Abstract
本发明公开了一种吸音陶瓷复合板,其包括基层、吸音层、装饰层,吸音层上设有蜂窝状吸音孔,装饰层与吸音层靠近的端面为内层面,装饰层的外部端面为装饰面,内层面上覆有一层吸音棉,内层面上设有若干吸音腔,吸音腔凹于内层面上,吸音腔包括一个凸形圆弧面,凸形圆弧面的两侧均设有凹形弧面,两个凹形弧面对称设置;装饰层的周边包围吸音层的周边,装饰层的周边与基层齐平。本发明中的吸音结构可以衰减低频段和高频段的声源部分,环境噪音降噪特性效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷建材领域,具体涉及一种吸音陶瓷复合板。
背景技术
随着建筑行业的快读发展,各种功能性建筑材料也随之发展。目 前,建筑保温隔热材料主要时发泡陶瓷,发泡陶瓷板大都采用价格昂 贵的矿石和精细陶瓷作为主要材料,生产成本较高,并且能够消耗大 量资源,发泡陶瓷保温板得不到广泛的应用。除此之外,普通的保温 隔热陶瓷板吸音功能较差,制约了发泡陶瓷的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种陶瓷 复合板,通过对吸音层空隙的合理设计,能够在有限的吸音空间中, 达到较好的吸音效果。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术 方案实现:
一种吸音陶瓷复合板,其包括基层、吸音层、装饰层,所述吸音 层粘附在所述基层表面,所述装饰层设置在所述吸音层表面,所述吸 音层上设有蜂窝状吸音孔,
所述装饰层与所述吸音层靠近的端面为内层面,所述装饰层的外 部端面为装饰面,所述内层面上覆有一层吸音棉,所述内层面上设有 若干吸音腔,所述吸音腔凹于所述内层面上,所述吸音腔包括一个凸 形圆弧面,所述凸形圆弧面的两侧均设有凹形弧面,两个所述凹形弧 面对称设置;
所述装饰层的周边包围所述吸音层的周边,所述装饰层的周边与 所述基层齐平。
进一步包括,在每个所述吸音孔中设有若干长槽,所述长槽的两 自由端均为圆弧形,每个所述长槽中设有两个对称的隔音部,所述隔 音部凸出于所述吸音孔的底面,两个所述隔音部将所述长槽分割成三 部分:第一吸音槽孔、第二吸音槽孔、第三吸音槽孔,所述第二吸音 槽孔设置在所述第一吸音槽孔与所述第三吸音槽孔之间,所述第一吸 音槽孔与所述第三吸音槽孔以所述第二吸音槽孔对称设置。
进一步包括,两个所述隔音部的一侧面均为斜面,所述斜面分别 靠近所述第一吸音槽孔和第二吸音槽孔。
进一步包括,所述斜面与所述吸音孔底面接触边为圆弧形。
进一步包括,所述隔音部的顶部端面低于所述吸音层的顶部端 面。
进一步包括,所述吸音孔为正多边形,所述正多边形为正六边形、 正八边形、正十边形。
进一步包括,所述长槽等间距的设置在所述正多边形中。
进一步包括,所述吸音层为吸音石膏板,所述吸音石膏板的表面 黏附有吸音棉材料。
进一步包括,所述装饰层为釉面陶瓷层。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的吸音陶瓷复合板,其主要结构是基层、吸音层、装饰层, 装饰层内部设有一定的空间,扣合在吸音层上,在装饰层与吸音层相 对应的端面上设有若干拱桥形的空腔,拱桥空腔在复合板的纵向上衰 减声波,而吸音层在复合板的横向面上衰减声波,提高了吸音效果。
在吸音层上设有蜂窝状的吸音孔结构,提高吸音性能,并且在吸音孔设置了很多长槽,长槽中采用凸起的隔音部将长槽分割为三个吸音槽孔,吸音槽孔相当于将长槽在左侧、中间、右侧三个方位实现吸音,在有限的吸音层厚度状态下,提高吸音结构的立体性,并且长槽和隔音部边缘采用声学曲面设置,可以衰减低频段和高频段的声源部分,环境噪音降噪特性效果好。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方 案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部 分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普 通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例
参照图1-4所示,本实施例中公开了吸音陶瓷复合板,其结构主 要有基层1、吸音层2、装饰层3,上述吸音层2粘附在上述基层表 面,上述装饰层3设置在上述吸音层2表面。
