本发明属于电加热领域，特别涉及一种电加热器的制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有的增压泵加热器包括三根电加热管，三根电加热管的两端分别连接固定板，三根电加热管在使用时，同等功率下，其表面负荷较高，使用寿命相对较短，达到3000小时；再有三根电加热管的加热面积较小，较热效率相对较低；电加热管两端分别连接，易导致外壳带电，安全系数低。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷，本发明提供一种增压泵加热器。
本发明包括两根U型电加热管、连接端板，两根所述U型电加热管的四个端部分别连接接线柱，各所述U型电加热管的接线端分别通过螺母固定在所述连接端板上。
本发明通过两根U型电加热管组成电加热器，其相当于四根电加热管，同等功率下，每根电加热管的表面负荷降低，使用寿命延长，可以达到5000小时，同时本电加热器接触面积大，加热效率较高，加热器外壳不带电，安全系数高。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本增压泵加热器，包括两根U型电加热管1、连接端板2，两根所述U型电加热管1的四个端部分别连接接线柱3，各U型电加热管1的接线端分别通过螺母固定在所述连接端板2上。
