Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The method and apparatus for classifying mail senders provided in the embodiments of the present invention may be applied to any terminal device, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, and other communication devices having a function of sending and receiving mails. In the following method embodiments, the execution subject may be a terminal device of a mail recipient, and the following embodiments are simply referred to as terminal devices.
Currently, in the field of sending and receiving mails, when a mail box client receives a piece of mail, a sender of the piece of mail is identified through some user categories manually set by a user. However, when the user manually classifies the contacts in the mailbox client, the operation of the user is cumbersome, which results in poor user experience.
The classification method and device for the mail sender according to the embodiments of the present invention are directed to solving the above technical problems in the prior art.
The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for classifying mail senders according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment relates to a specific process that the terminal device automatically classifies all the senders of the received mails according to the attention degree of the mail receiver to the received mails. As shown in fig. 1, the method comprises the steps of:
s101: and acquiring the attention of the mail receiver to each mail received in a preset statistical period.
Specifically, the terminal device first acquires all mails received within a preset statistical period, and then determines, for the part of mails, a degree of attention of the mail recipient to each mail in the part of mails, optionally, the terminal device may determine the degree of attention of the mail recipient to the mail through a relevant parameter of the mail, and optionally, the relevant parameter of the mail may be a size of the mail, a content of the mail, a sending time of the mail, and the like. The specific manner how to obtain the attention of each mail in the present embodiment is not limited.
S102: and classifying the sender of the received mail according to the acquired attention.
Specifically, after the terminal device obtains the attention degree of the mail receiving party to each mail received in the statistical period, the sending party of the received mail may be classified according to the attention degree of the mail receiving party to each mail, so as to obtain a corresponding user set. For example, the senders of the mails are classified according to the difference between the attention degrees of the mail receivers to any two mails, for example, the senders of the two mails with the difference larger than a preset value are classified into one class (that is, the senders of the two mails with similar attention degrees are classified into one class); optionally, the terminal device may further classify the senders of the mails according to a size of a ratio between attention degrees of the mail receivers to any two mails, for example, classify two senders of the mails with a ratio greater than another preset value into one class. In short, the present embodiment does not limit the specific process of how the terminal device classifies the sender of the email according to the attention degree of the recipient of the email to each email, and what types the sender of the email is classified into, as long as the classification is performed according to the attention degree of the recipient of the email to each email.
That is to say, the terminal device in this embodiment may automatically classify all senders of the emails received within the statistical period according to the attention of the email receiver to the email, so as to obtain the corresponding user set. Thus, when the mail receiver receives a new mail, the sender of the new mail is identified according to the classified user set, and corresponding operation is performed on the new mail.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when obtaining the attention degree of the mail receiver to each mail received in the preset statistical period, when one statistical period expires, the attention degree of the mail receiver to each mail in the statistical period is obtained, that is, the attention degree of the mail receiver to each mail obtained by the terminal device actually aims at the attention degree of the mail in the statistical period before the current statistical period. For example, assume that the number of days of the statistical period is 7 days, and assume that the last statistical period arrival time is 11 months and 7 days. When 11 month and 8 days, the terminal device counts the mails received from 11 month and 1 day to 11 month and 7 days, obtains the attention degree of the mail receiver to each mail in the part of mails, and classifies the senders of the mails received from 11 month and 1 day to 11 month and 7 days according to the obtained attention degree, thereby obtaining a corresponding user set. Thus, when the mail receiver receives a new mail on day 11, 8, the terminal device can know to which class of users the sender belongs from the previous classification. Optionally, when the 11-month 9-day is reached, the terminal device may count the mails received from 11-month 2-11-month 8-day again, obtain the attention of the mail receiver to each mail in the part of mails, and then classify the senders of the mails received from 11-month 2-11-month 8-day according to the obtained attention, so as to obtain the corresponding user set again, and so on.
That is, the classification of the sender of the received mail by the terminal device may be updated over time. The method and the device have the advantages that the senders of the received mails are periodically classified according to the preset statistical period, so that if a new sender is generated in the current statistical period, the new sender can be classified when the current statistical period is over, so that the user set obtained in the previous statistical period is updated, and the accuracy of the user set obtained by classification is guaranteed.
