Abstract
The invention discloses a seat sliding mechanism for a milling machine, which comprises a seat, a seat box, a rotating device, a rotation limiting device and a fixed block, wherein the seat is fixed on the seat box, the fixed block is welded on a machine body bottom plate, the rotating device and the rotation limiting device are arranged in parallel, one end of each rotating device is hinged with the seat box, the other end of each rotating device is hinged with the fixed block, a parallelogram is formed by connecting four hinge points, and the large-angle rotation sliding of the seat is realized by utilizing the instability of the parallelogram; the rotation limiting device is welded with a limiting pin shaft which is matched with the jack on the fixed block and used for locking the seat and preventing the seat from unlimited swinging when the whole machine moves. The seat sliding mechanism for the milling machine has a large rotation angle, can adjust the seat position according to the operation habits and the construction working conditions of different operators, enlarges the operation field of view and reduces the visual dead angle; the sliding mechanism has the advantages of simple structure, small occupied space, low cost and easy realization.

As shown in fig. 1, the seat sliding mechanism for the milling machine comprises a seat 1, a seat box 2, a rotating device 3, a rotation limiting device 4 and a fixed block 8, wherein the seat 1 is fixed on the seat box 2, the fixed block 8 is welded on a chassis of the milling machine body, one end of the rotating device 3 is hinged with the seat box 2, and the other end of the rotating device is hinged with the fixed block 8; one end of the rotation limiting device 4 is hinged with the seat box 2, and the other end is hinged with the fixed block 8; the rotating device 3 and the rotation limiting device 4 are arranged in parallel.
As shown in fig. 2, one end of the rotation limiting device 4 is hinged with the fixed block 8, and a thrust washer 6 and a self-lubricating bearing 7 are embedded in a formed hinge point, wherein the thrust washer 6 is arranged above the self-lubricating bearing 7. The self-lubricating bearing has good wear resistance and long service life, can reduce vibration and noise of machinery, and can ensure that the operation of operators is not influenced when the seat is rotated in the working state of the milling machine; the thrust washer is used for preventing the self-lubricating bearing from axially moving.
The other end of the rotation limiting device 4 is hinged with the seat box 2, and the formed hinge point comprises a self-made gasket 9, a flat pad 10, an elastic pad 11 and a bolt 12 besides the thrust washer 6 and the self-lubricating bearing 7, wherein the self-lubricating bearing 7, the thrust washer 6, the self-made gasket 9, the flat pad 10 and the elastic pad 11 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. When the bolt is screwed down, the elastic pad is pressed to generate elastic force, so that the friction force of the bolt is increased, and the bolt can be prevented from loosening; the self-made gasket and the flat gasket enlarge the contact area between the bolt and the equipment device, and damage to the surface of the device caused by the elastic gasket when the bolt is disassembled is eliminated; the self-made gasket is the same as the standard gasket in material and size and is formulated according to actual requirements.
One end of the rotating device 3 is hinged with the fixed block 8, the other end of the rotating device is hinged with the seat box 2, and the configuration and the installation mode of parts at the hinged point are the same as those of the rotating limiting device 4.
The sliding mechanism of the seat provided by the invention has two limit positions in the sliding process. As shown in fig. 3, at the limit position a, the seat is close to the edges of the milling machine head and the machine body, so that an operator can conveniently observe the road conditions near the milling machine; as shown in fig. 4, in the extreme position b, the seat is located near the center of the milling machine body, so that an operator can observe the road condition far ahead and control the equipment on the milling machine. The limiting pin shaft 5 is welded on one side of the rotary limiting device 4 hinged with the fixed block 8, the jack 13 matched with the limiting pin shaft 5 is arranged beside the hinged joint of the fixed block 8 and the rotary limiting device 4, and the limiting pin shaft 5 is inserted into the jack 13 to lock the position of the seat, so that the seat 1 can be prevented from swinging limitlessly when the whole machine moves.
The working principle and working process of the invention are as follows: the parallelogram has instability, one side is fixed, and the other three sides can rotate and swing around two endpoints of the fixed side in the plane of the original quadrilateral. In the invention, a rotating device 3 and a rotation limiting device 4 are respectively hinged with a fixed block 8 and a seat box 2, and four hinge points are arranged, and the connecting lines of the four hinge points form a parallelogram; the fixed block 8 is fixed on the structural member of the automobile body bottom plate and cannot move, the rotating device 3, the rotating limiting device 4 and the seat box 2 can rotate and slide around the hinging points at two ends of the fixed block 8, and in the rotating and sliding process, the chair back of the seat is always parallel to the head of the milling machine, the armrests are always parallel to two sides of the milling machine, and the orientation of the seat 1 is ensured to be unchanged. The operator can slide and change the position of the seat according to specific requirements during the operation.

In the above embodiment, the fixed block 8 is fixed on the bottom plate of the milling machine at the rear side of the seat box 2, parallel to the back of the seat 1, and one end of the rotating device 3 and the rotating and limiting device 4 are hinged with the fixed block 8, while the other end is hinged at the rear side of the seat. The sliding mechanism mainly utilizes the instability of the parallelogram, and can realize the sliding of the seat as long as the parallelogram can be formed among the seat, the rotating device, the rotation limiting device and the fixed block, so that the position of the fixed block 8 can be moved, the fixed block 8 is welded on the bottom plate of the milling machine on the side face of the seat box 2, the fixed block 8 is parallel to the armrests of the seat 1 and also parallel to the left side edge and the right side edge of the milling machine body, one end of the rotating device and one end of the rotation limiting device are hinged on the fixed block, the other end of the rotating device and the other end of the rotation limiting device are hinged on the side face of the seat, and the orientation of the seat 1 is kept unchanged in the sliding process.
