In this step, after the e-commerce platform server determines the delivery time required for the first recommended object to be delivered to the geographical position of the user, the delivery time is carried in the second prompt message and sent to the user, so that the user can clearly know the delivery time of the current first recommended object, and the blind waiting of the user is avoided. Optionally, the second prompt message may be presented to the user in the form of an interface, or may be sent to the user in the form of a voice, and the specific format of the second prompt message is not limited in this embodiment. Optionally, the e-commerce platform server may further calculate the delivery time of the first recommended object according to the delivery time, and output the delivery time carried in the second prompt information to the user, so that the user may clearly know when the first recommended object arrives, and blind waiting of the user is avoided.
According to the object recommendation method provided by the embodiment, after the e-commerce platform server determines the first recommended object recommended to the user, the delivery time required by the first recommended object to be delivered to the geographical position of the user is determined according to the distance between the first warehousing position and the geographical position of the user, and the delivery time is carried in the second prompt information and is output to the user, so that the user can clearly know the delivery time of the current first recommended object, blind waiting of the user is avoided, and user experience is further improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating an object recommendation method according to yet another exemplary embodiment. The embodiment relates to a specific process for determining a first recommended object by an e-commerce platform server. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, further, the foregoing S102 may specifically include:
s301: and determining a first object class to which the object to be acquired belongs from the object set according to the object to be acquired.
In this step, the e-commerce platform server may obtain an object to be obtained that the user currently wants, optionally, the e-commerce platform server may determine the object to be obtained of the user according to the relevant parameters of the user, optionally, the relevant parameters include: at least one of a keyword message input by the user, a historical recommendation behavior of the user, and a user transaction record. The keyword information may be a name of an object (e.g., AA brand air conditioner) input by a user, a type of the object (e.g., air conditioner, sweater), parameter information of the object (e.g., M code, middle and long money, etc.), and the like, the historical recommendation behavior of the user may be information of an object recommended to the user before recorded by an e-commerce platform server, and the user transaction record is all transaction records recorded by the e-commerce platform on the e-commerce platform by the user, or a transaction record within a preset time. And the e-commerce platform server can calculate the object to be acquired which is currently desired by the user by combining the related parameters.
After the e-commerce platform server acquires an object to be acquired of a user, whether the object to be acquired is matched with a preset object set can be judged according to information such as the name of the object to be acquired and the type of the object to be acquired. If the matching result is obtained, the object to be acquired belongs to the object in one object class in the object set, so that the e-commerce platform server can determine the first object class to which the object to be acquired belongs from the object set by combining information such as the name of the object to be acquired and the type of the object to be acquired.
S302: determining the first warehousing location from the first object category according to the geographic location of the user.
In this step, after the e-commerce platform server determines the first object class to which the object to be acquired belongs, the e-commerce platform server determines, according to the geographic position of the user, a first warehousing position, where a distance between the first object class and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold, from the first object class, where the first warehousing position is a warehousing position closest to the geographic position of the user in the first object class.
S303: and determining the sub-product class corresponding to the first warehousing position as the first recommended object.
In this step, after the e-commerce platform server determines the first warehousing location from the first object class, the e-commerce platform server determines a sub-class located at the first warehousing location in the first object class as a first recommended object, and recommends the first recommended object to the user. Optionally, the first warehousing position where the first recommended object is located may be sent to the user together, so that the user may clearly know the current warehousing position of the first recommended object, and experience of the user is further enriched. Optionally, the e-commerce platform server may also send the inventory of the first warehousing location where the first recommendation object is located to the user together, so that the user can clearly know the inventory of the first warehousing location, and further, the user determines whether to increase the purchase amount, thereby further enriching the user experience.
Optionally, when the e-commerce platform server determines that the sub-class located at the first warehousing position in the first object class is not currently stocked, that is, the first recommended object does not exist in the object set, the e-commerce platform server may determine, according to the object to be acquired and the geographic position of the user, a second recommended object from the object set, where a distance between a second warehousing position of the second recommended object and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a second distance threshold, and the second distance threshold is larger than the first distance threshold, that is, the second recommended object is an object that is next closest to the geographic position of the user.
