技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域，具体涉及一种包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物及应用。
背景技术
自然白皙、富有弹性、滋润平滑的肌肤，是健康青春的象征。然而，随着年龄的增长，人体细胞的新陈代谢活跃程度会有不同程度的下降，肌肤真皮层基底细胞的代谢减慢，营养循环链条脱节，细胞及细胞间的活力减弱，导致细胞内胶原蛋白减少，弹力纤维老化，皮肤水分减少。这些生理现象慢慢地使皮肤变得干燥，缺乏弹性，并出现暗黄、斑点和皱纹等。此外，日常生活中受紫外线辐射、工作压力、环境污染压力、睡眠不足等影响，皮肤的自我修复能力日渐降低，已不能令我们的肌肤恢复健康和青春。因此，人们对化妆品开始有了需求。
目前，化妆品中的添加成分形形色色，通过不同的化学物质来对不同皮肤问题进行改善。但是，有些化学物质却会对皮肤造成额外的损伤，例如重金属虽然美白效果显著，但是重金属元素的积累，会对皮肤造成刺激，致使肌肤受损；激素类的成分可以使肌肤红润细腻，皱纹收缩，但是其长期依赖性却会使皮肤的抵抗力下降，在停药时还会产生一系列的副作用；很多有实际功效作用的成分由于各种原因没办法有效吸收，从而起不到真正的作用，更达不到持久的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题，提供一种包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物及应用。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，包括精油、稻米发酵滤液和微囊体，所述精油及稻米发酵滤液包裹在所述微囊体中，其中所述精油为鸢尾精油、橙花精油和天竺葵精油的混合物。
其中，鸢尾精油具有抗氧化和抑制黑色素形成的功效；苦橙花精油具有美白淡斑的功效；天竺葵精油能促进皮肤细胞新生，修复疤痕，稻米发酵滤液具有保湿和修复皮肤屏障功能的功效。
优选的，所述精油及所述稻米发酵滤液的配比为：稻米发酵滤液0.1-20份、鸢尾精油0.01-20份、橙花精油0.01-20份和天竺葵精油0.01-20份。
优选的，所述微囊体主要由以下原料制成：水30-70份、蔗糖棕榈酸酯20-55份、甘油亚油酸酯3-13份，苯氧乙醇0.5-5份、山梨酸钾0.1-1份和柠檬酸0.05-0.2份。
优选的，所述微囊体为多层结构，该多层结构包括水相活性物层和油相活性物层，其中所述稻米发酵滤液存在于该多层结构的水相活性物层，所述精油存在于该多层结构的油相活性物层。
本发明还提供一种化妆品，其包含化妆品基质和上述所述的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其配比为：50～99.8％的化妆品基质和0.2～50％的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物。
优选的，所述化妆品的剂型为水剂、乳液、膏霜或精华液中的任意一种。
优选的，所述化妆品的剂型为精华液，其配比为：70～99.5％的化妆品基质和0.5～30％的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其中所述化妆品基质包括：甘油1～15％、双丙甘醇1～15％、丁二醇1～15％、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20 1～15％、尿囊素0.1～5％、1，2-己二醇0.1～4％、马齿苋提取物0.1～8％、黄原胶0.1～3％、羟乙基纤维素0.1～3％、EDTA二钠0.1～3％、银耳子实体提取物0.05～3％、苯氧乙醇0.05～1％、羟苯甲酯0.03～0.2％、余量为水。
相较于现有技术，本发明提供的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物及应用具有以下有益效果：
一、所述微囊体内包裹有鸢尾精油、橙花精油、天竺葵精油的混合物及稻米发酵滤液，其中鸢尾精油具有抗氧化和抑制黑色素形成的功效；苦橙花精油具有美白淡斑的功效；天竺葵精油能促进皮肤细胞新生，修复疤痕；稻米发酵滤液具有保湿和修复皮肤屏障功能的功效；
二、所述微囊体与细胞膜的结构相似，有利于更好地渗透进皮肤，由此可促进精油功效成分的吸收；
三、所述微囊体为多层结构，在涂抹后由于酶对包裹物的降解和水分的挥发，有一个逐步释放活性物的过程，从而使精油达到持久的功效和作用；
四、精油是具有一定挥发性的物质，通过微囊体的包裹和保护，可以减少精油的挥发，从而可以保持产品在有效期内的稳定的功效；

