All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. The embodiments and features of the embodiments of the present invention may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict. Also, while a logical order is shown in the flow diagrams, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than here.
In addition, the term "and/or" herein is only one kind of association relationship describing an associated object, and means that there may be three kinds of relationships, for example, a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. In addition, the character "/" in this document generally indicates that the preceding and following related objects are in an "or" relationship unless otherwise specified.
In the embodiment of the invention, the visitor is a user who wants to visit the visited organization, and the visitor can be a natural person, an enterprise, a website platform and the like. The organization being visited may be any organization, such as a company, or an administrative department, etc., and the users of the organization being visited may be employees of the organization being visited. The accessed organization is referred to as a first organization in the embodiment of the invention.
The device used by the visitor for access is called a first device, which may be implemented by a device such as a smartphone, a Personal Computer (PC), or a tablet computer (PAD).
The device used by the employee of the accessed organization to respond to the access may also be a smartphone, PC, tablet, or the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the equipment of different organizations can be provided with the same set of system, which is called as a user access system, and the information interaction can be realized as long as the equipment of the user access system is provided. For example, the first device and the device used by the employee of the accessed organization for responding to the access are both provided with a user access system, so that the first device and the device used by the employee of the accessed organization for responding to the access are in one system and can access each other.
In the embodiment of the invention, one server can be arranged in a city, or a plurality of servers can be arranged, wherein each server can support the registration of a plurality of organizations. Then, as long as the user access system is installed, the organization in the same city can select any one of the servers in the city to register. After registering with the server, other devices that have installed a user access system may access the organization's system. Of course, the server may be at a city level, or may also be at a province level, that is, one or more servers may be set in a province, or may be at a county level, and the embodiments of the present invention are not limited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may manage a plurality of sub servers, and the first organization may also register on the sub server. If the first organization applies for registration with the sub-server, the sub-server sends a request to the server whether to allow registration of the first organization. If the server allows the sub-server to register the first organization, after the first organization successfully registers with the sub-server, the sub-server will send the registration information of the first organization to the server, and then the server can know whether the first organization is registered. In the embodiment of the present invention, the registration of the first organization on the sub-server or the server may be referred to as the registration of the first organization on the server. Of course, the server may also deny the first organization from registering with the sub-server, and thus not be able to access the first organization through the server. The server can store the organization registration list, and when the server itself or the sub-server has a new organization registration or quit, the server can update the organization registration list in real time, so that the server can know which organizations are registered.
The identification code may include a username and/or account number or the like for uniquely identifying the first organization.
When an organization registers to the server, the server assigns a corresponding identification code to the organization, so as to store data information of the organization according to the identification code, wherein the data information of the organization may include at least one of the organization position information and the layout information, and of course, other information may also be included. The data information and the identification code may be included as registration information for the organization. Wherein the layout information of the organization may include a structural layout of the organization, and the structural layout may indicate an indoor actual layout of the organization. The structure layout can be a two-dimensional layout, so that the data volume of the structure diagram is small, and the space required by storage is reduced, or the structure layout can also be a three-dimensional layout, so that the feeling of a user is more vivid. Accordingly, the visitor can determine the interaction entry for the user interaction from the two-dimensional structure layout or the three-dimensional structure layout.
Referring to fig. 1, an application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention is described. Fig. 1 shows a user interaction system, which comprises a first device 101, a server 102 and a plurality of first sub-servers 103, for example, the number of the first sub-servers 103 is 3. The first device 101 may communicate with a server 102, and the server 102 may manage a plurality of first sub-servers 103. Of course, the first sub-server 103 may also manage a plurality of second sub-servers 104, and if the first organization is registered in the second sub-servers 104, the second sub-servers 104 may send the registration information of the first organization to the first sub-server 103, so that the first sub-server 103 sends the registration information of the first organization to the server 102. In the embodiment of the present invention, multiple levels of sub servers may be set below the server 102, and the number of tiers and the number of sub servers included in each tier are not limited, as long as the server 102 can obtain the registration information of all sub servers. The multi-layer sub-servers can facilitate the server to realize a multi-layer management mode.
The following describes a technical solution provided by an embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings, and in the following description, an application scenario shown in fig. 1 is taken as an example.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a user interaction method, and a flow of the method is described as follows.
S201: the first device 101 sends a first message to the server 102, wherein the first message is used for indicating that a visitor needs to access a first user of a first organization; wherein the first device and the devices in the first organization each have a user access system installed;
s202, the first device 101 receives a first structure layout sent by the server 102, wherein the layout of a first organization can be obtained through the first structure layout;
s203: the first device 101 determines at least one interaction portal according to the first structural layout, wherein the interaction portal corresponds to the actual position of the user in the first organization in a one-to-one manner;
s204: the first device 101 sends a message to the first user through a first interaction portal of the at least one interaction portal.
When a visitor needs to access a first user of a first organization, a first message is sent to the server 102 via the first device 101. The first message is an access request message of a first user of a first organization that a visitor needs to access, and the access request message may carry an identification code of the first organization, so that the server 102 can know which organization information the first device 101 needs to acquire, and can feed back corresponding organization information to the first device 101.