In the object recommendation method provided by this embodiment, the e-commerce platform server determines, according to the object to be acquired, a first object class to which the object to be acquired belongs from the object set, and then determines, according to the geographic position of the user, a first warehousing position in which a distance from the geographic position of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold from the first object class, so that a sub-class corresponding to the first warehousing position is determined as a first recommended object, and thus an object recommended to the user by the e-commerce platform is an object closest to the user, and thus when the user purchases the first recommended object, delivery time of the first recommended object to the geographic position of the user is greatly shortened, waiting time of the user is saved, and user experience is greatly improved; in addition, when the inventory of the first storage position of the first object class in the object set is zero, that is, when the first recommended object does not exist in the object set, the e-commerce platform server may determine, from the object set, a second recommended object whose distance between the storage position and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a second distance threshold, that is, recommend to the user an object that is next closest to the geographic position of the user, which also saves the waiting time of the user and further improves the user experience.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating an object recommendation method according to yet another exemplary embodiment. The embodiment relates to a specific processing process of an e-commerce platform server when a user purchases a plurality of first recommendation objects at different warehousing positions in the same transaction list. On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the method may further include:
s401: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a trade list request sent by a user, wherein the trade list request comprises a plurality of recommended objects, and the recommended objects are first recommended objects or second recommended objects.
In this embodiment, a plurality of objects to be acquired of the user are provided, and therefore, the e-commerce platform server determines one first recommendation object or a second recommendation object for each object to be acquired (when the first recommendation object does not exist in the object set, the e-commerce platform server determines the second recommendation object), and recommends the first recommendation object or the second recommendation object to the user. It should be noted that, for different objects to be acquired, the warehousing positions of the first recommended objects determined by the e-commerce platform server may be the same or different. In addition, for different objects to be acquired, the warehousing positions of the second recommended objects determined by the e-commerce platform server may be the same or different. The user can make order purchase according to the first recommended object or the second recommended object recommended by the e-commerce platform server. When purchasing, a user sends a trade list request to an e-commerce platform server through own terminal equipment, and if the user selects a plurality of first recommendation objects or a plurality of second recommendation objects in a trade list or selects a plurality of first recommendation objects and a plurality of second recommendation objects, the trade list request at this time includes the plurality of first recommendation objects or the plurality of second recommendation objects or the plurality of first recommendation objects and the plurality of second recommendation objects. For convenience of description, the present embodiment collectively refers to the plurality of first recommendation objects and/or the plurality of second recommendation objects in the trade list request as recommendation objects in the trade list request.
S402: if the storage positions of the recommended objects in the transaction order request are different, outputting first prompt information to a user; the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that recommended objects with different warehousing positions exist in the current transaction list.
In this step, after receiving a trade order request from a user, the e-commerce platform server may determine whether the warehousing positions of all recommended objects in the trade order request are the same. When the E-commerce platform server determines that the storage positions of part of recommended objects or all recommended objects in the transaction order request are different, the E-commerce platform server sends first prompt information to terminal equipment of a user to inform the user that the recommended objects with different storage positions exist in the current transaction order, so that the user can conveniently decide whether to take the order or take the order again.
Optionally, the first prompt information is further used to prompt a user whether to split an object in a current-year transaction order into different transaction orders according to a warehousing position, optionally, the first prompt information may be presented on a terminal device of the user in an interface form, see an interface schematic diagram shown in fig. 5, where the first prompt information is "whether to split a transaction order", and the interface may provide two option controls for the user, and when the user selects "yes" option, the e-commerce platform server may automatically split the current transaction order into different transaction orders according to the warehousing position, so as to save delivery time for the user; and when the user selects the 'no' option, the E-commerce platform server processes according to a normal flow.
According to the object recommendation method provided by the embodiment, when a user selects recommended objects with different warehousing positions in one transaction list, the e-commerce platform server can output first prompt information to the user to prompt the user that the recommended objects with different warehousing positions exist in the current transaction list, and further can prompt the user whether to split the objects in the current-year transaction list into different transaction lists according to the warehousing positions, so that the user can clearly know the specific warehousing information of the current transaction list, and further can decide whether to split the list, and the use experience of the user is further enriched.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods. For details not disclosed in the embodiments of the apparatus of the present disclosure, refer to the embodiments of the method of the present disclosure.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram illustrating an object recommendation device that may be implemented as part or all of an e-commerce platform server in software, hardware, or a combination of both, according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 6, the object recommending apparatus includes: a judging module 11 and a first determining module 12.
The judging module 11 is configured to judge whether a current object to be acquired of a user is matched with a preset object set; the object set comprises at least one object class with the valid period smaller than a preset time threshold, each object class comprises at least one sub-class, the object types in the sub-classes in one object class are the same, and the storage positions corresponding to the sub-classes are different;
a first determining module 12, configured to determine, when the determining module 11 determines that the object to be acquired matches the object set, a first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic location of the user, and the object set, where a distance between a first warehousing location of the first recommended object and the geographic location of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold.
