本发明公开了一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,PET基膜的一面贴合原色液晶离子层,原色液晶离子层进一步和微子粘合层贴合,微子粘合层中均匀分布有硅胶吸附颗粒,PET基膜的另一面贴和有抗紫外蓝光UV层,抗紫外蓝光UV层的另一面和热反射层贴合,热反射层的另一面进一步和防眩光层贴合,防眩光层上部还设有纳米吸收层,纳米吸收层和微子粘合层均均和保护层进一步贴合,防眩光层内均匀分布有微型气孔。本发明防眩光,易安装,抗刮伤,具有高通透性的同时能有效消除反射光和强眩光,防污护洁,防刮,防爆,易清洁,持久耐用,移除后屏面表面不留残胶,结构简单,使用寿命较长,实用性较强。

技术领域
本发明涉及计算机领域,特别是一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕。
背景技术
在大屏幕系统中,屏幕显示的好坏,直接影响到图像形成的效果。一般的激光屏屏幕基材为玻璃制造,由于光线的明暗差异,常常存在显示效果不清晰,容易产生眩光,长时间使用,易产生视觉疲劳,对人眼造成光线刺激等问题,因此一般会通过外屏幕保护膜解决上述问题。
目前,外屏幕保护膜多以全透光保护膜为主,现有防眩光保护膜所使用的胶粘剂为不可移除类,长时间使用后,与屏幕表面粘接牢固,对后续更换带来不易。另外,目前市场上外屏保护产品由于没有薄膜表面处理层,长时间使用,容易使压敏胶层与薄膜表面发 生分离现象,使得在更换表面保护产品时,在所保护屏幕表面留下残胶,影响产品质量。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,防眩光,易安装,抗刮伤,具有高通透性的同时能有效消除反射光和强眩光,防污护洁,防刮,防爆,易清洁,持久耐用,移除后屏面表面不留残胶,结构简单,使用寿命较长,实用性较强。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,包括成像屏幕,成像屏幕上面贴有防眩光贴膜,防眩光贴膜包括PET基膜、原色液晶离子层、微子粘合层、抗紫外蓝光UV层、纳米吸收层和保护层, PET基膜的一面贴合原色液晶离子层,原色液晶离子层进一步和微子粘合层贴合,微子粘合层中均匀分布有硅胶吸附颗粒,PET基膜的另一面贴和有抗紫外蓝光UV层,抗紫外蓝光UV层的另一面和热反射层贴合,热反射层的另一面进一步和防眩光层贴合,防眩光层上部还设有纳米吸收层,纳米吸收层和微子粘合层均均和保护层进一步贴合,防眩光层内均匀分布有微型气孔。
优选的是,所述热反射层使用材料为 二氧化钛,所述热反射层厚度为 0.3-0.5微米,所述热反射层由真空镀膜工艺制造。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述PET基膜厚度为0.100mm-0.150mm。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述微子粘合层的厚度为0.035-0.05mm。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述硅胶吸附颗粒的大小为0.002-0.005mm
上述任一方案优选的是,所述微型气孔的大小为0.01-0.02mm。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述防眩光层的厚度为0.035-0.05mm。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述保护层为0.05mm的透明聚酯薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜和聚乙烯薄膜中的任意一种。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述PET基膜的透光率大于92%。
