Detailed Description
One embodiment of the present invention provides a pipe electric heating apparatus 100 for a water heater, and fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of the pipe electric heating apparatus 100. The pipeline electric heating device 100 is generally arranged at the water outlet pipe of the water heater, and the instant heating performance of the water heater is realized by adopting a mode of further heating water in the water outlet pipe of the water heater, so that the heating speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the occupied space is small. The electric heating device 100 of the present embodiment mainly includes a heating tube 110 and a spiral guiding rod 120 (not shown in fig. 1) disposed in an inner cavity of the heating tube 110.
The heating pipe 110 is used as a main body for supporting the electric heating device 100, and is communicated with the water outlet pipe of the water heater through a water inlet flange 130 and a water outlet flange 150 arranged at two ends of the heating pipe to heat water flowing through the heating pipe 110.
The water inlet flange 130 is disposed at the water inlet end of the pipe electric heating apparatus 100 and connected to the heating pipe 110. The pipe end has a screw thread for fastening to the outlet pipe of the water heater to prevent water leakage, and extends toward the outer periphery of the pipe at the end near the heating pipe 110 to form a circular flange structure. And the flange end is connected with the heating pipe 110 to introduce water of the water heater outlet pipe into the cavity of the heating pipe 110 and support the pipe electric heating device 100 as a part of the pipe electric heating device 100.
The water outlet flange 150 is disposed at the water outlet end of the pipe electric heating device 100 and connected to the heating pipe 110. The spiral guiding rod 120 is disposed in the inner cavity of the heating tube 110, the spiral guiding rod 120 is disposed along the axial direction of the heating tube 110, and two ends of the spiral guiding rod 120 respectively abut against the water inlet and outlet of the heating tube 110 through the water inlet end elastic component 140 and the water outlet end elastic component 160. The spiral guide rod 120 has a spiral portion abutting against the inner wall of the heating tube 110, and the spiral portion is wound around the cylindrical rod of the spiral guide rod 120 along the axial direction of the heating tube 110. Referring to fig. 2, the heating tube 110 includes a metal tube 111 and a heating film 115. The metal pipe body 111 serves as a main body portion of the heating pipe 110 to support the pipe electric heating apparatus 100 and functions to transfer heat. The heating film 115 is attached to the outer wall of the metal pipe 111, and generates heat through a connection circuit to supply heat to the metal pipe 111, and the heat is transferred from the metal pipe 111 to the water in the heating pipe 110.
The heating film 115 includes an inner film 112, a heating wire 113, and an outer film 114. The inner film 112 is attached to the outer wall of the metal tube 111; the heating circuit 113 is disposed outside the inner film 112 and connected to an external circuit, and generates heat when energized, so as to provide a heat source for the pipe electric heating device 100 of this embodiment and transfer the heat from the inner film 112 to the metal pipe 111; the outer film 114 is attached to the outer side of the heating circuit 113, so that the heating circuit 113 is wrapped by the inner film 112 and the outer film 114 together, and the electric leakage is prevented from generating danger through isolating the heating circuit 113, thereby improving the safety of the pipeline electric heating device 100.