According to the classification method for the mail sender provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment can acquire the attention degree of the mail receiver to each mail received in the preset statistical period, and classify the mail sender received in the statistical period according to the acquired attention degree. That is, the method of this embodiment can automatically classify all senders of the mails received within the statistical period according to the attention of the mail receiver to the mails, and does not need manual classification by the user, thereby greatly simplifying the operation of the user and improving the experience of the user.
Fig. 2 is a partial flowchart of a method for classifying mail senders according to an embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment relates to a specific process of acquiring the attention degree of a mail receiver to each mail received in the statistical period by the terminal equipment. On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, further, the step S101 may specifically include:
s201: and determining the score corresponding to each mail according to all operations executed by the mail receiver on each mail received in a preset statistical period and a mapping relation established in advance.
The mapping relation comprises corresponding relations between different operations and scores, and the scores comprise positive scores and/or negative scores.
Specifically, in this embodiment, a mapping relationship is pre-established on the terminal device, where the mapping relationship includes a correspondence between different operations performed by the mail receiver on the mail and the score, that is, in the mapping relationship, one operation corresponds to one score, and the score may be a positive score or a negative score.
In this embodiment, the mail receiver may perform one operation on one mail or perform multiple operations, that is, one mail may correspond to at least one operation. Optionally, the operation member may include at least one of view mail (TYPE _ OPEN), SCROLL bar (TYPE _ check), DOWNLOAD or OPEN mail attachment (TYPE _ ATTACHMENT), display mail INLINE PICTURE (TYPE _ INLINE _ PICTURE), load mail remaining content (TYPE _ DOWNLOAD _ return), REPLY mail (TYPE _ REPLY), FORWARD mail (TYPE _ FORWARD), add STAR mark (TYPE _ STAR), DELETE mail (TYPE _ UNWANTED _ DELETE), transfer mail TO a junk folder (TYPE _ MOVE _ TO _ TRASH), remove mail from the junk folder (TYPE _ MOVE _ TO _ NORMAL). For example, if the mail receiver checks the mail content and performs a forwarding operation, the operation corresponding to the mail is two operations, i.e., TYPE _ OPEN | TYPE _ FORWARD; for example, if the recipient of the mail checks the content of the mail and performs a deletion operation, the operation corresponding to the mail is TYPE _ UNWANTED _ OPEN | TYPE _ UNWANTED _ DELETE.
Optionally, the mapping relationship may be in the form of table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0001201794890000081
Figure BDA0001201794890000091
Of course, table 1 above is also only an example, and based on table 1 above, the terminal device may determine the score corresponding to each operation in each email. Then, the terminal device may sum the scores corresponding to all the operations performed by each email to obtain the score corresponding to each email. For example, if an operation performed by the mail receiving side on the mail a is "view mail and DELETE operation is performed", the score corresponding to the view mail (TYPE _ OPEN) is 1 score, and the score corresponding to the DELETE mail (TYPE _ UNWANTED DELETE) is-5 score, then the score corresponding to the mail a may be 1+ (-5) ═ 4 score. Of course, the summation of the scores corresponding to all the operations performed on each mail may be a direct summation, or may also be a weighted summation, for example, a result of the direct summation is multiplied by a weighting coefficient, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be noted that, when the counting period has not expired, the terminal device records data corresponding to each email received in the counting period, where the data may include msgId, senderAddress, eventFlags (for a specific recording manner, see the description below regarding table 3), startTime, and value. Wherein msgId is the network address of the opened Email, senderAddress is the Email address of the sender, eventFlags is the operation that occurs to the current Email, startTime is the time when the Email is viewed, and value is the score corresponding to the Email (the score is calculated by the terminal device through the step of S201 during recording). When the user exits the content page of the email, the terminal device saves the msgId, senderAddress, eventFlags, startTime, and value contents of the email to the database. Optionally, the terminal device may add a corresponding statistical function to legacyconversion.
