A reheating unit 33 is arranged in the second regeneration compartment 25a and is used for reheating the gas in the regeneration channel to ensure that the temperature of the gas is higher than the dehydration temperature of the desiccant, so that the desiccant in the last dehumidification rotating wheel is kept in a dry state; when the dehumidifying wheel rotates, the dehumidifying area and the regenerating area are alternated, so that the dehumidifying agent in the dehumidifying area of the wheel is kept in an unsaturated state, and water molecules in the cooling gas are thoroughly and fully absorbed.
As shown in fig. 4, a heat exchanger 35 is disposed in the air inlet section 21a, an air inlet of the heat exchanger 35 is connected to an outlet of the regeneration passage 22, and the gas in the regeneration passage 22 exchanges heat with the cooling gas flowing out of the electric power cabinet through the heat exchanger 35 and is then discharged through an air outlet of the heat exchanger 35.
The heat exchanger 35 is preferably disposed upstream of the preheating unit 30.
A heating device 31 is provided upstream of the desiccant rotor 23 in the regeneration passage 22, and the gas in the regeneration passage 22 is heated and blown through the regeneration region 23b of the desiccant rotor 23 for reduction and regeneration of the desiccant 24.
The hydrophobic and breathable membrane can be a hollow fiber membrane and a flat membrane. Hydrophobic, breathable films are films that are impermeable to liquids and permeable to gases such as water vapor. The hydrophobic breathable film is made of PP, PTFE and other materials.
The power cabinet dehumidifying device can be further provided with a controller (not shown), and the controller is respectively connected with the heating unit, the cooling unit and the fan. Temperature sensors (not shown) connected to the controller are provided in the regeneration passage 22 and the dehumidification passage 21.
A humidity sensor 14 is disposed in the cabinet 10, and the humidity sensor 14 is electrically connected to the controller. The controller controls the heating unit, the cooling unit and the fan to work according to the feedback results of the humidity sensor 14 and the temperature sensor.
While the cooling gas within the cabinet 10 is preferably nitrogen. Thereby effectively reducing the moisture content of the gas in the cabinet 10. Thereby reducing the operating frequency of the dehumidification mechanism.
And temperature sensors connected with the controller are arranged in the dehumidification compartment and the regeneration compartment.
The dehumidifying agent 24 is prepared from raw materials including isopropyl acrylamide gel, anhydrous ethanol and sodium silicate.
The preparation method of the dehumidifying agent 24 comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: adding the isopropyl acrylamide gel into a cross-linking agent, an initiator, a catalyst and the like, dissolving in absolute ethyl alcohol, and carrying out cross-linking initiation;
the second step is that: after the sodium silicate is fully dissolved, introducing nitrogen to protect the sodium silicate, adding strong acid after the sodium silicate is fully dissolved, and reacting for 24 hours in a 60 ℃ constant-temperature water bath;
the third step: soaking with deionized water, replacing deionized water at intervals of 7-12 hours, and removing unreacted monomers to obtain the finished product of the temperature-sensitive material.
Adding a cross-linking agent and an initiator into the isopropyl acrylamide gel to react to generate a reverse switch nano material, and reacting the generated reverse switch nano material with sodium silicate to generate a temperature-sensitive material. According to the dehumidification environment and the cost performance, the proportion range of the inverse switch nano material and the sodium silicate is determined, and the proportion range can be 1:2 to 1: 20.
The cross-linking agent is methylene bisacrylamide, the initiator is azobisisobutyronitrile, the catalyst is isopropanol, and the strong acid is hydrofluoric acid.
Example two
The embodiment of the invention also provides a multifunctional electric power cabinet, another implementation scheme of the lifting device is described in the multifunctional electric power cabinet of the embodiment, and the technical scheme of the first embodiment also belongs to the second embodiment and is not described repeatedly.
In the embodiment, the bottom of the cabinet body is provided with a lifting device for lifting or descending the cabinet body; wherein, the lifting device is a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder or an air cylinder. The lifting device is electrically connected with the control device.

1. A multifunctional electric power cabinet is characterized by comprising a cabinet body and a cabinet door; the cabinet door is hinged with the cabinet body;
the outer surface of the cabinet door is provided with a slot, and a signboard is inserted in the slot;
a first air hole area is arranged below the side surface of the cabinet body; a waterproof gate mechanism is arranged in the cabinet body and used for closing or opening the first air hole area; the waterproof gate mechanism comprises a gate and a driving device, two first guide grooves are arranged on the inner side wall of the cabinet body and are respectively positioned on two opposite vertical edges of the first air hole area, and the guide direction of the first guide grooves is parallel to the length direction of the vertical edges of the first air hole area; two opposite vertical edges of the gate are respectively clamped in the first guide groove, and the driving device can drive the gate to move along the guide direction of the first guide groove;
a second air hole area is arranged above the side face of the cabinet body; the second air hole area is provided with a dustproof guide plate, and the dustproof guide plate is positioned inside the cabinet body; the dustproof guide plate comprises a plate body, and a plurality of through holes which are arranged in rows and columns are formed in the plate body; the dustproof guide plate also comprises a bent pipe arranged at the through hole, wherein a port at one end of the bent pipe is communicated with the through hole, and a port at the other end of the bent pipe faces downwards;
a fan and a temperature sensor are arranged in the cabinet body, and the fan and the temperature sensor are respectively connected with a control device; the driving device is connected with the control device;
the bottom of the cabinet body is provided with a lifting device used for lifting or descending the cabinet body; wherein,
the lifting device comprises a base, a rotating part, a lifting part and a first driver, wherein an anti-slip layer is arranged at the bottom of the base, the rotating part is connected with the base in a rotating mode, an external thread is arranged on the rotating part, a second guide groove is formed in the lifting part, an internal thread matched with the external thread of the rotating part is arranged in the second guide groove, one end of the rotating part extends into the second guide groove of the lifting part, the first driver is connected with the rotating part to drive the rotating part to rotate, and the first driver is connected with the control device.
2. The multifunctional electric power cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a water level sensor is mounted on the outer side surface of the cabinet body, and the water level sensor is connected with the control device.

The multifunctional electric power cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the first air vent area is provided with a first filter screen; the second filter screen is installed in second gas pocket district, just the second filter screen is located the inner wall of the cabinet body with between the dustproof deflector.

The multifunctional electric power cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a fire-fighting nozzle is arranged on the cabinet top inside the cabinet body and on the inner side wall of the cabinet body, the fire-fighting nozzle is communicated with an inert gas storage bottle through an air pipe, an electromagnetic control valve is arranged on the air pipe, a turbofan blade is arranged at the front end of the fire-fighting nozzle, a smoke alarm is further arranged inside the cabinet body, and the smoke alarm and the electromagnetic control valve are respectively connected with the control device.
5. The multifunctional electric power cabinet according to claim 4, wherein a flame retardant layer is adhered to the inner wall of the cabinet body.
6. The multifunctional power cabinet of claim 4, wherein the inert gas stored in the inert gas cylinder comprises at least one of cryogenic nitrogen or cryogenic carbon dioxide.
7. The multifunctional electric power cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a fingerprint lock is installed on the cabinet door; the cabinet body is provided with a buzzer, and the fingerprint lock and the buzzer are respectively connected with the control device.

The multifunctional electric power cabinet according to claim 1, wherein a solar panel is mounted on the outer top of the cabinet body, the solar panel is connected with an electric power storage, and the electric power storage is respectively connected with the control device and the first driver.
9. The multifunctional electric power cabinet according to claim 1, wherein the driving device is a hydraulic cylinder, an electric cylinder or an air cylinder.
