈蚀性能,不经任何表面处理也可以在野外环境中保持二十年以上不锈蚀,因此常用于工程基建如道路护栏、塔架、标识牌等。
现有的锌钢材料护栏多为单纯功能的护栏,在市政建设过程中功能单一,往往需要大量照明设施配合,造成相应市政建设成本较高。
发明内容:
鉴于此,有必要设计一种整合以光伏供电照明功能的锌钢护栏设施。
锌钢木纹护栏,包括:立柱、横栏、横栏下挡和灯头;其中,立柱、横栏与横栏下档均采用木纹锌钢方管制作,立柱底部有锚尖,横栏安装在立柱上部两侧,横栏下档安装在横栏下、侧边与立柱连接;灯头由立柱延长段、光源、光伏板锥罩和光敏开关组成,立柱延长段位于立柱上端,立柱延长段顶部设置光源,光源上方安装有光伏板锥罩,光伏板锥罩下表面为镜面,光伏板锥罩顶部设置有光敏开关。
上述结构中,蓄电池应低位安装在立柱下部以降低路灯重心防止倾倒。昼间光敏开关关闭光源,蓄电池由光伏板充电,夜间光敏开关开启光源,实现照明功能。灯头可间隔安装,间隔距离根据实际照明需要调整。
优选的,光伏板锥罩底部设置有透明密封板,光源位于光伏板锥罩与透明密封板之间的腔体内,防止光源损坏。
优选的,光源下方立柱延长段侧面还设置有锥形镜面,由光源光线向上部分,可在光伏板锥罩下表面镜面与锥形镜面间反射改向后参与照明,提高电能利用率,降低光源能耗选型。
优选的,光伏板锥罩高宽比小于0.2。
本发明整合了护栏与路灯的功能,且无需管线等基建配合,广泛适用于公园绿地、坡地、旅游景区等,木纹转印锌钢材料外观在上述环境中亦有较高的背景融合效果,利于景观布置。

锌钢木纹护栏,包括:立柱1、横栏2、横栏下挡201和灯头3;其中,立柱1、横栏2与横栏下档201均采用木纹锌钢方管制作,立柱1底部有锚尖101,横栏2安装在立柱1上部两侧,横栏下档201安装在横栏2下、侧边与立柱1连接;灯头3相对立柱1隔一布置,灯头3由立柱延长段301、光源302、光伏板锥罩303和光敏开关304组成,立柱延长段301位于立柱1上端,立柱延长段301顶部设置光源302,光源302上方安装有光伏板锥罩303,光伏板锥罩303下表面为镜面,光伏板锥罩303顶部设置有光敏开关304。
光伏板锥罩303底部设置有透明密封板305,光源302位于光伏板锥罩303与透明密封板305之间的腔体内。
光源302下方立柱延长段301侧面还设置有锥形镜面306。光伏板锥罩303高宽比小于0.2。

1.锌钢木纹护栏,其特征在于,包括:立柱、横栏、横栏下挡和灯头;
其中,立柱、横栏与横栏下档均采用木纹锌钢方管制作,立柱底部有锚尖,横栏安装在立柱上部两侧,横栏下档安装在横栏下、侧边与立柱连接;
灯头由立柱延长段、光源、光伏板锥罩和光敏开关组成,立柱延长段位于立柱上端,立柱延长段顶部设置光源,光源上方安装有光伏板锥罩,光伏板锥罩下表面为镜面,光伏板锥罩顶部设置有光敏开关。
2.如权利要求1所述的锌钢木纹护栏,其特征在于,所述光伏板锥罩底部设置有透明密封板,光源位于光伏板锥罩与透明密封板之间的腔体内。
3.如权利要求1所述的锌钢木纹护栏,其特征在于,所述光源下方立柱延长段侧面还设置有锥形镜面。
4.如权利要求1所述的锌钢木纹护栏,其特征在于,所述光伏板锥罩高宽比小于0.2。
