将上述中药研成粉末，装入直径20厘米左右，厚度2厘米左右，能罩盖头部的碗形布帽，即制成脑溢血防治帽。

脑溢血防治帽
脑溢血防治帽，是运用中药外治疗法，防治脑溢血的保健、治疗产品。
脑溢血防治帽，是以清热平肝、化瘀宁血之中药，组成特殊配方：黄芩15g、菊花50g、龙胆草15g、山栀15g、石决明50g、钩藤15g、天麻30g、磁石30g、赤芍15g、丹皮15g、丹参15g、槐花50g、仙鹤草50g、泽泻30g、何首乌30g。
将上述中药研成粉末，装入直径20厘米左右，厚度2厘米左右，能罩盖头部的碗形布帽，即制成脑溢血防治帽。只要在脑溢血先兆症状出现时或脑溢血出现后将药帽戴于头部，药物之性、之气、之味即可透入头部，迅速平肝熄风，化瘀宁血，从而预防和抢救脑溢血。

1、一种治疗高血压，防治脑溢血的药帽，其特征在于帽内的药物由下述重量配比的原料组成：黄芩15g，菊花50g，龙胆草15g，山栀15g，石决明5g，钩藤15g，天麻30g，磁石30g，赤芍15g，丹皮15g，丹参15g，槐花50g，仙鹤草50g，泽泻30g，何首乌30g。
2、权利要求1的药帽的制备方法，其特征在于将原料药物粉碎，装入直径20厘米、厚度2厘米的布帽中，制成能罩盖头部的碗形药帽。