Optionally, the terminal device may record data of each received email according to the following fields in table 2, as shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
msgID senderAddress eventFlags startTime value
Thus, based on the format in table 2, in a statistical period, and when the statistical period has not yet arrived, the terminal device records the data of each email according to the format in table 2, that is, calculates the operation (Event) corresponding to the email, the opening time of the email, and the calculated value of the email.
Optionally, the terminal device may add a corresponding statistical function in convertional list fragment.java and convertional view fragment.java (the convertional list fragment.java and the convertional view fragment.java are software frames of java codes related to the mail client), that is, add startRecord () to the onResume () function to record the start time startTime of opening the mail content, and add stopRecord () to the onPause ()) function to record the time stopTime of exiting the mail content page; when the duration (i.e. the time length between the opening time and the quitting time of the mail) is greater than a preset time threshold, determining that the operation corresponding to the mail is TYPE _ OPEN. Optionally, when the onScrollChanged () function is called, it is determined that the operation corresponding to the current mail is TYPE _ SCROLL. For the determination process of other operations corresponding to the mail, reference may be made to the prior art, and details are not described herein. Alternatively, the time threshold may be 2 s.
Therefore, when the terminal device determines that some operation has occurred in the current email, the operation corresponding to the email is recorded in the form of table 2, and during recording, the operation corresponding to the current email may be recorded by using the flag bit of eventFlags in the manner shown in table 3 below, as shown in table 3 below:
TABLE 3
Figure BDA0001201794890000101
Figure BDA0001201794890000111
In table 3, TYPE _ OPEN ═ 1< <0 indicates that when TYPE _ OPEN occurs in the mail, position 0 from the right 1, i.e., flag position 1 of eventFlags 0 from the right in table 2, i.e., TYPE _ OPEN ═ 0000000000000001; when TYPE _ minor occurs to the mail, marking position 1 from the right, namely, 1 st position from the eventFlags in table 2, namely, TYPE _ minor is 0000000000000010; when TYPE _ ATTACHMENT occurs in the mail, position 2 from the right, i.e., marker position 1 of eventFlags at position 2 from the right in table 2, i.e., TYPE _ ATTACHMENT is 0000000000000100; when the mail is TYPE _ INLINE _ PICTURE, 0000000000001000 represents the 3 rd position 1 from the right, namely the 3 rd position flag position 1 from the eventFlags in the table 2 from the right, namely TYPE _ INLINE _ PICTURE; when TYPE _ DOWNLOAD _ REMAIN occurs to the mail, 0000000000010000 is marked at the 4 th position 1 from the right, namely the 4 th mark position 1 from the eventFlags in the table 2 from the right, namely TYPE _ DOWNLOAD _ REMAIN; when TYPE _ REPLY occurs to the mail, 0000000000100000 represents the 5 th position 1 from the right, namely the 5 th mark position 1 from the eventFlags in table 2 from the right, namely TYPE _ REPLY; when TYPE _ FORWARD occurs to the mail, marking position 1 at 6 th position from the right, namely position _ FORWARD at 6 th position from the right of eventFlags in the table 2, namely TYPE _ FORWARD is 0000000001000000; when the TYPE _ STAR occurs to the mail, marking position 7 from the right, namely marking position 7 from the eventFlags in table 2, namely TYPE _ STAR equals 0000000010000000; when TYPE _ UNWANTED _ DELETE occurs to the mail, marking position 1 at the 8 th position from the right, namely position _ UNWANTED _ DELETE at the 8 th position from the right of eventFlags in the table 2 as 0000000100000000; when the mail is TYPE _ MOVE _ TO _ TRASH, 0000001000000000 represents the flag position 1 at the 9 th position from the right, namely the flag position 1 at the 9 th position from the eventFlags in table 2, namely TYPE _ MOVE _ TO _ TRASH; when TYPE _ MOVE _ TO _ NORMAL occurs in the mail, 0000010000000000 denotes the 10 th position 1 from the right, i.e., the 10 th flag position 1 from the right of eventFlags in table 2, i.e., TYPE _ MOVE _ TO _ NORMAL. Based on the above tables 2 and 3, the terminal device can store the mail related data in a statistical period to the database.
