Abstract

本发明公开了一种卷烟内包装及其制造方法,涉及卷烟包装领域,该卷烟内包装包括密封膜和可反复粘贴式标签,密封膜包括外膜层、第一复合胶层、中间膜层、第二复合胶层及内膜层,可反复粘贴式标签与内膜层的外表面粘接。该卷烟内包装的制造方法包括以下步骤:将外膜层与中间膜层干式复合;将中间膜层与内膜层干式复合;将可反复粘贴式标签粘贴在粘贴区;对可反复粘贴式标签和密封膜开口形成方形取烟缺口可翻折片,使可翻折片朝向方形取烟缺口的一面除与密封膜连接的边缘外其余三个边缘均外露密封膜的内膜层;在可反复粘贴式标签的开口周围涂上不干胶。采用本发明不但能使卷烟保润保香,而且能对卷烟进行二次加香,从而有效增加卷烟香气。

一种卷烟内包装及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及卷烟包装领域,具体是涉及一种卷烟内包装及其制造方法。
背景技术
卷烟的烟气燥感是造成卷烟在抽吸时不愉悦的因素,传统的卷烟包装在首次打开存放后,容易流失卷烟烟丝中的水分,缩短卷烟的存放期,同时卷烟香气散发较快。另外传统的卷烟加香方法加入香味添加剂达不到令人满意的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述背景技术的不足,提供一种卷烟内包装及其制造方法,通过密封膜对卷烟进行包装,在卷烟包装内侧通过可反复粘贴式标签实现卷烟的存取及对取烟缺口进行密封,能够有效避免卷烟水分的流失及香气的散发,避免因为气候温湿度影响烟气品质,从而实现保润保香的效果,保证卷烟的保鲜度;而且能够对卷烟进行二次加香,当打开卷烟内包装时形成开包香,从而能够有效增加卷烟香气。
本发明提供一种卷烟内包装,包括密封膜和可反复粘贴式标签,所述密封膜包括外膜层、第一复合胶层、中间膜层、第二复合胶层及内膜层,所述外膜层为聚丙烯膜层,中间膜层为镀铝层,内膜层为聚丙烯膜层或纸质基材层,所述外膜层通过第一复合胶层与中间膜层连接,中间膜层通过第二复合胶层与内膜层连接;所述可反复粘贴式标签与内膜层的外表面粘接。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述内膜层外表面设置有增香覆膜层,所述可反复粘贴式标签与增香覆膜层粘接。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述增香覆膜层采用基材复配烟用香料制成。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述基材为巴西棕榈蜡、或小烛树蜡、或白油蜂蜡、或果蜡、或微晶蜡。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述纸质基材层包括香料植物纤维。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述第一复合胶层和第二复合胶层均为以聚氨酯为主体的一种或多种复配胶黏剂。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述外膜层和内膜层的厚度均为20~30μm,中间膜层的厚度为6~12μm。
在上述技术方案的基础上,所述外膜层和内膜层的厚度均为25μm,中间膜层的厚度为8μm。
本发明还提供一种上述卷烟内包装的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
A、将外膜层通过第一复合胶层与中间膜层干式复合,使外膜层与中间膜层连接为一体;
B、将中间膜层通过第二复合胶层与内膜层干式复合,使外膜层、中间膜层、内膜层连接为一体,形成密封膜;
C、确定可反复粘贴式标签在内膜层外表面的粘贴区,在粘贴区涂上离型剂,将可反复粘贴式标签粘贴在粘贴区;
D、在可反复粘贴式标签上定位,对可反复粘贴式标签和密封膜同时开口,形成方形取烟缺口和用于覆盖方形取烟缺口的可翻折片,使可翻折片朝向方形取烟缺口的一面除与密封膜连接的边缘外,其余三个边缘均外露密封膜的内膜层;
E、在可反复粘贴式标签的开口周围涂上不干胶,用于与可翻折片上外露的内膜层反复粘贴。
在上述技术方案的基础上,在步骤B之后、步骤C之前还包括以下步骤:将内膜层的外表面涂上增香覆膜层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点如下:
(1)本发明中通过密封膜对卷烟进行包装,在卷烟包装内侧通过可反复粘贴式标签实现卷烟的存取及对取烟缺口进行密封,能够有效避免卷烟水分的流失及香气的散发,避免因为气候温湿度影响烟气品质,从而实现保润保香的效果,保证卷烟的保鲜度。
(2)本发明中内膜层的外表面设置有增香覆膜层,实现香气负载,从而对包装内卷烟进行二次加香,当打开卷烟内包装时形成开包香,从而能够有效增加卷烟香气。
(3)本发明中纸质基材层内设置有香料植物纤维,能够进一步增加卷烟香气。
(4)本发明中采取反贴标签的方式,仅在可反复粘贴式标签的开口周围涂上不干胶,能够有效降低不干胶的使用面积,减少热封过程中挥化性有机化合物的转移率。
(5)本发明中可反复粘贴式标签涂胶工艺经过特殊设计,在开口边缘定位进行轻度除胶处理,可以促进材料在烟包第一次打开的便捷性。
(6)本发明中外膜层和内膜层的厚度均为20~30μm,可以保证卷烟包装的热封效果最佳,平整度好;中间膜层的厚度为6~12μm,可以保证卷烟包装挺度和美观度,且印刷效果佳。
(7)本发明中的卷烟内包装热封时温度要求低,稳定性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
参见图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供一种卷烟内包装,该卷烟内包装包括密封膜1和可反复粘贴式标签2,密封膜1包括外膜层、第一复合胶层、中间膜层、第二复合胶层及内膜层1e,外膜层为聚丙烯膜层,中间膜层为镀铝层,内膜层1e为聚丙烯膜层或纸质基材层,外膜层通过第一复合胶层与中间膜层连接,中间膜层通过第二复合胶层与内膜层1e连接,可反复粘贴式标签2与内膜层1e的外表面粘接。
第一复合胶层和第二复合胶层均为以聚氨酯为主体的一种或多种复配胶黏剂。
外膜层和内膜层1e的厚度一般均为20~30μm,优选为25μm,中间膜层的厚度一般为6~12μm,优选为8μm。
为了增加卷烟3的香气,内膜层1e的外表面设置有增香覆膜层,可反复粘贴式标签2与增香覆膜层粘接。增香覆膜层采用巴西棕榈蜡、或小烛树蜡、或白油蜂蜡、或果蜡、或微晶蜡等基材复配烟用香料制成。
为了进一步增加卷烟3的香气,纸质基材层包括香料植物纤维。
本发明实施例还提供一种上述卷烟内包装的制造方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将外膜层通过第一复合胶层与中间膜层干式复合,使外膜层与中间膜层连接为一体;
S2:将中间膜层通过第二复合胶层与内膜层1e干式复合,使外膜层、中间膜层、内膜层1e连接为一体,形成密封膜1;
S3:将内膜层1e的外表面涂上增香覆膜层;
S4:确定可反复粘贴式标签2在内膜层1e外表面的粘贴区,在粘贴区涂上离型剂,将可反复粘贴式标签2粘贴在粘贴区;
S5:在可反复粘贴式标签2上定位,对可反复粘贴式标签2和密封膜1同时开口,形成方形取烟缺口和用于覆盖方形取烟缺口的可翻折片,使可翻折片朝向方形取烟缺口的一面除与密封膜1连接的边缘外,其余三个边缘均外露密封膜1的内膜层1e;
S6:在可反复粘贴式标签2的开口周围涂上不干胶,用于与可翻折片上外露的内膜层1e反复粘贴。
参见图2所示,采用本发明实施例中的卷烟内包装包装卷烟3时,通过打开可翻折片可以拿取卷烟3,通过闭合可翻折片可以将卷烟3密封。
本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种修改和变型,倘若这些修改和变型在本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则这些修改和变型也在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

