Abstract

The prefabricated club-footed reducing pile is driven into the designed depth for electro-osmosis consolidation, and 0.25 percent of NaCl solution is poured through the super-strong PVC pipe in the electro-osmosis process. Background
Soft soil foundations are widely distributed along coasts of large rivers and coastal areas in China, and the soft soil foundations need to be processed in a proper mode according to actual conditions in engineering. Therefore, it is necessary to invent and improve various methods suitable for treating soft soil foundations continuously, so as to further improve the engineering quality and create greater economic benefits. The prefabricated under-reamed reducing pile for treating soft foundation and its construction process are provided for treating high water content soft foundation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in a targeted manner, the project provides a prefabricated bottom-expanding variable-diameter pile for treating a soft soil foundation and a construction method thereof, and the prefabricated bottom-expanding variable-diameter pile overcomes the defect of poor pile quality of the cast-in-place variable-diameter pile; the steel sleeve is sleeved at the diameter reducing part of the prefabricated club-footed reducing pile, so that the reducing pile is integrally cylindrical, the resistance of a soil body during pile sinking is reduced, and the pile sinking speed is improved; the prefabricated club-footed reducing pile can be filled with 0.25 percent of NaCl solution through the super-strong PVC pipe in the electroosmosis process, so that the electroosmosis consolidation efficiency is improved; the prefabricated bottom-expanding variable-diameter pile has the advantages that the pile bottom is expanded, the pile end is implanted into the bearing layer, and larger pile end bearing capacity can be provided.

5) And (3) finishing construction: and (3) continuously carrying out electroosmosis reinforcement work, continuously corroding the steel sleeve, continuously keeping pore water in the soft soil foundation away from the prefabricated club-footed variable-diameter pile, continuously self-compacting soil body around the prefabricated club-footed variable-diameter pile until the foundation meets the bearing capacity design requirement, and then carrying out subsequent engineering construction.
The invention has the following characteristics and beneficial effects:

3. The prefabricated bottom-expanding variable-diameter pile adopts the pile bottom to carry out expansion treatment, and the pile end is implanted into the bearing layer, so that larger pile end bearing capacity can be provided.
4. The invention overcomes the defect of poor pile forming quality of the cast-in-place variable diameter pile by adopting the prefabricated club-footed variable diameter pile.