Based on the method, the terminal device can record the score corresponding to each mail and can also record the operation corresponding to each mail.
Optionally, with continued reference to the example illustrated above, when the 11 th 9 th day is reached, the storage time of the mail related data of the 11 th 1 st day recorded by the terminal device is 8 days, and the number of days exceeding the statistical cycle is exceeded, the terminal device may clear the mail related data of the number of days exceeding the statistical cycle, that is, clear all the recorded mail related data of the 11 th 1 st day, and when the 11 th 10 th day is reached, clear all the recorded mail related data of the 11 th 2 nd day, and so on, so as to save the memory of the terminal device.
S202: and acquiring the attention of the mail receiving party to each mail according to the score corresponding to each mail.
Specifically, after the terminal device obtains the score corresponding to each email received within the preset statistical period of the email receiver, the terminal device can obtain the attention of the email receiver to each email by combining the score corresponding to each email. Optionally, the terminal device may directly use the score corresponding to each email as the attention degree, and optionally, the higher the score is, the higher the attention degree of the representative email receiver to the email is; optionally, the terminal device may further perform corresponding processing on the score corresponding to each email, and determine the attention of the email recipient to each email according to the processed result.
In this way, after the terminal device obtains the attention degree of the mail receiver to each mail, the senders of all the mails received in the statistical period can be classified according to the attention degree of the mail receiver to each mail.
According to the classification method for the mail sending party provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment determines the score corresponding to each mail according to all operations executed by the mail receiving party on each mail received in the preset statistical period and the mapping relation established in advance, then obtains the attention degree of the mail receiving party on each mail according to the score corresponding to each mail, and further classifies the sending parties of all mails of the receiving party in the statistical period according to the attention degree of the mail receiving party on each mail. According to the method, manual classification of the user is not needed, the operation of the user is simplified, and the experience of the user is improved; moreover, the present embodiment determines the attention of the mail receiving party to each mail through the operation performed by the mail receiving party to each mail, which improves the accuracy of the determined attention, and further makes the classification more accurate when classifying the senders of the received mails.
Fig. 3 is a partial flowchart of a method for classifying mail senders according to an embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment relates to a specific process in which the terminal device classifies the sender of the received mail according to the acquired attention. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the foregoing S102 may specifically include:
s301: and calculating the number of the mails sent by each sender according to the mails received by the mail receiver in the statistical period.
Specifically, the terminal device monitors whether the end time of the statistical period is reached in real time, and when the end time of the statistical period is reached, the terminal device counts the number of mails sent by each sender in the statistical period. As for the example shown in the embodiment of fig. 1, if the terminal device counts the number of mails sent by each sender in 11 months 1 to 11 months 7 in 11 months 8 days, the terminal device counts the number of mails sent by each sender in 7 days of 11 months 2 to 11 months 8 in 11 months 9 days, that is, the end time of the next counting period.
S302: and acquiring the average attention of the mail receiver to all the mails sent by each sender according to the attention of the mail receiver to each mail and the number of the mails sent by each sender.
Specifically, taking a sender as an example (the terminal device performs the same operation for each sender, and here, taking a sender as an example for simplifying the description), after the terminal device obtains the number of mails sent by the sender in the statistical period, the terminal may sum the attention of the mail receiver to each mail sent by the sender, and then divide the sum by the number of mails sent by the sender in the statistical period to obtain the average attention of the mail receiver to all mails sent by the sender in the statistical period.
Optionally, the terminal device may further sum the scores corresponding to each of the mails sent by the sender, and then divide the sum by the number of the mails sent by the sender in the statistical period to obtain an average score of all the mails sent by the sender in the statistical period, so as to obtain an average attention degree of the mail receiver to all the mails sent by the sender in the statistical period according to the average score.
S303: and classifying the sender of the received mail according to the average attention.
