Abstract
The invention discloses a multifunctional ironing board, comprising: a base supported by a main body of the steamer; an ironing board main body rotatably coupled to the base; a locking means for locking a horizontal state of the ironing board main body; wherein the rotatable connection is such that the ironing board body can be rotated by an angle of 90 ° from a horizontally laid state to a vertically laid state, or rotated by an angle of 90 ° from a vertically laid state to a horizontally laid state. The ironing board can flatly lay clothes thereon for ironing when horizontally laid, and can vertically hang the clothes thereon for ironing when the ironing board main body is vertically placed.

Technical Field

a base supported by a main body of the steamer;
an ironing board main body rotatably coupled to the base;
a locking means for locking a horizontal state of the ironing board main body;
wherein the rotatable connection is such that the ironing board body can be rotated by an angle of 90 ° from a horizontally laid state to a vertically laid state, or rotated by an angle of 90 ° from a vertically laid state to a horizontally laid state.
Preferably, the width of the base is 1/3-1/2 of the width of the ironing board, so that the base can sufficiently support the ironing board body.
As a further improvement of the present invention, the ironing board main body is provided at a lower portion thereof with:
a first recess for receiving the base;
and the second groove is used for accommodating the locking device, wherein the second groove is communicated with the first groove.

Fig. 3a to 6d show a first embodiment according to the invention, comprising:

a base 110, as shown in fig. 3d, the base 110 is composed of a base upper cover 111 and a base lower cover 112, the base 110 is supported by the supporting rod of the steamer body, the width of the base 110 is 1/3-1/2 of the width of the ironing board body 1, so that the base 110 can fully support the ironing board body 1, and the ironing board body 1 is connected to the base 110 in a rotatable connection manner;

