本发明公开一种对林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂及其制备方法及其应用,所述主料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:氟硅唑30‑60份、复硝酚钠10‑20份、芸薹素内酯0.00035‑0.00020份,硝酸钾110‑130份、1‑溴‑2‑萘酚0.1‑1份、乙酰丙酮锌0.01‑0.1份、磷酸二氢钾100‑120份、尿素46‑56份;所述辅料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:微乳剂15‑30份、防冻剂2‑4份、消泡剂5‑8份、黄原胶9‑11份。本发明具有强健防病能力,营养利用高,提高树林养分和树势,且安全环保,特别是在防治溃疡病、烂皮病和提杨树树势方面尤为明显。

对林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂及其制备方法及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于生物技术领域,具体涉及一种林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂及其制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
植物激素,又称植物荷尔蒙,是一些在植物体内合成,可以从产生部位输送至作用部位,微量浓度即可对植物体产生某种生理作用的活性有机物。亦可以人工合成结构作用相似的化学物质(植物生长调节剂),例如:1-萘乙酸(NAA)、2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)。
D.Darwin在1880年研究植物向性运动时,只有各种激素的协调配合,发现植物幼嫩的尖端受单侧光照射后产生的一种影响,能传到茎的伸长区引起弯曲。1928年荷兰F.W.温特从燕麦胚芽鞘尖端分离出一种具生理活性的物质,称为生长素,它正是引起胚芽鞘伸长的物质。1934年荷兰F.克格尔等从人尿得到生长素的结晶,经鉴定为吲哚乙酸。促进橡胶树漆树等排出乳汁。在植物中,则吲哚乙酸通过酶促反应从色氨酸合成。十字花科植物中合成吲哚乙酸的前体为吲哚乙腈,西葫芦中有相当多的吲哚乙醇,也可转变为吲哚乙酸。已合成的生长素又可被植物体内的酶或外界的光所分解,因而处于不断的合成与分解之中。
生长素在低等和高等植物中普遍存在。生长素主要集中在幼嫩、正生长的部位,如禾谷类的胚芽鞘,它的产生具有“自促作用”,双子叶植物的茎顶端、幼叶、花粉和子房以及正在生长的果实、种子等;衰老器官中含量极少。
用胚芽鞘切段证明植物体内的生长素通常只能从植物的上端向下端运输,而不能相反。这种运输方式称为极性运输,能以远快于扩散的速度进行。但从外部施用的生长素类药剂的运输方向则随施用部位和浓度而定,如根部吸收的生长素可随蒸腾流上升到地上幼嫩部位。
同时,提高林木树势防控林木病害是园林、森林养护管理工作的重要目标之一。为了实现这个目标,林木管理人员(林农或园林养护工作者)应用的传统手段是土壤、叶片施肥及喷洒农药。在林地类型类型较为复杂的情况下,有的林地的病虫害防治不适合用机动车车载药械喷药或土壤施肥,即使人工背负喷药作业也有较高作业难度。比如,河堤斜坡林地。另外,传统的喷雾防治病虫害作业时,常常有一部分或大部分农药漂移沉降、利用率低,不仅造成人工及药物浪费也容易造成环境污染或杀灭其它生物不利于生态系统的良性循环。
因此,根据特定林木病害及营养需要,把农药和肥料经过一定工艺加工制备成膏剂再利用树体韧皮部皮层给药(或肥)树体在蒸腾流的作用下使药肥被吸收,达到给林木强健防病之功效。其优点在于:防病能力强,同时药肥利用效率高,不污染环境,解决了高大树木人工喷药困难或不便于土壤施肥的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题提供一种具有强健防病能力,营养利用高,提高树林养分和树势,且安全环保的一种林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂及其制备方法及其应用。
本发明为实现上述目的本发明提供如下技术方案:
林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂,包括主料和辅料,主料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:氟硅唑30-60份、复硝酚钠10-20份、芸薹素内酯0.00035-0.00020份,硝酸钾110-130份、1-溴-2-萘酚0.1-1份、乙酰丙酮锌0.01-0.1份、磷酸二氢钾100-120份、尿素46-56份;辅料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:微乳剂15-30份、防冻剂2-4份、消泡剂5-8份、黄原胶9-11份。林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按上述重量组分称取出各主料和辅料备用;
取蒸馏水至于容器中水浴加热,蒸馏水为上述备用主料和辅料总容量的60-70%,首先将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硝酸钾的次序依次加入,轻轻搅拌待完全溶解后,再依次加入复硝酚钠、芸薹素内酯、1-溴-2-萘酚和乙酰丙酮锌使之形成亮黄色水溶液,将氟硅唑置于研磨容器中加入微乳剂研磨使其形成流体,加入经预先加蒸馏水浸泡的糊状黄原胶进一步研磨,再适量加蒸馏水以便使其转入砂磨机,用步配好的亮黄药液反复冲洗研磨容器,冲洗液及余下的配好药液和其它辅料全部转入砂磨机,定容至目标总容量,经2000-3000r/min高速剪切、砂磨20-30min,直到形成粘稠状的质地细腻均匀的乳黄色膏剂即可分装,增强剂用于制备具有防治林木主干病害及提高树体养分、树势的增强剂用途。
本发明具有强健防病能力,营养利用高,提高树林养分和树势,且安全环保,特别是在防治溃疡病、烂皮病和提杨树树势方面尤为明显。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例说明本发明,这里所述实施例的方案,不限制本发明,本领域的专业人员按照本发明的精神可以对其进行改进和变化,所述的这些改进和变都应视为在本发明放入范围内,本发明的范围和实质由权利要求来限定,本发明所用到的试剂除特别指出外均有市售。
实施例1:

