现有管道包扎降噪结构多采用金属件直接与钢管和钢管架或混凝土管墩上的预埋焊接在一起,这样使高温管道的隔热效果和降低噪音不好,而且金属的直接热传导损失的热能高达总管热线损失的13%以上,结构比较复杂,提高了产品的生产成本,降低了企业的经济效益。

针对上述问题,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,操作方便,经济耐用的保温降噪高分子材料的复合管。
一种保温降噪高分子材料的复合管,其特征在于:潮吸音层1、防腐保温吸音层2、阻尼层3和防水铝板4组成,首先把防潮吸音层1贴在或直接设置在构成覆盖管道上,使防潮吸音材料1形成一管状,然后把防腐保温吸音2材料覆盖在防潮吸音材料1上,把防潮吸音材料1与防腐保温吸音材料2的各边缘封接起来,接着用阻尼层3和防水铝板4依次覆盖在防潮吸音材料2,用于加固整个复合层。
