本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,具体涉及一种保温涂料。
背景技术
在传统能源日益减少的今天,太阳能作为一种取之不尽用之不竭的能源成为人们对能源问题关注的焦点。太阳能热水器是最先走进人们日常生活的家电,其应用也最为广泛。太阳能热水器吸收太阳能加热水箱内的水供人们使用,现有的太阳能热水器水箱外侧涂有涂料以增强水箱的保温性能,然而,现有的涂料在保温性能方面仍然有提升的空间。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决上述问题,提供了一种保温涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种保温涂料由如下按照重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂混合物40~70份、聚甲醚树脂20~28份、竹纤维15~20份、玻璃纤维棉10~18份、碳纳米管2~6份、石墨12~27份、硅藻土3~10份、聚四氟乙烯9~24份、聚氨酯30~45份、膨胀珍珠岩13~19份、胶粉聚苯颗粒19~26份和稳定剂6~12份。
所述保温涂料由如下按照重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂混合物42~65份、聚甲醚树脂23~26份、竹纤维16~19份、玻璃纤维棉11~15份、碳纳米管3~5份、石墨17~22份、硅藻土5~8份、聚四氟乙烯10~18份、聚氨酯33~41份、膨胀珍珠岩15~17份、胶粉聚苯颗粒21~23份和稳定剂8~10份。
所述保温涂料由如下按照重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂混合物48份、聚甲醚树脂25份、竹纤维17份、玻璃纤维棉13份、碳纳米管4份、石墨20份、硅藻土6份、聚四氟乙烯13份、聚氨酯39份、膨胀珍珠岩16份、胶粉聚苯颗粒22份和稳定剂9份。
所述保温涂料的环氧树脂混合物中由环氧酚醛树脂和聚酰胺树脂按照1:4重量份比配置而成。
本发明的有益效果:该种保温涂料成分配比合理,结构稳定,保温性能好,安全环保,原料廉价易得,生产成本较低,适合工业化生产。

本发明采取以下技术方案来实现:该种保温涂料由如下按照重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂混合物40~70份、聚甲醚树脂20~28份、竹纤维15~20份、玻璃纤维棉10~18份、碳纳米管2~6份、石墨12~27份、硅藻土3~10份、聚四氟乙烯9~24份、聚氨酯30~45份、膨胀珍珠岩13~19份、胶粉聚苯颗粒19~26份和稳定剂6~12份。

1.一种保温涂料,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂混合物40~70份、聚甲醚树脂20~28份、竹纤维15~20份、玻璃纤维棉10~18份、碳纳米管2~6份、石墨12~27份、硅藻土3~10份、聚四氟乙烯9~24份、聚氨酯30~45份、膨胀珍珠岩13~19份、胶粉聚苯颗粒19~26份和稳定剂6~12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温涂料,其特征在于,由如下按照重量份的原料组成:环氧树脂混合物42~65份、聚甲醚树脂23~26份、竹纤维16~19份、玻璃纤维棉11~15份、碳纳米管3~5份、石墨17~22份、硅藻土5~8份、聚四氟乙烯10~18份、聚氨酯33~41份、膨胀珍珠岩15~17份、胶粉聚苯颗粒21~23份和稳定剂8~10份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的保温涂料,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂混合物中由环氧酚醛树脂和聚酰胺树脂按照1:4重量份比配置而成。