As shown in fig. 5, the base upper cover 111 is longitudinally provided with an L-shaped guide groove 111a corresponding to the structure of the rotation shaft 103, the L-shaped guide groove 111a is provided on a longitudinal end surface of the L-shaped guide groove 111a, and the square shafts at both ends of the rotation shaft 103 are inserted into the L-shaped sub-guide groove 111b, so that the movement of the rotation shaft 103 is limited by the L-shaped guide groove 111a and the L-shaped sub-guide groove 111b, and the base lower cover 112 is engaged with the base upper cover 111.
The working principle is as follows: the position of the ironing board body 1 as shown in fig. 3d is that the ironing board body 1 is in a horizontal working state, at this time, because the two ends of the rotating shaft 103 are square shafts, the rotation of the rotating shaft 103 is limited by the L-shaped sub-guiding groove 111b, so as to limit the overturn of the ironing board body 1, and because the locking device 105 is limited, the horizontal displacement of the rotating shaft 103 is limited, so as to limit the horizontal displacement of the ironing board body 1; when the ironing board main body 1 needs to be rotated to a vertical placing state to iron clothes, the ironing board main body 1 can horizontally slide rightwards and cross the locking device 105 until reaching the right-angle corner of the L-shaped sub-guide groove 111b, and because the right-angle corner is provided with the round chamfer, the rotating shaft 103 can realize rotating motion, so that the ironing board main body 1 can be turned over by 90 degrees, and then the ironing board main body 1 is horizontally moved downwards to the bottom of the L-shaped sub-guide groove 111b, and the horizontal displacement and the rotating motion of the ironing board main body 1 are limited by the L-shaped sub-guide groove 111 b; on the contrary, the principle of applying the ironing board body 1 from the vertical state to the horizontally laid state is the same.
As a further development of the invention, fig. 7a to 11 show a second embodiment according to the invention, which comprises:
an ironing board body 1, as shown in fig. 7d, the ironing board body 1 is composed of an ironing board upper cover 101 and an ironing board lower cover 102;
a base 110, as shown in fig. 7d, the base 110 is composed of a base upper cover 111 and a base lower cover 112, the base 110 is supported by the supporting rod of the steamer body, the width of the base 110 is 1/3-1/2 of the width of the ironing board body 1, so that the base 110 can fully support the ironing board body 1, and the ironing board body 1 is connected to the base 110 in a rotatable connection manner;
two plugs 120, the plugs 120 inserted into the rod sleeves of the support rods of the main body of the garment steamer, for connecting the base 110 with the support rods of the garment steamer;
a locking device, as shown in fig. 10, comprising: a locking block 108 and a guide rail 109.
As shown in fig. 11, the ironing board body 1 is provided at a lower portion thereof with:
a first recess 102a for receiving the base 110;
and a second recess 102b for accommodating the locking device, wherein the second recess 102b is disposed in communication with the first recess 102 a.
Wherein, rotatable connected mode passes through hinged joint, and this hinge includes:
a base sleeve 106 fixedly connected to the base 110; and
an ironing board sleeve is fixedly connected in the first groove 102a, and the base sleeve 106 is connected with the ironing board sleeve through a hinge pin 107, so that the ironing board body 1 can rotate around the base 110.
As shown in fig. 7d, the base lower cover 112 is provided with a square groove.
As shown in fig. 10, a baffle 108a is disposed on the locking block 108, a cylindrical guide post is disposed on the baffle 108a, a return spring (not shown) is disposed between the cylindrical guide post and the second groove 102b, two sliding grooves 109a are disposed on two end surfaces of the inner side of the guide rail 109, the locking block 108 can slide in the sliding grooves 109a, when the locking block 108 slides into the square groove of the base lower cover 112, the horizontal state of the ironing board body 1 is locked, at this time, the ironing board body 1 cannot rotate around the base 110, when the locking block 108 slides out of the square groove of the base lower cover 112, the horizontal state of the ironing board body 1 is unlocked, and at this time, the ironing board body 1 can rotate around the base 110 to the vertical position.
The working principle is as follows: the position of the ironing board body 1 as shown in fig. 7d is that the ironing board body 1 is in a horizontal working state, at this time, the locking block 108 of the locking device is located in the square groove of the base lower cover 112 due to the elastic force of the return spring, the locking block 108 is abutted against the lower part of the base 110, the horizontal movement of the ironing board body 1 is locked, at this time, the ironing board body 1 cannot rotate around the base 110; when the locking block 108 slides out of the square groove of the base lower cover 112, the horizontal state of the ironing board body 1 is unlocked, and at this time, the ironing board body 1 can rotate around the base 110 to the vertical state as shown in fig. 8 e; on the contrary, the principle of applying the ironing board body 1 from the vertical state to the horizontally laid state is the same.
As described above, according to the present invention, due to the rotation connection manner of the present invention, the ironing board main body 1 can be rotated by 90 ° from the horizontally-laid state to the vertically-laid state, or rotated by 90 ° from the vertically-laid state to the horizontally-laid state, so that when the ironing board main body 1 is horizontally laid, the clothes can be flatly laid thereon for ironing, and when the ironing board main body 1 is vertically laid, the clothes can be vertically hung thereon for ironing; and because of the locking device of the invention, when some thicker clothes are ironed on the ironing board main body 1, the clothes can not shake along with the increase of the ironing force, thus greatly improving the ironing effect and efficiency.

a base supported by a main body of the steamer;
an ironing board main body rotatably connected to the base, the ironing board main body having an ironing board upper cover and an ironing board lower cover;
a locking means for locking a horizontal state of the ironing board main body;
wherein the rotatable connection mode enables the ironing board main body to rotate by an angle of 90 degrees from a horizontal flat state to a vertical flat state or by an angle of 90 degrees from the vertical flat state to the horizontal flat state, the rotatable connection mode is a hinge connection, the width of the base accounts for 1/3-1/2 of the width of the ironing board main body, so that the base can fully support the ironing board main body, and the lower part of the multifunctional ironing board main body is provided with:
a first recess for receiving the base;
