本发明涉及门窗型材,具体为一种门窗上方结构。
背景技术
目前在房屋门窗设计装饰中,各种推拉门窗已广泛地应用于实际生活、生产中。推拉窗不仅外形美观、节省室内空间,而且使用方便。现有的传统的推拉窗是在窗扇下方型材内安装滑轮,窗扇上方型材卡在窗框上滑型材内侧,起到固定窗扇移动的作用。但由于窗扇上方型材与窗框连接间隙过大,经常推拉干磨窗框,容易造成窗扇脱落。现有的窗扇型材没有密封性、不防水防尘,给广大的用户带来许多不便。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种门窗上方结构,以解决上述背景技术中的缺点。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种门窗上方结构,包括型材腔体和玻璃卡槽,所述玻璃卡槽固定在所述型材腔体的外侧下部,所述型材腔体的内两侧设有螺钉孔,所述型材腔体为一个上面设有开口的四边形空腔,所述开口由两个相对的凹槽构成,所述开口的宽度为5-6厘米。所述型材腔体的外两侧设有密封槽,所述密封槽的截面形状为T型。
本发明中,所述玻璃卡槽的内两侧均设有带凸起的密封条。所述型材腔体的侧面还设有隔热条。
有益效果
本发明保证了与玻璃镶嵌时有很好的密封性,而且采用小开 口设计,减少了窗扇与轨道间的间隙。