To sum up, in the object recommendation device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the determining module determines, by determining whether the current object to be acquired by the user matches the preset object set, and the first determining module determines, according to the object to be acquired and the geographic position of the user, the first recommended object whose distance between the warehousing location and the geographic position of the user is smaller than the first distance threshold from the object set when the determining module determines that the object to be acquired matches the preset object set, so that the object recommended to the user by the e-commerce platform is the object closest to the user, and thus when the user purchases the first recommended object, the delivery time of the first recommended object to the geographic position of the user is greatly shortened, thereby saving the waiting time of the user, and greatly improving the user experience.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an object recommending apparatus according to another exemplary embodiment. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 6, further, the first determining module 12 includes:
a first determining submodule 121, configured to determine, according to the object to be acquired, a first object class to which the object to be acquired belongs from the object set;
a second determination submodule 122 configured to determine the first warehousing location from the first object class according to the geographic location of the user;
the third determining sub-module 123 is configured to determine a sub-category corresponding to the first warehousing location as the first recommended object.
To sum up, in the object recommendation device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first determining sub-module determines, according to the object to be acquired, the first object class to which the object to be acquired belongs from the object set, and then the second determining sub-module determines, according to the geographic position of the user, the first storage position, in which the distance from the geographic position of the user to the first object class is smaller than the first distance threshold, so that the sub-class corresponding to the first storage position is determined as the first recommendation object by the third determining sub-module, and further, the object recommended to the user by the e-commerce platform is the object closest to the user, so that when the user purchases the first recommendation object, the delivery time of the first recommendation object to the geographic position of the user is greatly shortened, thereby saving the waiting time of the user, and greatly improving the experience of the user.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram illustrating an object recommending apparatus according to still another exemplary embodiment. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the apparatus further includes a second determining module 13.
A second determining module 13, configured to determine, when the determining module 11 determines that the first recommended object does not exist in the object set, a second recommended object from the object set according to the object to be acquired and the geographic location of the user, where a distance between a second warehousing location of the second recommended object and the geographic location of the user is smaller than a second distance threshold, and the second distance threshold is greater than the first distance threshold.
To sum up, according to the object recommendation device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when the determining module determines that the inventory of the first storage location of the first object class in the object set is zero, that is, when the first recommended object does not exist in the object set, the second determining module may determine, from the object set, the second recommended object whose distance between the storage location and the geographic location of the user is smaller than the second distance threshold, that is, recommend the object that is next closest to the geographic location of the user to the user, so as to save the waiting time of the user and further improve the experience of the user.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram illustrating an object recommending apparatus according to still another exemplary embodiment. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 8, further, the apparatus further includes: an acquisition module 14 and a first output module 15.
The obtaining module 14 is configured to obtain a transaction order request sent by a user, where the transaction order request includes a plurality of recommendation objects, and the recommendation object is a first recommendation object or a second recommendation object;
the first output module 15 is configured to output first prompt information to the user if the warehousing positions of the recommended objects in the transaction order request are different; the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that recommended objects with different warehousing positions exist in the current transaction list.
Optionally, the first prompt information is further used for prompting a user whether to split the object in the current-year transaction order into different transaction orders according to the warehousing location.
To sum up, the object recommendation device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, when a user selects recommended objects at different warehousing positions in one transaction list, the first output module may output first prompt information to the user to prompt the user that recommended objects at different warehousing positions exist in the current transaction list, and further, may prompt the user whether to split an object in the current-year transaction list into different transaction lists according to the warehousing positions, so that the user can definitely know specific warehousing information of the current transaction list, and then the user can decide whether to split the list, thereby further enriching the use experience of the user.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram illustrating an object recommending apparatus according to still another exemplary embodiment. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 9, further, the apparatus may further include: a third determination module 16 and a second output module 17.
A third determination module 16 configured to determine a delivery time required for the first recommended object to be delivered to the geographic location of the user according to a distance between the first warehousing location and the geographic location of the user;
and the second output module 17 is configured to carry the delivery time in second prompt information and output the second prompt information to the user, where the second prompt information is used to prompt the user of the delivery time required by the first recommendation object to reach the geographic location of the user.
