Abstract

本发明提供的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,包括支撑杆;所述支撑杆安装在底座上,所述支撑杆的顶端安装有驱动装置,所述驱动装置的上端两侧对称安装有光伏板,驱动装置的下端依次固接有路灯和杀虫装置。本发明通过驱动装置驱动支架转动,使光伏板时刻与太阳光线垂直,使光伏板达到最大工作效率,光伏板与路灯形成一个整体,驱动装置在驱动光伏板追光旋转时,路灯也能够旋转,方便调整路灯的照射位置,通过光电传感器对昆虫进行进行检测,当昆虫遮挡在路灯下方时,启动负压风机将昆虫吸附到杀虫装置内通过电网消灭,保证了灯罩的透明度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯。
背景技术
太阳能作为地球上的真正取之不尽的清洁能源,利用光能发电技术将太阳能转化为电能,可以有效缓解环保压力和实现经济社会的持续发展。当今社会的城市照明和道路照明中,路灯照明所占比例越来越大,与现有供电紧张的矛盾也越来越突出,因此采用太阳能路灯取代传统路灯已是一种必然趋势。现有的太阳能路灯包括灯杆、照明灯、太阳能电池板、太阳能控制器及蓄电池,其太阳能电池板总是固定安装于路灯的灯杆上的,因而在这种结构中,太阳能电池板的安装朝向总是固定不变的,导致太阳光不能实时垂直照射在光伏板上,降低了光伏板的工作效率,夜晚路灯在开启过程中往往会吸引很对的昆虫,在路灯周围环绕,昆虫会在路灯上产卵或排便,长期情况下路灯的灯罩会被污染,使路灯透出的光线减少,降低路灯的照明质量。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯。
本发明通过以下技术方案得以实现。
本发明提供的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,包括支撑杆;所述支撑杆安装在底座上,所述支撑杆的顶端安装有驱动装置,所述驱动装置的上端两侧对称安装有光伏板,驱动装置的下端依次固接有路灯和杀虫装置。
所述杀虫装置包括由内到外依次安装的负压风机、电网、光电传感器、透明玻璃,所述透明玻璃呈漏斗状中心开有通孔,所述光电传感器环透明玻璃的中心且垂直于透明玻璃的侧面安装。
所述驱动装置包括竖直向上安装在驱动装置内的驱动电机,驱动电机上水平安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮上有传动齿轮对称咬合,传动齿轮上安装有传动轴。
所述路灯通过路灯支杆固接在驱动装置外侧,所述杀虫装置通过固定杆固定在驱动装置,所述路灯支杆的中部下端和固定杆的固定端之间连接有固定拉杆。
所述光伏板上还安装有光强传感器。
所述驱动装置通过固定螺栓固定在支撑杆上。
所述底座上还设置有加强筋,加强筋呈竖直的直角三角形,加强筋呈环形均匀与支撑杆固接。
所述底座通过地螺栓固定在地面上。
一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,包括支撑杆;所述支撑杆安装在底座上,所述支撑杆的顶端安装有驱动装置,所述驱动装置的上端两侧对称安装有光伏板,驱动装置的下端依次固接有路灯和杀虫装置。
所述杀虫装置包括由内到外依次安装的负压风机、电网、光电传感器、透明玻璃,所述透明玻璃呈漏斗状中心开有通孔,所述光电传感器环透明玻璃的中心且垂直于透明玻璃的侧面安装。
所述驱动装置包括竖直向上安装在驱动装置内的驱动电机,驱动电机上水平安装有主动齿轮,主动齿轮上有传动齿轮对称咬合,传动齿轮上安装有传动轴。
所述路灯通过路灯支杆固接在驱动装置外侧,所述杀虫装置通过固定杆固定在驱动装置,所述路灯支杆的中部下端和固定杆的固定端之间连接有固定拉杆。
所述光伏板上还安装有光强传感器。
所述驱动装置通过固定螺栓固定在支撑杆上。
所述底座上还设置有加强筋,加强筋呈竖直的直角三角形,加强筋呈环形均匀与支撑杆固接。
所述底座通过地螺栓固定在地面上。