1.一种卷烟内包装,包括密封膜(1)和可反复粘贴式标签(2),其特征在于:所述密封膜(1)包括外膜层、第一复合胶层、中间膜层、第二复合胶层及内膜层(1e),所述外膜层为聚丙烯膜层,中间膜层为镀铝层,内膜层(1e)为聚丙烯膜层或纸质基材层,所述外膜层通过第一复合胶层与中间膜层连接,中间膜层通过第二复合胶层与内膜层(1e)连接;所述可反复粘贴式标签(2)与内膜层(1e)的外表面粘接;
所述内膜层(1e)外表面设置有增香覆膜层,所述可反复粘贴式标签(2)与增香覆膜层粘接;
增香覆膜层采用基材复配烟用香料制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的卷烟内包装,其特征在于:所述基材为巴西棕榈蜡、或小烛树蜡、或白油蜂蜡、或果蜡、或微晶蜡。
3.如权利要求1至2任一项所述的卷烟内包装,其特征在于:所述纸质基材层包括香料植物纤维。
4.如权利要求1至2任一项所述的卷烟内包装,其特征在于:所述第一复合胶层和第二复合胶层均为以聚氨酯为主体的一种或多种复配胶黏剂。
5.如权利要求1至2任一项所述的卷烟内包装,其特征在于:所述外膜层和内膜层(1e)的厚度均为20~30μm,中间膜层的厚度为6~12μm。
6.如权利要求5所述的卷烟内包装,其特征在于:所述外膜层和内膜层(1e)的厚度均为25μm,中间膜层的厚度为8μm。
7.一种卷烟内包装的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、将外膜层通过第一复合胶层与中间膜层干式复合,使外膜层与中间膜层连接为一体;
B、将中间膜层通过第二复合胶层与内膜层(1e)干式复合,使外膜层、中间膜层、内膜层(1e)连接为一体,形成密封膜(1);
C、确定可反复粘贴式标签(2)在内膜层(1e)外表面的粘贴区,在粘贴区涂上离型剂,将可反复粘贴式标签(2)粘贴在粘贴区;
D、在可反复粘贴式标签(2)上定位,对可反复粘贴式标签(2)和密封膜(1)同时开口,形成方形取烟缺口和用于覆盖方形取烟缺口的可翻折片,使可翻折片朝向方形取烟缺口的一面除与密封膜(1)连接的边缘外,其余三个边缘均外露密封膜(1)的内膜层(1e);
E、在可反复粘贴式标签(2)的开口周围涂上不干胶,用于与可翻折片上外露的内膜层(1e)反复粘贴。
8.如权利要求7所述的卷烟内包装的制造方法,其特征在于:在步骤B之后、步骤C之前还包括以下步骤:将内膜层(1e)的外表面涂上增香覆膜层。