In this step, the terminal device classifies the senders of all the emails received in the statistical period according to the average attention degree, and may specifically include the following two implementation manners:
the first implementation mode comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 4, the implementation specifically includes:
s401: and judging whether the average attention degree is greater than a first threshold value or not, or judging whether the average attention degree is greater than the first threshold value or not and whether the number of the mails sent by the corresponding sender is greater than a second threshold value or not.
S402: and if so, adding the sender to the first user set.
In this implementation, taking a sender as an example, after the terminal device determines the average attention degree of the mail receiver to all mails sent by the sender in the statistical period, optionally, the terminal device determines whether the average attention degree is greater than a first threshold, and when the terminal device determines that the average attention degree is greater than the first threshold, the terminal device determines that the sender belongs to a first user set, so that the sender is added to the first user set, and at this time, the sender becomes a first user in the first user set; optionally, the terminal device may further determine whether the average attention degree is greater than a first threshold and whether the number of the mails sent by the sender is greater than a second threshold, and if the terminal device determines that the average attention degree is greater than the first threshold and that the number of the mails sent by the sender is greater than the second threshold, the terminal device may also determine that the sender belongs to the first user set, so as to add the sender to the first user set, which may avoid a situation that the average attention degree is greater than the first threshold due to a certain sender sending fewer mails within a statistical period, but the sender is not enough to be determined as a user in the first user set, and further improve accuracy of classifying the sender of the received mails by the terminal device. Optionally, the first user set may be a set with a high user attention, that is, the first user set may be a set of important senders, and the important senders may be important clients, friends, family members, and the like of the mail recipients.
It should be noted that, in the current statistical period, if it is determined that a sender belongs to the first user set, before the sender is added to the first user set, the sender is further added to the first user setThe duplicate removal operation is required to be performed, that is, whether the sender already exists in the current first user set is judged, if so, the sender does not need to be added to the first user set, so that the uniqueness of the first user in the first user set is ensured. Com, has been included in the user set, for example, at the end of statistical period 1, but at the end of statistical period 2 (statistical period 2 is the next statistical period of statistical period 1),abc@hotmail.comis determined to be the first user again, then the first user set exists at the momentabc@hotmail.comThus, it isabc@hotmail.comIt is no longer added to the first set of users.
Optionally, when the terminal device receives a new email in a certain statistical period (the statistical period has not reached a deadline, and a currently classified user set of the terminal device is determined according to a degree of attention of the email received in a previous statistical period), and the terminal device determines that a sender of the new email belongs to a first user set, the terminal device performs a first preset operation, where the first preset operation includes at least one of the following operations: loading all contents of the new mail, marking the new mail, outputting preset prompt information, and adding the new mail into a first preset folder.
Optionally, the prompt information may be information for prompting the user that the sender of the current email is the first user, and the prompt information may be information in an interface form, for example, the prompt information may be important mark information on a mail list (see an interface schematic diagram one shown in fig. 4 a), the prompt information may also be a special prompt sound for notifying the mail receiver that the sender of the email is the first user when a new email is received, or other prompt modes, and the form of the prompt information is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. According to the method, the user can quickly know which mail senders belong to the first user set by outputting the prompt information, so that the experience effect of the user is further improved, and the intelligence of man-machine interaction is greatly improved.
Optionally, the first preset folder is a folder for storing mails of a first user in the first user set, that is, the terminal device presets a folder specially storing mails of the first user in the first user set, and displays the folder on a mail interface (for example, see an interface diagram second shown in fig. 4b, where a user, b user, c user, and d user in fig. 4b are all first users in the first user set), so that a user of a mail receiver searches for a mail of the first user in a later period, which greatly improves efficiency of searching for a mail, and greatly improves user experience. Optionally, the first preset folder may be a folder for storing mail of an important sender.
The second implementation mode comprises the following steps: referring to fig. 5, the implementation specifically includes:
s501: and judging whether the average attention degree is smaller than a third threshold value or not, or judging whether the average attention degree is smaller than the third threshold value or not and whether the number of the mails sent by the corresponding sender is larger than a fourth threshold value or not.
S502: and if so, adding the sender to a second user set.