Optionally, with continued reference to fig. 10, the apparatus may further comprise: a fourth determining module 18 configured to determine the object to be acquired according to the relevant parameters of the user; wherein the relevant parameters include: at least one of a keyword message input by the user, a historical recommendation behavior of the user, and a user transaction record.
To sum up, according to the object recommendation device provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the first determination module determines the first recommended object recommended to the user, the third determination module determines the delivery time required for the first recommended object to be delivered to the geographical position of the user according to the distance between the first warehousing position and the geographical position of the user, and the delivery time is carried in the second prompt information by the second output module and is output to the user, so that the user can clearly know the delivery time of the current first recommended object, blind waiting of the user is avoided, and user experience is further improved.
With regard to the apparatus in the above-described embodiment, the specific manner in which the respective modules and units perform operations has been described in detail in the embodiment related to the method, and will not be elaborated upon here.
Having described the internal functional modules and the structural schematic of the object recommendation device, fig. 11 is a block diagram illustrating an e-commerce platform server entity according to an exemplary embodiment, and as shown in fig. 11, the e-commerce platform server may include: a processor 21, and a memory 22 for storing instructions executable by the processor 21.
Wherein the processor 21 is configured to:
judging whether the current object to be acquired of the user is matched with a preset object set or not; the object set comprises at least one object class with the valid period smaller than a preset time threshold, each object class comprises at least one sub-class, the object types in the sub-classes in one object class are the same, and the storage positions corresponding to the sub-classes are different;
if the object to be acquired is matched with the object set, determining a first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic position of the user and the object set, wherein the distance between the first warehousing position of the first recommended object and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold value.
In the embodiment of the platform server, it should be understood that the Processor 21 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), etc. The general purpose processor may be a microprocessor, the processor may be any conventional processor, and the memory 22 may be a read-only memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a flash memory, a hard disk, or a solid state disk.
In an exemplary embodiment, the present disclosure also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 22 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 21 of the e-commerce platform server to perform the object recommendation method described above. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a CD-ROM, a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, wherein instructions of the storage medium, when executed by a processor of an e-commerce platform server, enable the e-commerce platform server to perform the above object recommendation method, the method comprising:
judging whether the current object to be acquired of the user is matched with a preset object set or not; the object set comprises at least one object class with the valid period smaller than a preset time threshold, each object class comprises at least one sub-class, the object types in the sub-classes in one object class are the same, and the storage positions corresponding to the sub-classes are different;
if the object to be acquired is matched with the object set, determining a first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic position of the user and the object set, wherein the distance between the first warehousing position of the first recommended object and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold value.
Further, the determining a first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic location of the user, and the object set includes:
according to the object to be obtained, determining a first object class to which the object to be obtained belongs from the object set;
determining the first warehousing location from the first object class according to the geographic location of the user;
and determining the sub-product class corresponding to the first warehousing position as the first recommended object.
Still further, the method further comprises:
if the first recommended object does not exist in the object set, determining a second recommended object from the object set according to the object to be acquired and the geographic position of the user, wherein the distance between a second warehousing position of the second recommended object and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a second distance threshold, and the second distance threshold is larger than the first distance threshold.
Still further, the method further comprises:
acquiring a trade order request sent by a user, wherein the trade order request comprises a plurality of recommended objects, and the recommended objects are first recommended objects or second recommended objects;
if the storage positions of the recommended objects in the transaction order request are different, outputting first prompt information to a user; the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that recommended objects with different warehousing positions exist in the current transaction list.
Optionally, the first prompt information is further used for prompting a user whether to split the object in the current-year transaction order into different transaction orders according to the warehousing location.
Further, the method further comprises:
determining the delivery time required for the first recommended object to be delivered to the geographical position of the user according to the distance between the first warehousing position and the geographical position of the user;
and carrying the delivery time in second prompt information and outputting the second prompt information to the user, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the delivery time required by the first recommendation object to reach the geographical position of the user to the user.
Optionally, the method further includes:
determining the object to be acquired according to the relevant parameters of the user; wherein the relevant parameters include: at least one of a keyword message input by the user, a historical recommendation behavior of the user, and a user transaction record.