上述任一方案优选的是,所述抗紫外蓝光UV层的抗波长范围在0nm- 380nm范围内。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,包括成像屏幕,成像屏幕上面贴有防眩光贴膜,防眩光贴膜包括PET基膜、原色液晶离子层、微子粘合层、抗紫外蓝光UV层、纳米吸收层和保护层, PET基膜的一面贴合原色液晶离子层,原色液晶离子层进一步和微子粘合层贴合,微子粘合层中均匀分布有硅胶吸附颗粒,PET基膜的另一面贴和有抗紫外蓝光UV层,抗紫外蓝光UV层的另一面和热反射层贴合,热反射层的另一面进一步和防眩光层贴合,防眩光层上部还设有纳米吸收层,纳米吸收层和微子粘合层均均和保护层进一步贴合,防眩光层内均匀分布有微型气孔。本发明防眩光,易安装,抗刮伤,具有高通透性的同时能有效消除反射光和强眩光,防污护洁,防刮,防爆,易清洁,持久耐用,移除后屏面表面不留残胶,结构简单,使用寿命较长,实用性较强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,包括PET基膜1、原色液晶离子层2、微子粘合层3、抗紫外蓝光UV层4、纳米吸收层5和保护层6,PET基膜1的一面贴合原色液晶离子层2,原色液晶离子层2进一步和微子粘合层3贴合,微子粘合层3中均匀分布有硅胶吸附颗粒31,PET基膜1的另一面贴和有抗紫外蓝光UV层4,抗紫外蓝光UV层4的另一面和热反射层7贴合,热反射层7的另一面进一步和防眩光层8贴合,防眩光层8上部还设有纳米吸收层5,纳米吸收层5和微子粘合层3均和保护层6进一步贴合。防眩光层8内均匀分布有微型气孔81。
原色液晶离子层2增强液晶画面立体感,使色彩更丰富;画面更纯净,眼睛更轻松,保护视力;纳米吸收层进一步增加防污护洁的能力,抗油渍,便于清理。热反射层7使用材料为二氧化钛,所述热反射层厚度为 0.3-0.5微米,所述热反射层由真空镀膜工艺制造。本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述PET基膜1厚度为0.100mm。原色液晶离子层2厚度为0.004mm。抗紫外蓝光UV层4厚度为0.002mm。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述微子粘合层3的厚度为0.035mm。硅胶吸附颗粒的大小为0.002-0.005mm。微型气孔的大小为0.01-0.02mm。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述防眩光层的厚度为0.035-0.05mm。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述保护层6为0.05mm的透明聚酯薄膜、聚丙烯薄膜和聚乙烯薄膜中的任意一种。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述PET基膜1的透光率大于92%。
微子粘合层3纯静电吸附,长久使用也不会产生残胶,移除后不留任何痕迹;可重复粘贴,不容易产生气泡,不容易脱落;自动吸附屏幕,不留残胶,不会对屏幕带来任何伤害。
本发明进一步优化的技术方案,所述抗紫外蓝光UV层4的抗波长范围在0nm-380nm范围内。防辐射,防紫外线,减少屏幕反射光。
本发明防污耐脏,可擦拭,清洁容易,可用水加少量洗洁精清洗,防眩光,易安装,抗刮伤,具有高通透性的同时能有效消除反射光和强眩光,耐热,防刮,防爆,易清洁,持久耐用,移除后屏面表面不留残胶,结构简单,使用寿命较长,实用性较强。

1.一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,包括成像屏幕,成像屏幕上面贴有防眩光贴膜,其特征在于,防眩光贴膜包括PET基膜、原色液晶离子层、微子粘合层、抗紫外蓝光UV层、纳米吸收层和保护层, PET基膜的一面贴合原色液晶离子层,原色液晶离子层进一步和微子粘合层贴合,微子粘合层中均匀分布有硅胶吸附颗粒,PET基膜的另一面贴和有抗紫外蓝光UV层,抗紫外蓝光UV层的另一面和热反射层贴合,热反射层的另一面进一步和防眩光层贴合,防眩光层上部还设有纳米吸收层,纳米吸收层和微子粘合层均均和保护层进一步贴合,防眩光层内均匀分布有微型气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,其特征在于,所述热反射层使用材料为二氧化钛,所述热反射层厚度为 0.3-0.5微米,所述热反射层由真空镀膜工艺制造。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,其特征在于,所述PET基膜厚度为0.100mm-0.150mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,其特征在于,所述微子粘合层的厚度为0.035-0.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具抗紫外蓝光UV呈像屏幕,其特征在于,所述硅胶吸附颗粒的大小为0.002-0.005mm。
