Description

Parking device for motorcycle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a parking device, and more particularly to a parking device for a motorcycle.
Background
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a parking device 1 of a conventional motorcycle is pivotally disposed on a crankcase 101 of a motorcycle 100, and the parking device 1 includes two anti-vibration rings 11 disposed at intervals on the crankcase 101, a spindle 12 penetrating the anti-vibration rings 11 along a vehicle width direction of the motorcycle 100, a parking unit 13 sleeved on the spindle 12 and rotating around the spindle 12, and a stop pin 14 disposed at one end of the spindle 12.
The spindle 12 has a shaft 121 through which the anti-vibration ring 11 is inserted, and a head 122 integrally connected to an end of the shaft 121 and exposed outside the anti-vibration ring 11. The parking unit 13 includes two bushings 131 disposed on the shaft 121 with a space therebetween, and a parking frame 132 coupled to the bushings 131. The sleeve 131 is located between the anti-vibration rings 11, and the stop pin 14 is inserted through an end of the shaft portion 121 away from the head portion 122.
When the mandrel 12 or the parking unit 13 is to be repaired or replaced, the stop pin 14 must be removed along the radial direction of the mandrel 12, so that the mandrel 12 can be withdrawn from the anti-vibration ring 11, and the mandrel 12 or the parking unit 13 can be repaired or replaced.
However, in actual use, the spindle 12 rotates relative to the vibration prevention ring 11, and it is difficult to fix the position of the stopper pin 14. Moreover, since the spindle 12 and the stop pin 14 are located below the motorcycle 100 and close to the ground, and the crankcase 101 and other components are located above the spindle, if the stop pin 14 rotates to a height direction of the motorcycle 100 to be taken out, the stop pin 14 is not easily disassembled due to the limitation of the ground and the crankcase 101 or other components above the stop pin, and at this time, the spindle 12 must be rotated to change the direction of the stop pin 14 by relying on manpower and manual tools to take out the stop pin 14, which is not only laborious and time-consuming, but also inconvenient.
