本发明提供了一种室内用高效空气净化器,包括底座、箱体、过滤组件和智能控制组件,过滤组件包括粗过滤层、HEPA过滤层、活性炭过滤层和光触媒过滤层,光触媒过滤层包括两个光触媒网和紫光管灯,紫光管灯设置于两个光触媒网之间,智能控制组件包括空气质量传感器、电源自动开关元件、风速控制器、定时器和超静音控制器,箱体顶部设置了控制面板,控制面板上设置了若干触摸键,可对所述智能控制组件进行控制,所述箱体前面板的右上方设置了心形的空气质量指示灯,可显示蓝、绿、紫、红四种颜色。本发明空气净化器净化效率高,实现了自动化控制。

技术领域
本发明属于空气净化器领域,涉及一种高效空气净化器,可应用于室内空气净化。
背景技术
室内空气污染问题已经严重影响到生活质量,甚至危害到了人们的身体健康,对室内污染空气进行净化治理已经刻不容缓,传统的治理措施例如采用活性炭吸附等方法存在净化效率低下的问题。采用空气净化器净化空气是研究热点,空气净化器是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物(包括PM2.5、粉尘、花粉、异味、甲醛之类的装修污染、细菌、过敏原等),有效提高空气清洁度的产品,目前已经出现了一些商品化的空气净化器产品,传统的空气净化器主要依靠过滤网来实现空气净化的目的,净化效率不高,随着纳米净化材料的不断革新,采用纳米光触媒进行空气净化已凸显出其高效净化的优势,在空气净化器领域得到应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种净化效率高的空气净化器,该空气净化器采用纳米光触媒过滤网结合其他净化技术来进行空气净化,净化效率高,并且设置了智能控制组件,实现了自动化控制。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种室内用高效空气净化器,包括底座(1)、箱体(2)、过滤组件(3)和智能控制组件(4),所述过滤组件(3)包括粗过滤层(5)、HEPA过滤层(6)、活性炭过滤层(7)和光触媒过滤层(8),所述光触媒过滤层(8)包括两个光触媒网(9)和紫光管灯(10),所述紫光管灯(10)设置于两个光触媒网(9)之间,所述智能控制组件(4)包括空气质量传感器(11)、电源自动开关元件(12)、风速控制器(13)、定时器(14)和超静音控制器(15),所述箱体(2)顶部设置了控制面板(16),控制面板上设置了若干触摸键(17),可对所述智能控制组件进行控制,所述箱体(2)前面板的右上方设置了空气质量指示灯(18)。
优选的,在所述箱体(2)的侧面和后面分别设置有进风口(19)和出风口(20)。
优选的,还设置了负离子发生器(21)。

优选的,所述空气质量指示灯(18)可显示蓝、绿、紫、红四种颜色。

本发明的有益效果有:
(1)本发明空气净化器净化效率高,过滤组件包括了四层过滤层,特别是设置了两层光触媒网,可以高效净化空气中的甲醛、苯等有机物,净化效率高;
(2)本发明空气净化器自动化程度高,设置了智能控制组件,实现了智能控制,空气质量传感器能及时监测环境空气的污染程度,并以不同颜色的空气质量指示灯直观显示出来,其中蓝、绿、紫、红四种颜色分别代表空气质量非常好、好、一般、较差,这样可以直观的将空气质量信息显示给室内人群,又可将信息反馈给电源自动开关元件和风速控制元件,以便及时控制电源的开关和调整风速,当空气质量不好时,电源自动打开并加快风速以便及时高效的净化污染空气,当空气质量良好时,可降低风速设置自动关闭电源,达到节能之目的;
(3)本发明空气净化器设置了控制面板,控制面板上设置了多种操作,可以实现负离子开关、定时选择开关、电源开关、风速档位选择、超静音开关、空气质量显示开关等操作,自动化程度高。

如图1至图5所示,一种室内用高效空气净化器,包括底座(1)、箱体(2)、过滤组件(3)和智能控制组件(4),所述过滤组件(3)包括粗过滤层(5)、HEPA过滤层(6)、活性炭过滤层(7)和光触媒过滤层(8),所述光触媒过滤层(8)包括两个光触媒网(9)和紫光管灯(10),所述紫光管灯(10)设置于两个光触媒网(9)之间,所述智能控制组件(4)包括空气质量传感器(11)、电源自动开关元件(12)、风速控制器(13)、定时器(14)和超静音控制器(15),所述箱体(2)顶部设置了控制面板(16),控制面板上设置了若干触摸键(17),所述触摸键(17)包括负离子开关键、定时选择开关键、电源开关键、风速档位选择键、超静音开关键、空气质量显示开关键,可对所述智能控制组件进行控制,所述箱体(2)前面板的右上方设置了空气质量指示灯(18),所述空气质量指示灯(18)可显示蓝、绿、紫、红四种颜色,形状为心形,在所述箱体(2)的侧面和后面分别设置有进风口(19)和出风口(20)。

本实施例空气净化器净化效率高,过滤组件包括了四层过滤层,特别是设置了两层光触媒网,可以高效净化空气中的甲醛、苯等有机物,净化效率高;本实施例空气净化器自动化程度高,设置了智能控制组件,实现了智能控制,空气质量传感器能及时监测环境空气的污染程度,并以不同颜色的空气质量指示灯直观显示出来,其中蓝、绿、紫、红四种颜色分别代表空气质量非常好、好、一般、较差,这样可以直观的将空气质量信息显示给室内人群,又可将信息反馈给电源自动开关元件和风速控制元件,以便及时控制电源的开关和调整风速,当空气质量不好时,电源自动打开并加快风速以便及时高效的净化污染空气,当空气质量良好时,可降低风速设置自动关闭电源,达到节能之目的;本实施例空气净化器设置了控制面板,控制面板上设置了多种操作,可以实现负离子开关、定时选择开关、电源开关、风速档位选择、超静音开关、空气质量显示开关等操作,自动化程度高。

1.室内用高效空气净化器,包括底座(1)、箱体(2)、过滤组件(3)和智能控制组件(4),其特征在于:所述过滤组件(3)包括粗过滤层(5)、HEPA过滤层(6)、活性炭过滤层(7)和光触媒过滤层(8),所述光触媒过滤层(8)包括两个光触媒网(9)和紫光管灯(10),所述紫光管灯(10)设置于两个光触媒网(9)之间,所述智能控制组件(4)包括空气质量传感器(11)、电源自动开关元件(12)、风速控制器(13)、定时器(14)和超静音控制器(15),所述箱体(2)顶部设置了控制面板(16),控制面板上设置了若干触摸键(17),可对所述智能控制组件进行控制,所述箱体(2)前面板的右上方设置了空气质量指示灯(18)。