In this implementation manner, taking a sender as an example, after the terminal device determines the average attention of the mail receiver to all mails sent by the sender in the statistical period, optionally, the terminal device determines whether the average attention is smaller than a third threshold, and when the terminal device determines that the average attention is smaller than the third threshold, the terminal device determines that the sender belongs to a second user set, so that the sender is added to the second user set, and at this time, the sender becomes a second user in the second user set; optionally, the terminal device may further determine whether the average attention degree is smaller than a third threshold and whether the number of the mails sent by the sender is greater than a fourth threshold, and if the terminal device determines that the average attention degree is smaller than the third threshold and that the number of the mails sent by the sender is greater than the fourth threshold, the terminal device may also determine that the sender belongs to the second user set, so as to add the sender to the second user set, which may avoid a situation that the average attention degree is smaller than the third threshold, but the sender is not enough to be determined as a user in the second user set, which further improves the accuracy of classifying the sender of the received mails by the terminal device. Optionally, the second user set may be a set with a low user attention, that is, the second user set may be a set formed by senders that are not concerned by the mail recipient.
It should be noted that, in the current statistical period, if it is determined that a sender belongs to the second user set, before adding the sender to the second user set, a deduplication operation needs to be performed, that is, it is determined whether the sender already exists in the current second user set, and if the sender exists, the sender does not need to be added to the second user set, so that uniqueness of the second user in the second user set is ensured.
Optionally, when the terminal device receives a new email in a certain statistical period (the statistical period has not reached the end time, and the currently classified user set of the terminal device is determined according to the attention of the email received in the previous statistical period), and the terminal device determines that the sender of the new email belongs to a second user set, the terminal device performs a second preset operation, where the second preset operation includes at least one of the following operations: adding the new mail into a second preset folder, marking the new mail and prohibiting outputting prompt information. The second preset folder is a folder for storing mails of a second user in the second user set, and the second preset folder may be displayed on an interface of the mail client, for example, see the interface schematic diagram third shown in fig. 5a (e, f, g, and h users in fig. 5a are all second users in the second user set). Optionally, the terminal device may further set a "one-key-clearing control" (see the C control in fig. 5 a) in the display interface of the second preset folder, for one-key clearing of the mails in the second preset folder, and may further set a "restoring control" (see the D control in fig. 5 a) on the display interface of the second preset folder, where the user may remove the mails in the second preset folder through the restoring control. Optionally, the second preset folder may be a folder for storing mails of senders that are not concerned by the mail receiver.
According to the mail identification method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the average attention degree of the mail receiving party to all mails sent by each sending party in the preset statistical period is obtained, and the sending parties of the received mails are classified according to the average attention degree, so that the complicated operation of manual classification of a user is avoided, the accuracy of automatic classification of the sending parties of the received mails by the terminal equipment is improved, and the user experience is further improved.
Fig. 6 is a partial flowchart of a method for classifying mail senders according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, further, the method may further include:
s601: and displaying the first user set and/or the second user set.
S602: outputting an editable interface to a user; wherein the editable interface is configured to enable a user to perform at least one of the following: enabling a user to view a first user in the first set of users, enabling a user to view a second user in the second set of users, and enabling a user in the first set of users and the second set of users to be removed.
Optionally, the terminal device may display the first user set and/or the second user set obtained by the classification in a form of a list on an interface of the terminal device, for example, refer to an interface schematic diagram four shown in fig. 6 a. Moreover, when the terminal device displays the first user set and/or the second user set, the terminal device may further output an editable interface on the display interface, where the editable interface may support a user to view a first user in the first user set and a second user in the second user set, and may also support to remove users in the first user set and the second user set, see an a control and a B control in fig. 6a, where the a control is a viewing control for viewing the first user, and the B control is a removing control for removing the first user. Of course, fig. 6a is only an example, and the invention is not limited to how the user set is displayed, and the form of the editable interface.
The embodiment enriches the use experience of the user by displaying the first user set and/or the second user set to the user and providing the user with an editable interface, so that the user can perform editable operation aiming at the first user set and/or the second user set.
