Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
A laundry treating container 10 for a microgravity environment according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a laundry treating container 10 for a microgravity environment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case 100, a flexible bag 200, and a case cover 300.
The cabinet 100 has a chamber therein, and the cabinet 100 has a clothes access port communicating with the chamber, a water inlet 110 and an air inlet 120, the water inlet 110 is adapted to communicate with an external water source, and the air inlet 120 is adapted to communicate with an external air source. The flexible bag 200 is used for defining a processing space 230 for washing clothes, the flexible bag 200 is arranged in the chamber, the processing space 230 is communicated with the clothes taking and placing opening, a gas-liquid processing chamber is defined between the flexible bag 200 and the box body 100, and the flexible bag 200 is provided with a gas-liquid inlet 210 communicated with the gas inlet 120 and a gas-liquid outlet 220 communicated with the gas-liquid processing chamber. The cover 300 is pivotably provided to the case 100 to open or close the laundry access opening.
According to the laundry treating container 10 for a microgravity environment of the embodiment of the present invention, by providing the flexible bag 200 and providing the gas-liquid inlet 210 on the flexible bag 200, which is communicated with the gas inlet 120 and the gas inlet 120, the flexible bag 200 can be used to define the treating space 230 for washing laundry, so that when the laundry needs to be cleaned, the laundry is put into the treating space 230 for cleaning, the laundry in the treating space 230 is cleaned by water at an external water source, and the laundry in the treating space 230 is dried by gas at an external air source, thereby realizing the cleaning of the laundry. Therefore, the requirement for replacing clothes can be met by workers in the outer space only by carrying a small amount of clothes, the cost of carrying a large amount of disposable clothes can be saved, and the inner space of the spacecraft can be saved.
Wherein, since the flexible bag 200 has a certain flexibility, it is not only convenient to improve the cleaning effect of the laundry, but also to enable the flexible bag 200 to adapt to the change of the air pressure to ensure the reliability of the laundry treating container 10.
In addition, by arranging the box body 100 and the box cover 300 with the clothes taking and placing opening, the clothes taking and placing opening can be opened or closed by the box cover 300, so that when clothes are cleaned, gas and liquid can be prevented from leaking into the spacecraft through the clothes taking and placing opening, the influence of waste water and waste gas on the normal operation of the spacecraft and the normal work of workers in the spacecraft can be avoided, and the reliability of the space flight process can be ensured.
In addition, as the box body 100 and the flexible bag 200 jointly define the gas-liquid treatment cavity, and the gas-liquid outlet 220 of the flexible bag 200 is communicated with the gas-liquid treatment cavity, the washed wastewater and waste gas can be sent into the gas-liquid treatment cavity for storage and treatment. Thereby, the gas and liquid can be prevented from being discharged to the interior of the spacecraft, and the reliability of the space flight process is further improved.
Therefore, the laundry treating container 10 for a microgravity environment according to the embodiment of the present invention has the advantages of being capable of facilitating the cleaning of laundry in the microgravity environment, saving the space of a spacecraft, reducing the cost of space flight, improving the reliability of space flight, and the like.
A laundry treating container 10 for a microgravity environment according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a laundry treating container 10 for a microgravity environment according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case 100, a flexible bag 200, and a case cover 300.
A packing is provided between the case body 100 and the cover 300 to seal a gap between the case body 100 and the cover 300 when the cover 300 closes the case body 100. Therefore, when the cover 300 covers the clothes taking and placing opening, the sealing performance between the cover 300 and the box body 100 can be improved, and the gas and the liquid are further prevented from leaking into the spacecraft, so that the reliability of space flight is ensured.
In particular, the laundry treating container 10 for microgravity environment further comprises a locking means (not shown in the drawings) adapted to restrain the cover 300 when the cover 300 closes the laundry taking in and out opening. Thereby preventing the cover 300 of the laundry treating container 10 from being opened to cause leakage of gas and liquid during the laundry cleaning process, thereby further improving the reliability of the space flight.
Specifically, the locking device may be a bolt, a door lock, or the like. The cover 300 is pivotably mounted to the case 100 by a hinge 320.
Wherein, the cover 300 is provided with a handle 310. Thereby allowing a worker to open or close the cover 300 by manipulating the handle 310 to facilitate taking and putting the laundry.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the laundry taking and placing opening is located on the front wall of the cabinet 100 (the front and rear directions are shown by arrows in fig. 1 and 3), the air inlet 120 is located on the bottom wall of the cabinet (the up and down directions are shown by arrows in fig. 1 and 2, and the water inlet 110 is located on the side wall of the cabinet (the left and right directions are shown by arrows in fig. 1 to 3)).
Advantageously, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the length a of the box 100 is 90-110 cm, the height b of the box 100 is 50-70 cm, and the width c of the box 100 is 15-25 cm. It is thereby possible to reduce the space occupied by the laundry treating container 10 in the spacecraft while ensuring sufficient space in the laundry treating container 10, thereby enabling the laundry treating container 10 to be conveniently disposed in a space-limited spacecraft.
Fig. 1-3 show a laundry treatment container 10 for microgravity environments according to one specific example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the case 100 is provided with fastener installation holes 130. Specifically, the upper and lower surfaces of the case 100 are respectively provided with a plurality of lugs, and the fastener mounting holes 130 are respectively formed on the plurality of lugs. The case 100 may be fixed in the spacecraft using a fastener to prevent the laundry treating container 10 from moving in a microgravity environment, thereby further ensuring reliability of space flight.
In another embodiment of the invention, the enclosure 100 may also be mounted in a spacecraft via magnetic connections. Thus, not only can the drilling in the spacecraft be avoided, but also the process of installing the fastener can be saved.
Specifically, the case 100 may be a plastic member. More specifically, the case 100 may be an engineered plastic part. This can not only ensure sufficient structural strength of the cabinet 100 but also reduce the weight of the cabinet 100, thereby facilitating transportation of the laundry treating container 10 and reducing the load of the spacecraft. And because the engineering plastics have certain flexibility, the box body 100 can adapt to the change of air pressure.
