Abstract
The invention discloses an electric connection assembly of a lithium battery, which comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a welding layer, wherein at least one connecting hole is formed in the first connecting piece, one end of the second connecting piece is inserted into the connecting hole and riveted with the first connecting piece, the second connecting piece is electrically connected with a battery cell pole of the lithium battery to be connected, the welding layer is arranged between the other end of the second connecting piece and the first connecting piece, and the first connecting piece is electrically connected with an output terminal of the lithium battery to be connected. The electric connection component of the lithium battery provided by the invention can meet the assembly requirement of the lithium battery, can ensure the over-current capability of the electric connection component and has high production yield.

Further, the second connecting piece 2 comprises a rod portion 21 and a head portion 22, one end of the rod portion 21 is connected with the head portion 22, a protrusion 23 extending outwards along the radial direction of the rod portion 21 is arranged at one end, connected with the head portion 22, of the rod portion 21, the rod portion 21 is arranged in the connecting hole 11, the protrusion 23 is pressed into the first connecting piece 1, and the head portion 22 is welded with the first connecting piece 1.

The surface of the first connection plate 12 is provided with a plating layer, and the material of the plating layer is gold, silver, nickel or tin. The first connection tab 12 is for electrical connection with an output terminal of a lithium battery. The number of the second connecting sheets 13 is more than two, connecting parts 14 are respectively arranged between the more than two second connecting sheets 13, and the connecting parts 14 are of arch structures. The first connecting piece 1 can be directly formed by punching T2 red copper, and can also be formed by a plurality of layers of T2 copper foils with the thickness of 0.1-0.5mm through molecular hot pressing diffusion welding.
The second connecting piece 2 is riveted in the connecting hole 11, and the second connecting piece 2 and the connecting hole 11 are coaxially arranged. The second connecting piece 2 comprises a rod portion 21 and a head portion 22, one end of the rod portion 21 is connected with the head portion 22, the other end of the rod portion 21 is inserted into the connecting hole 11 and is electrically connected with a battery cell pole of the lithium battery, one end, connected with the head portion 22, of the rod portion 21 is provided with a protrusion 23 extending outwards in the radial direction of the rod portion 21, the protrusion 23 is in a sawtooth shape, and the protrusion 23 is arranged around the rod portion 21. The stem 21 is provided with a recess 24, and the recess 24 is arranged on the side of the protrusion 23 far away from the head 22 and close to the protrusion 23. The rod part 21 is arranged in the connecting hole 11, the bulge 23 is pressed into the first connecting piece 1, the head part 22 is in a round cake shape, and a welding layer is arranged between the head part 22 and the first connecting piece 1 and is connected together through the welding layer by laser welding. The second connector 2 can be manufactured by machining or forging.
In conclusion, the electric connection assembly of the lithium battery provided by the invention can meet the assembly requirement of the lithium battery, can ensure the overcurrent capacity of the electric connection assembly and has high production yield.

the second connecting piece comprises a rod part and a head part, one end of the rod part is connected with the head part, a bulge extending outwards along the radial direction of the rod part is arranged at one end of the rod part connected with the head part, the rod part is arranged in the connecting hole, the bulge is pressed into the first connecting piece, and the head part is welded with the first connecting piece;
the protrusions are in a sawtooth shape and are arranged around the rod part;
the rod part is provided with a concave part, and the concave part is arranged on one side of the bulge, which is far away from the head part, and is close to the bulge.

The electrical connection assembly of a lithium battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connecting member comprises a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece, the first connecting piece is connected with the second connecting piece, the joint of the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece is of a stepped structure, and the second connecting piece is provided with the connecting hole.
3. The electrical connection assembly of a lithium battery as claimed in claim 2, wherein the number of the second connecting pieces is two or more, and a connecting portion is provided between the two or more second connecting pieces, and the connecting portion has an arch structure.
4. The electrical connection assembly for a lithium battery as claimed in claim 2, wherein a surface of the first connection tab is provided with a plating layer.
5. The electrical connection assembly of a lithium battery as claimed in claim 4, wherein the plating layer is made of gold, silver, nickel or tin.
6. The electrical connection assembly of a lithium battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connection member includes two or more copper foils, and the two or more copper foils are stacked.
7. The electrical connection assembly of a lithium battery as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first connection member is made of red copper, and the second connection member is made of an aluminum alloy.
