The invention discloses a stepless rotary speed regulation control switch, which consists of a PCB (printed circuit board), a U-shaped spring piece, a carbon brush spring piece, a positioning ball, a shell, a rotary handle and an LED lamp; the shell is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the PCB; the middle of the shell is provided with a through hole, a rotary handle is arranged in the through hole, the side wall of the rotary handle is provided with a groove, a positioning ball is arranged in the groove, and the bottom of the positioning ball is provided with a spring; the bottom of the rotating handle is provided with a metal sheet, the carbon brush elastic sheet is fixed on the metal sheet, and the bottom of the carbon brush elastic sheet is contacted with the carbon film printed on the PCB; a cylinder is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the rotary handle, and a U-shaped elastic sheet is sleeved on the cylinder; an LED lamp is arranged in the top end of the rotating handle, the LED lamp is electrically connected with a singlechip, and the singlechip is arranged on the PCB and connected with an external power supply; the invention adopts the printed circuit on the PCB and the built-in singlechip avoids the connection of external leads, and has simple structure and convenient installation.

Background
The control switch is a special switch used for electrical control and process control of the thermal instrument; the device has the functions of positioning operation, self-resetting operation, positioning-self-resetting operation, locking operation, positioning-locking operation, self-resetting-positioning-locking operation and the like; the control switches in the current market are various; among them, a knob switch is a relatively common control switch, but knob switches in the market generally have the following drawbacks: the built-in singlechip is not arranged, more leads are needed to be connected outside, interference phenomenon is easy to cause, and the assembly is complicated.
In view of the above drawbacks of the prior art, it is necessary to further improve the device to make it more practical to meet the practical use.

a stepless rotation speed regulation control switch comprises a stepless rotation speed regulation control switch body; the stepless rotation speed regulation control switch body consists of a PCB (printed circuit board), a U-shaped spring piece, a carbon brush spring piece, a positioning ball, a shell, a rotating handle and an LED lamp; the PCB is printed with a carbon film, the shell is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the PCB, the shell is provided with seven semi-cylindrical grooves, and the diameters of the grooves correspond to the sizes of the positioning balls; the middle of the shell is provided with a through hole, a rotary handle is arranged in the through hole, the side wall of the rotary handle is provided with a groove, a positioning ball is arranged in the groove, and the bottom of the positioning ball is provided with a spring; the bottom of the rotating handle is provided with a metal sheet, the carbon brush elastic sheet is fixed on the metal sheet, and the bottom of the carbon brush elastic sheet is contacted with the carbon film printed on the PCB; when the rotary handle is rotated, the positioning ball is driven to rotate, and moves back and forth in the groove with seven semi-cylinders on the outer shell, so that conversion of different gears is realized; a cylinder is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the rotary handle, a U-shaped elastic sheet is sleeved on the cylinder, and the rotary handle is pressed to realize a confirmation function; an LED lamp is arranged in the top end of the rotating handle, the LED lamp is electrically connected with a singlechip, the singlechip is arranged on a PCB and connected with an external power supply, and each gear function key is used for detecting the AD potential of each gear by the built-in singlechip and identifying the current gear state; and the singlechip is internally provided with a correction function, and the deviation can be automatically corrected after long-term use of the carbon film.
As a further scheme of the invention: the shell is made of pvc material through integral injection molding, and is convenient to manufacture.
As still further aspects of the invention: the PCB is fixed at the bottom of the shell through bolts, and is convenient to assemble and disassemble.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, a stepless rotation speed regulation control switch includes a stepless rotation speed regulation control switch body; the stepless rotation speed regulation control switch body consists of a PCB (printed circuit board) 1, a U-shaped spring plate 2, a carbon brush spring plate 3, a positioning ball 4, a shell 5, a rotary handle 6 and an LED lamp; the PCB 1 is printed with a carbon film, the shell 5 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the PCB 1, the shell 5 is provided with seven semi-cylindrical grooves, and the diameters of the grooves correspond to the sizes of the positioning balls 4; a through hole is formed in the middle of the shell 5, a rotary handle 6 is arranged in the through hole, a groove is formed in the side wall of the rotary handle 6, a positioning ball 4 is arranged in the groove, and a spring is arranged at the bottom of the positioning ball 4; the bottom of the rotary handle 6 is provided with a metal sheet, the carbon brush spring plate 3 is fixed on the metal sheet, and the bottom of the carbon brush spring plate 3 is contacted with the carbon film printed on the PCB 1; when the rotary handle 6 is rotated, the positioning ball 4 is driven to rotate, and the positioning ball 4 moves back and forth in the groove with seven semi-cylinders arranged in the shell 5, so that conversion of different gears is realized; a cylinder is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the rotary handle 6, the U-shaped elastic sheet 2 is sleeved on the cylinder, and the rotary handle is pressed to realize a confirmation function; an LED lamp is arranged in the top end of the rotary handle 6, the LED lamp is electrically connected with a singlechip, the singlechip is arranged on a PCB and connected with an external power supply, each gear function key is used for detecting the AD potential of each gear by the built-in singlechip, and the current gear state is identified; and the singlechip is internally provided with a correction function, and deviation can be automatically corrected when the carbon film is used.
The shell 5 is made of pvc material through integral injection molding, and is convenient to manufacture.
The PCB 1 is fixed at the bottom of the shell 5 through bolts, and is convenient to assemble and disassemble.
The top of the rotary handle 6 is made of transparent materials, the built-in LED lamp is a three-color lamp, and a user can judge the current working mode and state according to the color of the LEG.
The bottom of the U-shaped elastic sheet 2 and the middle of the PCB 1 are provided with springs, so that the elasticity of the U-shaped elastic sheet 2 is enhanced, and the service life of the PCB is prolonged.
