The invention discloses an antistatic and dust-absorbing silicone rubber product and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the antistatic and dust-absorbing silicone rubber product comprises the following steps: preparing raw materials, namely selecting a solid silicone rubber compound raw material, adding a vulcanizing agent, mixing color with color master batch, mixing color, slicing and splitting blanks for later use; selecting a TPU film for later use; preparing a primer and a coloring agent; spraying a film, wherein the prepared primer and the prepared colorant are uniformly sprayed on the same surface of the TPU film, and the TPU film is put into an oven to be baked; cutting, namely cutting the TPU film into a plurality of blank sheets with the sizes suitable for the product; and (3) performing on-machine compression molding, putting the cut blank into a lower die of a product die on a vulcanizing machine, enabling the surface sprayed with the primer to be upward, putting the prepared silicon rubber blank, starting the vulcanizing machine to close the die, and performing hot-press vulcanization molding under the conditions of set time and temperature to obtain the required product. D. b, spraying a film, namely uniformly spraying the primer prepared in the step B on one surface of the TPU film prepared in the step A, and putting the TPU film into an oven for baking;
E. cutting, namely cutting the TPU film prepared in the step D into a plurality of blank sheets with the sizes suitable for the product;
F. and C, performing on-machine compression molding, namely putting the blank piece cut in the step E into a lower die of a product die on a vulcanizing machine, enabling the surface sprayed with the primer to be upward, then putting the silicon rubber blank prepared in the step A, starting the vulcanizing machine to mold, and performing hot-press vulcanization molding under the conditions of set time and temperature to obtain the required product.
And further comprising a step C of preparing a colorant, namely mixing 0.5-2.5 g of pearl essence, silver powder, glitter powder, toner, color paste and color paste, 0.5-2.5 g of liquid silica gel raw material, 3-9 g of polyurethane and silica gel interfacial agent and 3-9 g of cyclohexane liquid, and uniformly stirring to prepare the colorant for later use.