实施例2:
林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂,包括主料和辅料,主料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:氟硅唑45份、复硝酚钠17.5份、芸薹素内酯0.00078份,硝酸钾12.5份、1-溴-2-萘酚0.1份、乙酰丙酮锌0.01份、磷酸二氢钾100份、尿素47.5份;1-溴-2-萘酚和乙酰丙酮锌通过氟硅唑可显著提高树林的抗病能力,辅料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:微乳剂24.5份、防冻剂3份、消泡剂7份、黄原胶10份。林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:按上述重量组分称取出各主料和辅料备用;取蒸馏水至于容器中水浴加热,蒸馏水为上述备用主料和辅料总容量的70%,首先将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硝酸钾的次序依次加入,轻轻搅拌待完全溶解后,再依次加入复硝酚钠、芸薹素内酯、1-溴-2-萘酚和乙酰丙酮锌使之形成亮黄色水溶液,将氟硅唑置于研磨容器中加入微乳剂研磨使其形成流体,加入经预先加蒸馏水浸泡的糊状黄原胶进一步研磨,再适量加蒸馏水以便使其转入砂磨机,用步配好的亮黄药液反复冲洗研磨容器,冲洗液及余下的配好药液和其它辅料全部转入砂磨机,定容至目标总容量,经2000r/min高速剪切、砂磨30min,直到形成粘稠状的质地细腻均匀的乳黄色膏剂即可分装,增强剂用于制备具有防治林木主干病害及提高树体养分、树势的增强剂用途。
实施例3:
设计实施例2对杨树溃疡病、烂皮病田间控制试验效果及对树势强健效果。
试验材料:特制树贴胶粘带,刮皮刀具、树贴药肥膏剂、小号油漆毛刷。
试验方法:用刮皮刀具在树干距地面20-30 厘米的位置,均匀刮除老皮层微微露白色的韧皮层即可,刮皮宽度等于树干直径尺寸即可(特制宽度相符的树贴专用胶粘带),在东南西北4 个方位上用刀具纵向均匀划4 道,长度与刮皮宽度一致,用毛刷将膏剂均匀涂抹在树贴胶粘带的吸附纸上,然后贴在刮皮区,用胶带把树贴缝合处粘牢固,上下边缘按压密封。处理时期,3 月下旬,树液流动期,选择上年度溃疡病发病均匀的杨树林地。试验小区田间区组随机排列,每个处理重复3 次,每处理、重复20 株树,在烂皮病、溃疡病的盛发期调查各处理区树体1.8 米以下范围两种病害病斑的数量及叶片叶绿素含量SPAD 值。病害防治效果(%)=[(空白对照区病斑数量- 处理区病斑数量)/ 空白对照区病斑数量]x 100
本发明中涉及的增强剂以树贴方式防治杨树溃疡病和烂皮病其田间处理后50 天(发病盛期)的防治效至少可达90%,可显著提高叶片叶绿素含量,增强了树势,对树木安全。
虽然本发明已以实施例公开如上,但其并非用以限定本发明的保护范围,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员,在不脱离本发明的构思和范围内所做的更动和润饰,均应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

1.林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂,包括主料和辅料,其特征在于:所述主料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:氟硅唑30-60份、复硝酚钠10-20份、芸薹素内酯0.00035-0.00020份,硝酸钾110-130份、1-溴-2-萘酚0.1-1份、乙酰丙酮锌0.01-0.1份、磷酸二氢钾100-120份、尿素46-56份;所述辅料由以下成份及其重量组分组成:微乳剂15-30份、防冻剂2-4份、消泡剂5-8份、黄原胶9-11份。
2.林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于以下步骤:
1)按所述重量组分称取出各主料和辅料备用;
2)取蒸馏水至于容器中水浴加热,蒸馏水为上述备用主料和辅料总容量的60-70%,首先将尿素、磷酸二氢钾、硝酸钾的次序依次加入,轻轻搅拌待完全溶解后,再依次加入复硝酚钠、芸薹素内酯、1-溴-2-萘酚和乙酰丙酮锌使之形成亮黄色水溶液,将氟硅唑置于研磨容器中加入微乳剂研磨使其形成流体,加入经预先加蒸馏水浸泡的糊状黄原胶进一步研磨,再适量加蒸馏水以便使其转入砂磨机,用步配好的亮黄药液反复冲洗研磨容器,冲洗液及余下的配好药液和其它辅料全部转入砂磨机,定容至目标总容量,经2000-3000r/min高速剪切、砂磨20-30min,直到形成粘稠状的质地细腻均匀的乳黄色膏剂即可分装。
3.林木具有强健防病功能的增强剂的用途,其特征在于:所述增强剂用于制备具有防治林木主干病害及提高树体养分、树势的增强剂用途。