Since the first organization may be registered with the server 102, may be registered with the first sub-server 103 managed by the server 102, or may be not registered with either the server 102 or the first sub-server 103. After receiving the first message sent by the first device 101, the server 102 first determines whether the first organization is registered on the server 102 or the sub-server according to the information of the first organization, such as the identification code, carried in the first message.
The server 102 determines whether the first organization is registered, in one way: the server 102 searches the registration list for registration information matching the identification code according to the information of the first organization, such as the identification code, carried in the first message. The registration information for the organization may include, among other things, an identification code, an identification of the server 102 or sub-server, and other registration-related information. Then, if the server 102 checks the identification code of the first organization, it is determined that the first organization is registered, and whether the first organization is registered on the server 102 or the sub-server can be determined according to the registration information of the first organization. If the server 102 does not find the first organization's identification code, it can be determined that the first organization is unregistered, i.e., neither registered with the server 102 nor with any of the child servers. If the first organization is not registered, the server 102 may send a prompt to the first device 101 for prompting the visitor that the first organization is not accessible.
If it is determined that the first organization is registered, the server 102 may send a first structure layout to the first device 101, so that the visitor may obtain the layout of the first organization according to the first structure layout, so that the visitor can access the first organization through the first structure layout. The first structural layout may be a layout of a location of an office building where the first organization is located, or may be a structural layout of an interior of the office building where the first organization is located, or may be a planar layout of the first organization, as long as the layout of the first organization can be obtained according to the first structural layout. The first structure layout may be a two-dimensional structure layout such that the amount of data processed by the first device 101 and/or the server 102 is small to increase the processing speed of the first device 101 and/or the server. Alternatively, the first structure layout may be a three-dimensional structure layout, so that the layout of the first organization is reflected truly and more visually. Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a structural layout diagram of an office building in which a first organization is located, and in fig. 3, the first structural layout diagram is shown as a two-dimensional structural layout diagram.
In fig. 3, the first structural layout is a structural layout of an office building where the first organization is located, that is, the first structural layout is not an indoor layout of the first organization, and obtaining the layout of the first organization according to the first structural layout involves further obtaining the indoor layout of the first organization, for example, called as a second structural layout, where the second structural layout may be a two-dimensional structural layout, which may make the amount of data processed by the first device 101 and/or the server 102 smaller, so as to improve the processing speed of the first device 101 and/or the server. Or, the second structure layout can also be a three-dimensional structure layout, so that the layout of the first organization can be reflected really and more visually. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of a second structure layout. Fig. 4 shows an example in which the second structure layout is a three-dimensional structure layout, and the first organization includes 8 users. Presenting the indoor planar layout of the first organization in a graphical manner may enable a visitor to see the internal structure of the first organization at a glance, and since the second structure layout may indicate the actual layout within the room of the first organization, the second structure diagram may include a position image of each user of the first organization, and the position image of each user corresponds to the actual position of each user one-to-one. The visitor can use the position image in the second structure layout diagram as an interaction inlet, so that when the first user of the first organization needs to be visited, the visitor only needs to select the first interaction inlet corresponding to the first user in the second structure layout diagram for interaction, and interaction can be performed without meeting the first user. The manner in which the first device 101 obtains the second structure layout from the first structure layout will be described below.
After the first device 101 receives the first structure layout sent by the server 102, according to the difference of the first structure layout, the first device 101 determines at least one interaction portal according to the first structure layout sent by the server 102, which includes, but is not limited to, the following ways.
The first method is as follows: the first structure layout sent by the server 102 includes the location information of the first organization, and the first device 101 may obtain the second structure layout of the first organization by sending a request to the server 102.
In this way, the first structural layout can be a structural layout inside the office building where the first organization is located, and can also be a structural layout of the position where the office building where the first organization is located. After receiving the first structure layout sent by the server 102, the first device 101 may first determine a location of the first organization in the first structure layout, and then send a second message carrying location information of the first organization to the server 102, where the second message is used to request to acquire a structure layout corresponding to the location information of the first organization. After receiving the location information of the first organization sent by the first device 101, the server 102 acquires a second structure layout corresponding to the location information according to the location information, wherein the server 102 may store the correspondence between the location information of the organization and the indoor structure layout of the organization in advance. After obtaining the second structure layout, the server 102 may send the obtained second structure layout to the first device 101, so that the first device 101 obtains the second structure layout, and the visitor may select a first interaction portal corresponding to the first user on the second structure layout for interaction.
The second method comprises the following steps: the first structural layout diagram sent by the server 102 includes an indoor structural layout diagram corresponding to the first organization, and for example, the second structural layout diagram, after receiving the second structural layout diagram sent by the server 102, the client may directly determine at least one interaction entry in the second structural layout diagram, so that interaction is performed with a user of the first organization through the determined interaction entry, and interaction with the server 102 is not required, and the implementation is simple.
