All the above optional technical solutions can be combined arbitrarily to form optional embodiments of the present disclosure, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not described in detail again.
Fig. 2A is a flowchart illustrating a recording method of call information according to another exemplary embodiment, where the recording method of call information is used in a call device, as illustrated in fig. 2A, and the recording method of call information includes the following steps:
in step 201, during the call, call flag information of the current call is determined, where the call flag information includes at least one of the connection time of the call, the current location information, and contact information of the opposite end of the call.
Wherein, the current position information can be determined by positioning operation. For example, the telephony device may determine the location information by calling a Global Positioning System (GPS) to perform a Positioning operation, or may call another application having a Positioning function to perform a Positioning operation, for example, a high-resolution map.
The contact information may include at least one of a name, a phone number, company information, and position information of the contact. Of course, the contact information may also include other information, for example, the age, the sex, and the like of the contact, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In order to facilitate the user to subsequently view the recorded creation time and creation location of the call information, and with which contact the call information was created, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the call device determines the call flag information according to at least one of the call connection time, the current location information, and the contact information of the opposite end of the call.
In one possible implementation, the telephony device may determine call flag information for a current call when establishing a call connection. In another possible implementation manner, the call device may also determine call flag information of a current call when receiving an information determination instruction during a call.
The information determination instruction may be triggered by a user, and the user may trigger by a specified operation, where the specified operation may include a click operation, a sliding operation, a "pan-pan" operation, and the like, which is not limited in this disclosure.
For example, in one possible implementation manner, an information determination option may be displayed in the call interface, and the user may click the information determination option to trigger the information determination instruction, and accordingly, when the call device receives the information determination instruction, the call device determines the call flag information of the current call.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the call flag information includes at least one of the connection time of the call, the current location information, and the contact information of the opposite end of the call as an example, in another embodiment, the call identification information may further include other information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
For example, in a possible implementation manner, the call identification information may also be information determined by the terminal based on current call content, further, the terminal acquires the current call content, performs voice recognition on the call content by using a specified voice recognition technology, and determines a preset keyword as the call identification information when detecting that the call content contains the preset keyword after the voice recognition. Each preset keyword in the plurality of preset keywords can be set in the terminal in advance.
For example, if the pre-stored preset keywords include "shopping", "dining", and the like, during the call, the terminal performs voice recognition on the current call content through the specified voice recognition technology, and when it is detected that the call content includes the preset keyword "shopping", the terminal determines the preset keyword "shopping" as the call identification information.
The specific implementation manner of performing the speech recognition on the call content by using the specified speech recognition technology may refer to related technologies, which are not described in detail in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
In step 202, a call note is created and the call sign information is displayed in the call note.
After determining the call sign information of the current call, the call device creates a call note, and displays the call sign information in the call note, and further, the call device may display the call sign information in a designated area of the call note.
For example, referring to fig. 2B, if the designated area is the area 21 in fig. 2B, the call flag information includes the turn-on time, the current location information, and the contact information of the opposite end of the call, and the specific content is 2016, 12, 10 th month, 10 th day, west ampere, zhang.
In step 203, call information is received and recorded in the call note.
The call information may be text information input by the user in the call note, or the call information may also be voice information automatically acquired by the terminal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
For example, if the call information is text information input by the user, after the call device creates the call note, the user may input the call information to be input in the call note, and accordingly, the call device receives the call information and records the call information in the call note. Therefore, the purpose of recording the call information by using the call equipment is achieved, and the call equipment can be used for recording the call information without hanging up the call by a user in the call process, so that the call efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the recording of the call information through the call note is merely exemplified, and in another embodiment, the call information may also be recorded through other applications, for example, the call information may also be recorded through a notepad, that is, in the implementation process, after the call device determines the call flag information of the current call, the notepad may also be pulled up, and the call flag information is displayed in the notepad, and then, the call information is received through the notepad and recorded into the call note, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Therefore, the method for recording the call information provided by the embodiment of the disclosure is realized. However, in practical applications, the user usually needs to view the recorded call information subsequently, and in order to facilitate the user to view the call information recorded by the call note subsequently, the embodiment of the present disclosure further provides the following step 204 and step 205.
In step 204, when the call is ended, an association relationship between the call note and the contact information is established.
In practical applications, when viewing call information, a user may generally need to know which contact person is notifying of the call information, and for this reason, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when a call is ended, the call device may associate the call note with the contact person information.
In a possible implementation manner, the call device may establish a corresponding relationship between the identifier of the call note and the contact information, and store the corresponding relationship, so as to establish an association relationship between the call note and the contact information. The identifier of the call note can be used for uniquely identifying one call note.
Further, since there may have been a historical call note associated with the contact information before this, to update the call note associated with the contact information, the telephony device may disassociate the previously existing association before establishing the association between the call note and the contact information.
That is, before the association relationship between the call note and the contact information is established, the call device queries whether a history call note associated with the contact information exists, where the history call note is a call note created when a call is made with a contact corresponding to the contact information before the current time. And when the history conversation note associated with the contact information exists, deleting the association relationship between the history conversation note and the contact information, and establishing the association relationship between the conversation note and the contact information.
Taking the above example as an example, if the communication device implements establishment of the association relationship between the communication note and the contact information in a manner of establishing a correspondence relationship between the identifier of the communication note and the contact information, when the identifier of the history communication note corresponding to the contact information is found, the communication device may delete the correspondence relationship between the contact information and the identifier of the history communication note, so as to delete the association relationship between the history communication note and the contact information. And then, the communication equipment establishes a corresponding relation between the identification of the communication note and the contact person information, so that the communication note associated with the contact person information is updated, and thus, the contact person information is only associated with one communication note.