Claims (13)

1. An object recommendation method, comprising:
judging whether the current object to be acquired of the user is matched with a preset object set or not; the object set comprises at least one object class with the valid period smaller than a preset time threshold, each object class comprises at least one sub-class, the object types in the sub-classes in one object class are the same, and the storage positions corresponding to the sub-classes are different;
if the object to be acquired is matched with the object set, determining a first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic position of the user and the object set, wherein the distance between the first warehousing position of the first recommended object and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold, wherein the determining of the first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic position of the user and the object set comprises:
according to the object to be obtained, determining a first object class to which the object to be obtained belongs from the object set;
determining the first warehousing location from the first object class according to the geographic location of the user;
and determining the sub-product class corresponding to the first warehousing position as the first recommended object.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the first recommended object does not exist in the object set, determining a second recommended object from the object set according to the object to be acquired and the geographic position of the user, wherein the distance between a second warehousing position of the second recommended object and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a second distance threshold, and the second distance threshold is larger than the first distance threshold.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
acquiring a trade order request sent by a user, wherein the trade order request comprises a plurality of recommended objects, and the recommended objects are first recommended objects or second recommended objects;
if the storage positions of the recommended objects in the transaction order request are different, outputting first prompt information to a user; the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that recommended objects with different warehousing positions exist in the current transaction list.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the first prompt message is further used for prompting a user whether to split the object in the current transaction order into different transaction orders according to the warehousing location.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining the delivery time required for the first recommended object to be delivered to the geographical position of the user according to the distance between the first warehousing position and the geographical position of the user;
and carrying the delivery time in second prompt information and outputting the second prompt information to the user, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the delivery time required by the first recommendation object to reach the geographical position of the user to the user.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining the object to be acquired according to the relevant parameters of the user; wherein the relevant parameters include: at least one of a keyword message input by the user, a historical recommendation behavior of the user, and a user transaction record.
7. An object recommendation apparatus, comprising:
the judging module is configured to judge whether the current object to be acquired of the user is matched with a preset object set; the object set comprises at least one object class with the valid period smaller than a preset time threshold, each object class comprises at least one sub-class, the object types in the sub-classes in one object class are the same, and the storage positions corresponding to the sub-classes are different;
a first determining module, configured to determine, when the determining module determines that the object to be acquired matches the object set, a first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic location of the user, and the object set, where a distance between a first warehousing location of the first recommended object and the geographic location of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold, where the first determining module includes:
the first determining submodule is configured to determine a first object class to which the object to be acquired belongs from the object set according to the object to be acquired;
a second determination submodule configured to determine the first warehousing location from the first object class according to the geographic location of the user;
and the third determining submodule is configured to determine the sub-class corresponding to the first warehousing position as the first recommended object.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a second determining module, configured to determine, when the determining module determines that the first recommended object does not exist in the object set, a second recommended object from the object set according to the object to be acquired and the geographic location of the user, where a distance between a second warehousing location of the second recommended object and the geographic location of the user is smaller than a second distance threshold, and the second distance threshold is greater than the first distance threshold.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is configured to acquire a transaction order request sent by a user, the transaction order request comprises a plurality of recommended objects, and the recommended objects are first recommended objects or second recommended objects;
the first output module is configured to output first prompt information to a user if the warehousing positions of the recommended objects in the transaction order request are different; the first prompt information is used for prompting a user that recommended objects with different warehousing positions exist in the current transaction list.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the first prompt message is further used to prompt a user whether to split an object in the current transaction order into different transaction orders according to a warehousing location.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a third determination module configured to determine a delivery time required for the first recommended object to be delivered to the geographic location of the user according to a distance between the first warehousing location and the geographic location of the user;
and the second output module is configured to carry the delivery time in second prompt information and output the second prompt information to the user, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting the delivery time required by the first recommendation object to reach the geographical position of the user to the user.
12. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the fourth determination module is configured to determine the object to be acquired according to the relevant parameters of the user; wherein the relevant parameters include: at least one of a keyword message input by the user, a historical recommendation behavior of the user, and a user transaction record.
13. An e-commerce platform server, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to:
judging whether the current object to be acquired of the user is matched with a preset object set or not; the object set comprises at least one object class with the valid period smaller than a preset time threshold, each object class comprises at least one sub-class, the object types in the sub-classes in one object class are the same, and the storage positions corresponding to the sub-classes are different;
if the object to be acquired is matched with the object set, determining a first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic position of the user and the object set, wherein the distance between the first warehousing position of the first recommended object and the geographic position of the user is smaller than a first distance threshold, wherein the determining of the first recommended object according to the object to be acquired, the geographic position of the user and the object set comprises:
according to the object to be obtained, determining a first object class to which the object to be obtained belongs from the object set;
determining the first warehousing location from the first object class according to the geographic location of the user;
and determining the sub-product class corresponding to the first warehousing position as the first recommended object.
