本发明为一种卫生用品透气底膜，包括底膜本体，所述底膜本体从左至右依次无缝连接有左底膜、拒水无纺布和右底膜，所述拒水无纺布的左侧压合于左底膜的右侧，所述拒水无纺布的右侧压合于右底膜的左侧，将底膜本体分成几部分，卫生用品在使用过程中，通常中间部分的湿气是最严重的，因此将底膜本体的中间部分使用拒水无纺布，可以大大增强底膜本体的透气性，另外组成底膜本体的做透气底膜和右底膜可以弥补拒水无纺布防漏性差的缺陷，将两种材料通过拼接的方式形成底膜本体，能够结合各自的优点，在提高底膜本体透气性的同时还能解决渗漏的问题。

一种卫生用品透气底膜
技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种卫生用品透气底膜。
背景技术
婴儿用纸尿裤和成人卫生用品的社会需求量很大，由于此类卫生用品的用处较特别，因此对其透气性和防渗漏性有较高的要求。现在市场上常用的卫生用品底膜为PE流沿膜，PE流沿膜经济实惠且防渗漏性也好，但是透气性较差，婴儿长期使用后会产生红屁股甚至湿疹，成人使用的舒适感也非常差。现在市面上也会有使用无纺布作为底膜使用，无纺布的透气性很好，但是其防渗漏性较差，因此较少直接使用无纺布作为透气底膜。公开号为CN101648034A的中国专利公开了一种使用无纺布和PE打孔膜复合使用的复合膜，以此利用PE膜的防渗漏性和无纺布的透气性结合使用。但是，使用此种复合膜，仍然使用PE膜作为底层，其透气性的问题并未从根本上解决，并且上面增设的无纺布更加影响底膜的透气性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有纸尿裤吸收量固定的问题，提供一种可调节容量纸尿裤。
一种卫生用品透气底膜，包括底膜本体，所述底膜本体从左至右依次无缝连接有左底膜、拒水无纺布和右底膜，所述拒水无纺布的左侧压合于左底膜的右侧，所述拒水无纺布的右侧压合于右底膜的左侧。
在其中一个实施例中，所述底膜本体上表面连接有无纺布层。
在其中一个实施例中，所述无纺布层和底膜本体的长度和宽度一样。
在其中一个实施例中，所述所述左底膜和右底膜上开设有若干细小微孔。
在其中一个实施例中，所述拒水无纺布的宽度为1-2cm。
在其中一个实施例中，所述底膜本体可以用于婴儿纸尿裤、成人护理用品或卫生巾的底膜。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1并图2 所示，一种卫生用品透气底膜，包括底膜本体1，所述底膜本体1从左至右依次无缝连接有左底膜11、拒水无纺布2和右底膜12，所述拒水无纺布2的左侧压合于左底膜11的右侧，所述拒水无纺布2的右侧压合于右底膜12的左侧。将底膜本体1分成几部分，卫生用品在使用过程中，通常中间部分的湿气是最严重的，因此将底膜本体1的中间部分使用拒水无纺布2，可以大大增强底膜本体1的透气性，另外组成底膜本体1的做透气底膜和右底膜12可以弥补拒水无纺布2防漏性差的缺陷，将两种材料通过拼接的方式形成底膜本体1，能够结合各自的优点，在提高底膜本体1透气性的同时还能解决渗漏的问题。左底膜11和右底膜12为PP膜或者PE膜等防渗漏效果好的材质制成。
透气性实际是指透水蒸气性，可用水蒸气透过量（g/cm2·24h）来表示，现在通常使用的PP膜或者PE膜等防渗漏效果好的底膜的水蒸气透过量通常为2000-3000 g/cm2·24h，经试验测得此技术方案中的底膜本体1的水蒸气透过量能够达到6500-7000 g/cm2·24h，比现有技术的卫生用品底膜的透气效果好很多。
在其中一个实施例中，所述底膜本体1上表面连接有无纺布层3。在底膜本体1上连接的无纺布层3可以和底膜本体1一起组成复合膜层，由于拒水无纺布2的防渗漏性较差，设置的无纺布层3可以在保证底膜本体1优良的透气性前提下能提高防渗漏性。
在其中一个实施例中，所述无纺布层3和底膜本体1的长度和宽度一样。无纺布层3和底膜本体1的长度和宽度一样，即是无纺布层3和底膜本体1一起制成复合膜层。
在其中一个实施例中，所述左底膜11和右底膜12上开设有若干细小微孔13。由于左底膜11和右底膜12的透气性不佳，因此在上面开设细小微孔13可以进一步提高底膜本体1的透气性，并且由于是复合底膜，上面的无纺布可以弥补因微孔13给左底膜11和右底膜12带来的防渗漏效果的减弱。
在其中一个实施例中，所述拒水无纺布2的宽度为1-2cm。拒水无纺布2的主要作用在于增强底膜本体1的透气性，通常婴儿用的纸尿裤的底膜宽度为32cm，拒水无纺布2设在透气底膜的中间部分最能发挥其透气性好的特点，但是如果拒水无纺布2的宽度大于2cm时，当卫生用品的体液排量较大时，体液易渗出，影响用户体验，若拒水无纺布2的宽度小于1cm时，因宽度过窄容易导致排气量较少，影响透气底膜的透气性。
在其中一个实施例中，所述底膜本体1可以用于婴儿纸尿裤、成人护理用品或卫生巾的底膜。具有良好透气性的底膜本体1可以使用与婴儿纸尿裤或婴儿尿片等婴儿用品，同样可以用于成人失禁裤或者卫生巾等个人护理用品。

1.一种卫生用品透气底膜，包括底膜本体，其特征在于：所述底膜本体从左至右依次无缝连接有左底膜、拒水无纺布和右底膜，所述拒水无纺布的左侧压合于左底膜的右侧，所述拒水无纺布的右侧压合于右底膜的左侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种卫生用品透气底膜，其特征在于：所述底膜本体上表面连接有无纺布层。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种卫生用品透气底膜，其特征在于：所述无纺布层和底膜本体的长度和宽度一样。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种卫生用品透气底膜，其特征在于：所述所述左底膜和右底膜上开设有若干细小微孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种卫生用品透气底膜，其特征在于：所述拒水无纺布的宽度为1-2cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种卫生用品透气底膜，其特征在于：所述底膜本体可以用于婴儿纸尿裤、成人护理用品或卫生巾的底膜。