It should be noted that, the above description is only given by taking as an example that before the association relationship between the call note and the contact information is established, the call device queries whether there is a history call note associated with the contact information. In an actual application process, the contact information may also be associated with a plurality of call notes, that is, the call device may also directly establish an association relationship between the call note and the contact information without inquiring whether a history call note associated with the contact information exists, so that there may be an association relationship between the plurality of call notes and the contact information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
In step 205, when it is detected that the contact information is included in the target interface, a call note associated with the contact information is correspondingly displayed at a specified position of the target interface, where the target interface is any display interface.
After the association relationship between the call note and the contact information is established, if it is detected that any display interface contains the contact information, the call device correspondingly displays the call note associated with the contact information at the specified position of any display interface, for example, the target interface may be a call record interface, an address list interface, a short message interface, and the like.
The specific location can be set by a user according to actual needs in a customized manner, for example, the specific location can be near a location where the contact information is displayed.
Further, the target interface may be a display interface of a specified application. Currently, in some specific applications, the contact information may be associated with a user account, for example, the specific application is WeChat, in this case, when the terminal detects that a certain display interface of the specific application includes the user account associated with the contact information, the display interface of the specific application is determined as the target interface, that is, the terminal correspondingly displays a call note associated with the contact information at a specified position of the display interface of the specific application.
Further, as described above, the call notes associated with the contact information may include a plurality of call notes, and when the call notes associated with the contact information include a plurality of call notes, each of the call notes may be displayed according to different policy arrangements, that is, the implementation manner of displaying the call note associated with the contact information at the specified position of the target interface in correspondence may include any one of the following:
the first mode is as follows: when the call notes associated with the contact information comprise a plurality of call notes, arranging and displaying the call notes associated with the contact information at the specified positions of the target interface according to the creation time sequence of the call notes.
In an actual implementation scenario, when the call notes associated with the contact information include a plurality of call notes, the call notes may be arranged and displayed according to the sequence of the creation time of each call note, for example, a call note with an earlier creation time is displayed before, and a call note with a later creation time is displayed after. Or displaying the call note with the later creation time before and displaying the call note with the later creation time after.
The second mode is as follows: and when the call notes associated with the contact information comprise a plurality of call notes, arranging and displaying the call notes associated with the contact information at the specified position of the target interface according to the alphabetic arrangement sequence corresponding to the first character of the call mark information of each call note.
In this implementation manner, the terminal may obtain the first character of the call sign information of each call note, and sequentially arrange and display each call note at the designated position of the target interface according to the alphabetical arrangement order of each first character, for example, the call notes may be sequentially arranged and displayed according to the arrangement order of 26 english letters.
Of course, it should be noted that the implementation manner of correspondingly displaying the call note associated with the contact information at the specified position of the target interface is only exemplary, and in another embodiment, the call note may also be displayed according to other rules, which is not limited in this disclosure.
In addition, for the aesthetic property of the typesetting, in the process of correspondingly displaying the call note related to the contact information at the specified position of the target interface, only the call mark information of the call note can be displayed, so that the user can be clear at a glance. Or, the terminal may only display a plurality of call note options, the user may click one of the call note options, and then the terminal displays the call note corresponding to the call note option clicked by the user.
It should be noted that, in an actual application scenario, the call device may further be provided with a call note display switch, and the user may control, by controlling the call note display switch, whether the call device displays the call note associated with the contact information in the target interface, that is, the state of the call note display switch is used to indicate whether the call note associated with the contact information needs to be displayed.
The communication equipment can monitor the state of the communication note display switch, and only when the communication note display switch is monitored to be in an open state and the target interface is detected to contain the contact information, the communication equipment correspondingly displays the communication note related to the contact information. When the call note display switch is in an off state, and when the target interface containing the contact information is displayed, the call note related to the contact information is not displayed through the equipment.
Therefore, when the user wants to display the call note related to the contact information in any display interface, the call note display switch can be turned on, and when the user does not want to display the call note related to the contact information in any display interface, the call note display switch can be turned off, so that the user experience is improved.
Further, when the call is ended, the call note is stored to a specified storage position, and the specified storage position is used for storing the note created in the call process.
In an actual application process, there may be multiple types of notes, and in order to distinguish the notes from other types of notes and to improve efficiency of a user in finding a call note, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, notes established in a call process may be classified into one type, that is, into a call note class. In addition, for convenience of searching by the user, the call notes can be uniformly stored in a designated storage location, for example, in a designated folder, so that the user can directly search from the designated storage location every time the user searches the call notes, and the searching efficiency of the user is improved.
Further, when the call is finished, the call note is displayed on a main interface, and the main interface is an interface displayed when the mobile phone is started.
The main interface may also be commonly referred to as a desktop of the communication device, that is, in order to further improve the viewing efficiency of the user, when the communication is ended, the communication device may automatically send the communication note to the desktop, and display the communication note on the desktop. Therefore, when the call is finished, the call note is automatically displayed on the main interface, manual operation of a user is not needed, and convenience in operation is improved.
Of course, the description is given only by taking the example that the call note is automatically displayed on the main interface when the call is ended, but in an actual application scenario, the call device may not automatically display the call note on the main interface, but when a specified display instruction is received, the call note is displayed on the main interface.