下面进一步描述本发明的技术方案,但要求保护的范围并不局限于所述。
一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,包括支撑杆1;所述支撑杆1安装在底座2上,所述支撑杆1的顶端安装有驱动装置3,所述驱动装置3的上端两侧对称安装有4,3的下端依次固接有路灯5和杀虫装置6。通过驱动装置驱动支架转动,使光伏板时刻与太阳光线垂直,使光伏板达到最大工作效率,光伏板与路灯形成一个整体,驱动装置在驱动光伏板追光旋转时,路灯也能够旋转,方便调整路灯的照射位置,通过光电传感器对昆虫进行进行检测,当昆虫遮挡在路灯下方时,启动负压风机将昆虫吸附到杀虫装置内通过电网消灭,保证了灯罩的透明度。
所述杀虫装置6包括由内到外依次安装的负压风机62、电网63、光电传感器64、透明玻璃65,所述透明玻璃65呈漏斗状中心开有通孔,所述光电传感器64环透明玻璃65的中心且垂直于透明玻璃65的侧面安装。光电传感器64透过玻璃直射在灯罩上,当有昆虫遮挡了光电传感器64的射线时,负压风机62启动在透明玻璃65的中心处形成负压将昆虫吸到电网63上消灭。
所述驱动装置3包括竖直向上安装在驱动装置3内的驱动电机31,驱动电机31上水平安装有主动齿轮32,主动齿轮32上有传动齿轮33对称咬合,传动齿轮33上安装有传动轴34。
所述路灯5通过路灯支杆51固接在驱动装置3外侧,所述杀虫装置6通过固定杆61固定在驱动装置3,所述路灯支杆51的中部下端和固定杆61的固定端之间连接有固定拉杆7。固定拉杆7起到支撑路灯支杆51的作用,也使固定杆61和路灯支杆51形成一个整体,使杀虫装置6和路灯5的作用力平均分布在固定杆61和灯支杆51上。
所述驱动装置3包括竖直向上安装在驱动装置3内的驱动电机31,驱动电机31上水平安装有主动齿轮32,主动齿轮32上有传动齿轮33对称咬合,传动齿轮33上安装有传动轴34。电机驱动主齿轮32传动到传动齿轮33带动传动轴34旋转,实现光伏板的旋转角度。
所述光伏板4上还安装有光强传感器41。光强传感器41设置在光伏板4的四角上,相同水平为位置的光强传感器41检测到的光照强度的平均值做对比,电机驱动转轴向光照强度大的一端旋转。
所述驱动装置3通过固定螺栓8固定在支撑杆1上。
所述底座2上还设置有加强筋21,加强筋21呈竖直的直角三角形,加强筋21呈环形均匀与支撑杆1固接,加强筋21在支持杆1的底脚起辅助支持作用,防止底座2与支撑杆1固接处断裂是底座与支持杆分离。
所述底座2通过地螺栓22固定在地面上。

1.一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,包括支撑杆(1),其特征在于:所述支撑杆(1)安装在底座(2)上,所述支撑杆(1)的顶端安装有驱动装置(3),所述驱动装置(3)的上端两侧对称安装有光伏板(4),驱动装置(3)的下端依次固接有路灯(5)和杀虫装置(6)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述杀虫装置(6)包括由内到外依次安装的负压风机(62)、电网(63)、光电传感器(64)、透明玻璃(65),所述透明玻璃(65)呈漏斗状中心开有通孔,所述光电传感器(64)环透明玻璃(65)的中心且垂直于透明玻璃(65)的侧面安装。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(3)包括竖直向上安装在驱动装置(3)内的驱动电机(31),驱动电机(31)上水平安装有主动齿轮(32),主动齿轮(32)上有传动齿轮(33)对称咬合,传动齿轮(33)上安装有传动轴(34)。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述路灯(5)通过路灯支杆(51)固接在驱动装置(3)外侧,所述杀虫装置(6)通过固定杆(61)固定在驱动装置(3),所述路灯支杆(51)的中部下端和固定杆(61)的固定端之间连接有固定拉杆(7)。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述光伏板(4)上还安装有光强传感器(41)。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述驱动装置(3)通过固定螺栓(8)固定在支撑杆(1)上。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述底座(2)上还设置有加强筋(21),加强筋(21)呈竖直的直角三角形,加强筋(21)呈环形均匀与支撑杆(1)固接。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种带杀虫装置的太阳能路灯,其特征在于:所述底座(2)通过地螺栓(22)固定在地面上。