其中,上述装饰层3与上述吸音层2靠近的端面为内层面,上述 装饰层的外部端面为装饰面,上述内层面上覆有一层吸音棉301,上 述内层面上设有若干吸音腔302,上述吸音腔302凹于上述内层面上, 上述吸音腔302包括一个凸形圆弧面303,上述凸形圆弧面303的两 侧均设有凹形弧面304,两个上述凹形弧面304对称设置;上述装饰 层3的周边包围上述吸音层2的周边,上述装饰层3的周边与上述基 层1齐平。
其中,上述吸音层2上设有蜂窝状吸音孔20,上述吸音孔20为 正多边形,在本实施例中,上述吸音孔20可以是正六边形、正八边 形、正十边形。
在本实施例中,复合板的主要结构是基层1、吸音层2、装饰层 3,装饰层3内部设有一定的空间,扣合在吸音层上,在装饰层与吸 音层相对应的端面上设有若干拱桥形的空腔,拱桥空腔在复合板的纵 向上衰减声波,而吸音层在复合板的横向面上衰减声波,提高了吸音 效果。
如图3和图4中所示,在每个吸音孔20中设有若干长槽201, 上述长槽201等间距的设置在上述正多边形中。
上述长槽201的两自由端均为圆弧形,每个上述长槽201中设有 两个对称的隔音部202,上述隔音部202凸出于上述吸音孔20的底 面,且上述隔音部202的顶部端面低于上述吸音层2的顶部端面。
两个上述隔音部202将上述长槽201分割成三部分:第一吸音槽 孔204、第二吸音槽孔205、第三吸音槽孔206,上述第二吸音槽孔 205设置在上述第一吸音槽孔204与上述第三吸音槽孔206之间,上 述第一吸音槽孔204与上述第三吸音槽孔206以上述第二吸音槽孔205对称设置。
并且,两个上述隔音部202的一侧面均为斜面203,上述斜面203 分别靠近上述第一吸音槽孔204和第二吸音槽孔205。
上述斜面203与上述吸音孔20底面接触边为圆弧形。
在本实施例中,上述吸音层2为吸音石膏板,上述吸音石膏板的 表面黏附有吸音棉材料;上述装饰层3为釉面陶瓷层。
本实施例的吸音陶瓷复合板,在复合板的中间层设置了吸音层,吸音层上设有蜂窝状的吸音孔结构,提高吸音性能,并且在吸音孔设置了很多长槽,长槽中采用凸起的隔音部将长槽分割为三个吸音槽孔,吸音槽孔相当于将长槽在左侧、中间、右侧三个方位实现吸音,在有限的吸音层厚度状态下,提高吸音结构的立体性,并且长槽和隔音部边缘采用声学曲面设置,可以衰减低频段和高频段的声源部分,环境噪音降噪特性效果好。

1.一种吸音陶瓷复合板,其包括基层、吸音层、装饰层,所述吸音层粘附在所述基层表面,所述装饰层设置在所述吸音层表面,所述吸音层上设有蜂窝状吸音孔,其特征在于,
所述装饰层与所述吸音层靠近的端面为内层面,所述装饰层的外部端面为装饰面,所述内层面上覆有一层吸音棉,所述内层面上设有若干吸音腔,所述吸音腔凹于所述内层面上,所述吸音腔包括一个凸形圆弧面,所述凸形圆弧面的两侧均设有凹形弧面,两个所述凹形弧面对称设置;
所述装饰层的周边包围所述吸音层的周边,所述装饰层的周边与所述基层齐平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,在每个所述吸音孔中设有若干长槽,所述长槽的两自由端均为圆弧形,每个所述长槽中设有两个对称的隔音部,所述隔音部凸出于所述吸音孔的底面,两个所述隔音部将所述长槽分割成三部分:第一吸音槽孔、第二吸音槽孔、第三吸音槽孔,所述第二吸音槽孔设置在所述第一吸音槽孔与所述第三吸音槽孔之间,所述第一吸音槽孔与所述第三吸音槽孔以所述第二吸音槽孔对称设置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,两个所述隔音部的一侧面均为斜面,所述斜面分别靠近所述第一吸音槽孔和第二吸音槽孔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,所述斜面与所述吸音孔底面接触边为圆弧形。
5.根据权利要求2所述的吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,所述隔音部的顶部端面低于所述吸音层的顶部端面。
6.根据权利要求2所述的吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,所述吸音孔为正多边形,所述正多边形为正六边形、正八边形、正十边形。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,所述长槽等间距的设置在所述正多边形中。
8.根据权利要求2所述的吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,所述吸音层为吸音石膏板,所述吸音石膏板的表面黏附有吸音棉材料。
9.根据权利要求2所述的吸音陶瓷复合板,其特征在于,所述装饰层为釉面陶瓷层。