一种精华液，其包括如下质量百分比的组分：甘油12％、双丙甘醇2％、丁二醇3％、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20 10％、尿囊素5％、1，2-己二醇1％、马齿苋提取物2％、黄原胶1.5％、羟乙基纤维素2％、EDTA二钠1％、银耳子实体提取物1.5％、苯氧乙醇0.2％、羟苯甲酯0.1％、包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物30％、余量为水；其中所述包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物采用实施例3的配比。
实施例4-6的精华液通过以下制备方法制得：
步骤S1、将配方量的甘油、双丙甘醇、丁二醇、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-20、尿囊素、1，2-己二醇、黄原胶、羟乙基纤维素、EDTA二钠、银耳子实体提取物、羟苯甲酯和水加入水相搅拌锅中加热至80℃半小时灭菌；
步骤S2、开搅拌60转/分钟，将水相原料抽入到真空搅拌锅，搅拌45分钟；
步骤S3、真空脱气20分钟；
步骤S4、将搅拌速度降至30转/分钟，搅拌降温；
步骤S5、待温度降至35℃时，加入包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物、马齿苋提取物、苯氧乙醇搅拌均匀；
步骤S6、出料，静置，检验合格后，灌装、包装、喷码、入库。
测试实施例4-6对人体皮肤的护肤效果
将实施例4-6的精华液分别经25名志愿者使用3个月后观察皮肤改善情况，发现皮肤都变得白皙有光泽，富有弹性。同时将实施例4-6中的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物去掉，其他组分及含量相同，分别作为对照组，同样经25名志愿者使用3个月后观察皮肤改善情况，发现皮肤亮度几乎没什么变化，从而证明实施例4-6中添加的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物对改善皮肤起到了关键作用，其能够有效渗入肌肤，并持久释放功效，从而达到美白淡斑，修复和抗氧化的功效，使肌肤回复青春活力。
相较于现有技术，本发明提供的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物及应用具有以下有益效果：
一、所述微囊体内包裹有鸢尾精油、橙花精油、天竺葵精油的混合物及稻米发酵滤液，其中鸢尾精油具有抗氧化和抑制黑色素形成的功效；苦橙花精油具有美白淡斑的功效；天竺葵精油能促进皮肤细胞新生，修复疤痕；稻米发酵滤液具有保湿和修复皮肤屏障功能的功效；

Claims (7)

1.一种包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其特征在于，包括精油、稻米发酵滤液和微囊体，所述精油及稻米发酵滤液包裹在所述微囊体中，其中所述精油为鸢尾精油、橙花精油和天竺葵精油的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其特征在于，所述精油及所述稻米发酵滤液的配比为：稻米发酵滤液0.1-20份、鸢尾精油0.01-20份、橙花精油0.01-20份和天竺葵精油0.01-20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其特征在于，所述微囊体主要由以下原料制成：水30-70份、蔗糖棕榈酸酯20-55份、甘油亚油酸酯3-13份，苯氧乙醇0.5-5份、山梨酸钾0.1-1份和柠檬酸0.05-0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其特征在于，所述微囊体为多层结构，该多层结构包括水相活性物层和油相活性物层，其中所述稻米发酵滤液存在于该多层结构的水相活性物层，所述精油存在于该多层结构的油相活性物层。
5.一种化妆品，其特征在于，包含化妆品基质和权利要求1-4任一项所述的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其配比为：50～99.8％的化妆品基质和0.2～50％的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的化妆品，其特征在于，所述化妆品的剂型为水剂、乳液、膏霜或精华液中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的化妆品，其特征在于，所述化妆品的剂型为精华液，其配比为：70～99.5％的化妆品基质和0.5～30％的包裹精油和稻米发酵滤液的微囊复合物，其中所述化妆品基质包括：甘油1～15％、双丙甘醇1～15％、丁二醇1～15％、甲基葡糖醇聚醚-201～15％、尿囊素0.1～5％、1，2-己二醇0.1～4％、马齿苋提取物0.1～8％、黄原胶0.1～3％、羟乙基纤维素0.1～3％、EDTA二钠0.1～3％、银耳子实体提取物0.05～3％、苯氧乙醇0.05～1％、羟苯甲酯0.03～0.2％、余量为水。
