In the configuration shown in fig. 2, i.e., the floating portion 23 has an upward movement tendency, the pad of the external device can be located on the upper side of the main housing 1, and closely attached to the floating portion 23. Under the performance requirement, if the relative included angle between the bending part 22 and the floating part 23 is close to 90 degrees in a free state, when the included angle between the floating part 23 and the bending part 22 after being turned and bent is close to 90 degrees again, the whole deformation acting force of the elastic sheet is larger, and the performance requirement can be better met.
In particular, the main housing may further have a bending support portion 12, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the bending support portion 12 is located above the root portion 21. On one hand, the bending support portion 12 is used for pressing and fixing the root portion 21, and further, the bending support portion 12 is configured to be attached to the bending portion 22, and the bending support portion 12 and the wall blocking portion 11 are respectively located at two sides of the bending portion 22, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. The bending support portion 12 and the retaining wall portion 11 are respectively attached to the bending portion 22 from two sides of the bending portion 22 to limit the positions of the bending portion and the root portion 21, so that the structural reliability of the micro-speaker shell is further improved, and the bending of the elastic sheet and the main shell by the elastic force of the elastic sheet is reduced. In the assembled state, the bent support portion is located between the floating portion 23 and the root portion 21. In the prior art as shown in fig. 1, although the root of the elastic sheet is covered with a partial structure of the main housing, the partial structure is not attached to the bent portion, and no retaining wall portion can be engaged with the bent portion. Therefore, the part of the main shell structure above the root part is most easily bent and tilted by the elastic sheet. In the invention, the root part and the bent part are integrally fixed in the main shell body in an injection molding manner, so that the retaining wall part 11 and the bent supporting part 12 can be formed, the two parts are matched to play a reinforcing role, the retaining wall part 11 and the bent supporting part 12 can be coated on the root part and the bent part, and the risk of deformation of the elastic sheet and the main shell body is reduced.
Optionally, an included angle between the root portion 21 and the bent portion 22 may be 90 degrees, and the bending of the whole elastic piece is implemented by two positions, namely, a connection position between the root portion 21 and the bent portion 22 and a connection position between the bent portion 22 and the floating portion 23. The included angle between the root 21 and the bending part 22 is a right angle, which is beneficial to improving the stability of the elastic sheet fixed in the main casing 1, and the main casing 1 can provide mutually orthogonal fixing acting force for the root and the bending part. The part of the main shell body covering the upper side of the root can prevent the root from tilting, and the part of the main shell body on two sides of the bending part can limit shaking possibly generated by the bending part.
Optionally, the micro-speaker housing may include two elastic pieces, and the two elastic pieces are respectively disposed on two sides of the main housing 1, as shown in fig. 4. The two elastic pieces are fixed in the main shell body 1 in an integrated injection molding mode.
Furthermore, the invention also provides a loudspeaker single body, which comprises the miniature loudspeaker shell and a loudspeaker assembly, wherein the miniature loudspeaker shell is provided with an accommodating space, and the loudspeaker assembly is arranged in the accommodating space. The loudspeaker assembly may comprise a vibration assembly and a magnetic circuit system, and the voice coil of the vibration assembly may be electrically connected to the root of the spring plate by welding or the like. Therefore, when the loudspeaker monomer is arranged on the whole product, the floating part is electrically connected with a bonding pad of the whole product, and the voice coil is conducted with the whole product.
Although some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of illustration, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above illustration is only for the purpose of illustration and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications can be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
