技术领域
本发明涉及外墙保温隔热防火装饰材料,适用于建设物外墙保温隔热防火装饰。也可以用于锅炉,热水箱的保温隔热。
背景技术
能源和材料是我国国民经济的基础,同时也是我国国民经济发展的瓶颈,节能已经成为我国的基本国策。我国的建筑能耗约总全国总能耗的30%,在我国建筑业飞速发展的今天,如果不注意节能产品的使用,建筑能耗比例将随着建筑物的增加而增大,使用轻质,保温。隔热的建筑材料是降低能耗的有效措施之一。住建部和公安部于2009 年46 号规定凡建筑物外墙必须安装使用保温隔热的装饰材料,其防火指标应达到国家标准A 级。现市场上仅采用国家标准B 级的保温隔热装饰材料,所以研发国家标准A 级水平的保温隔热防火材料迫在眉睫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是取代外墙贴瓷砖和其它的外墙装饰方法,提供一种经济型,重量轻,且保温、隔热、防火、防水的新型保温节能建筑材料。其技术指标达到国家标准A 级水平。
本发明的技术是这样完成的:
一种新型保温节能建筑材料,其特征在于采用氯氧镁内外墙保温隔热防火
板材与硅酸钙镁板( 或金属铝板) 用防火粘接剂环氧树脂粘接而成。
其中氯氧镁内外墙保温隔热防火板材,采用30%轻烧氧化镁、30%工业氯化镁、
30%聚苯颗粒为主体,加入添加剂:4%固化剂、2%聚丙烯纤维、2%石棉纤维素、0.6%发泡剂、0.4%防潮改性剂、1%防水剂等混合后产生化学反应迅速发泡膨胀,成型后加温加压形成轻型板材,主要承担保温隔热。外装饰板硅酸钙镁装饰板( 或金属装饰板) 用防火粘接剂环氧树脂粘接在氯氧镁外墙保温隔热防火板材上,做成新型保温节能建筑材料材。所有材料均可阻燃防火。
具体实施方式:
氯氧镁外墙保温隔热防火板材用30%轻烧氧化镁、30%工业氯化镁、30%聚苯颗粒为主体和添加剂:4%固化剂、2%聚丙烯纤维、2%石棉纤维素、0.6%发泡剂、0.4%防潮改性剂、0.1%防水剂等混合产生化学反应发泡膨胀加温加压成型待用。外装饰板硅酸钙镁板( 或金属装饰板) 在专用设备上打磨抛光喷氟碳漆烘干后,喷漆面贴保护膜。
经专用设备在氯氧镁外墙保温隔热防火板上涂防火粘接剂环氧树脂,将外装饰板未贴上保护膜的硅酸钙镁板( 或金属铝板) 的面重叠在上,然后送入滚压机中复合。
接着在压力机上加压保压而成,随后按需要尺寸裁剪。
保温隔热板材- 外装饰板材- 涂胶- 复合- 加压- 保压- 裁剪- 包装出厂。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型保温节能建筑材料,采用氯氧镁内外墙保温隔热防火材料板和装饰板硅酸钙镁( 或金属铝板) 用防火粘接剂环氧树脂粘接而成。
2.其特征在于采用氯氧镁内外墙保温隔热防火材料板和外装饰板材硅酸钙镁( 或金属铝板) 用防火粘接剂环氧树脂粘接经复合加压保压,使其制品能抗折抗压,重量轻,具备保温、隔热、防火、防水功能。
3.根据权利要求1 所述新型保温节能建筑材料,其特征在于采了环氧树脂防火粘接剂,有效的增加了板材的阻燃功能和连接可靠性。
4.根据权利要求1 所述氯氧镁内新型保温节能建筑材料,经外表打磨后喷氟碳漆。
5.具备防火装饰功能,安装在建筑物外墙后不再进行修饰。
