Abstract
本发明提供一种数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,包括计算机、生理信号采集终端与分析部分,生理信号采集终端与计算机相连接,分析部分安装在计算机;分析部分包括生理信号分析模块与训练规划模块;生理信号采集终端将所采集到的生理信号发送给计算机中,并通过生理信号分析模块对生理信号进行分析以得出数字化的身心状态信号,通过训练规划模块对数字化的身心状态信号进行分析以得出训练规划。本发明通过对所采集到的生理信号进行数据分析,以形成数字化身心状态报告与意见建议,能够在短时间内激活大脑中枢,使人迅速获得高质量的身心愉悦与放松,具有有效改善失眠、焦虑、抑郁、身心失调等症状,适用于高压人群快速减压放松。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种放松系统,尤其是一种数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统。
背景技术
放松系统主要通过已经设定好的程序与方式是让感觉身心疲惫的人们释放疲劳,得以身心放松。然而,由于使用者的当前生理信号各有不同,因此,采用现有常规的放松程序与方式无法在短时间内激活使用者的大脑中枢,无法让使用者迅速获得高质量的身心愉悦与放松。
发明内容
针对上述问题中存在的不足之处,本发明提供一种通过对所采集到的生理信号进行数据分析,以形成数字化身心状态报告与意见建议,能够在短时间内激活大脑中枢,使人迅速获得高质量的身心愉悦与放松的数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,包括计算机、生理信号采集终端与分析部分,所述生理信号采集终端与所述计算机相连接,所述分析部分安装在所述计算机;
所述分析部分包括生理信号分析模块与训练规划模块;
所述生理信号采集终端将所采集到的生理信号发送给所述计算机中,并通过所述生理信号分析模块对生理信号进行分析以得出数字化的身心状态信号,通过训练规划模块对数字化的身心状态信号进行分析以得出训练规划。
上述的数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,其中,训练规划分为放松视频练习、被动音乐调适练习与主动调适训练。
上述的数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,其中,还包括插接在所述计算机上的加密终端。

本发明通过对所采集到的生理信号进行数据分析,以形成数字化身心状态报告与意见建议,能够在短时间内激活大脑中枢,使人迅速获得高质量的身心愉悦与放松,具有有效改善失眠、焦虑、抑郁、身心失调等症状,适用于高压人群快速减压放松。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明提供一种数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,包括计算机1、加密终端2、生理信号采集终端3与分析部分。加密终端2插接在计算机1上,生理信号采集终端3与计算机1相连接,分析部分被安装在计算机1中。
其中,分析部分包括生理信号分析模块4与训练规划模块5。
其中,计算机的壳体由采用优级ABS全新纯正工程塑料注塑成型,其板材的厚度≥3mm,具有不变形,不易变色的特点。在壳体的底部装配有采用聚氨酯塑包静音脚轮,结构合理,坚固耐用。
在本实施例中,生理信号采集终端为“指夹式”生理信号采集终端,该采集终端通过数据线与计算机的USB接口相连接,进而与生理信号分析模块相连接。
该采集终端的内部装配有进口芯片,能够采集“心率变异性”数据信号。
移动台式电脑通过USB接口外接系统加密狗,高效保障数据安全。
生理信号采集终端将所采集到的生理信号发送给计算机中,并通过分析部分对生理信号进行分析以得出数字化的身心状态信号,通过训练规划模块对数字化的身心状态信号进行分析以得出训练规划。
数字化身心状态评估信号通过对经“指夹式”生理信号采集终端所采集到的生理信号进行计算分析,以得出数字化的身心状态信号,并根据数字化的身心状态信号以生成检测报告。其中,检测报告由“心理压力水平”、“生理疲劳水平”、“稳定性水平”三项指标内容构成,三项数字化指标使训练者可准确了解自己当前的身心状态水平。
在得出数字化的身心状态信号后,可将其输入训练规划模块中,通过训练规划模块对其进行分析从而得出相应的训练规划。
其中,训练规划分为放松视频练习、被动音乐调适练习与主动调适训练。
放松视频练习包含“腹式呼吸放松训练”、“肌肉放松训练”、“冥想放松训练”三大内容。通过三大放松训练的学习,激活下丘脑和脑干网状结构,使大脑分泌各种有益于健康的内源性活性物质(如“幸福快乐素”——内啡肽等),让人获得深深的陶醉与放松,并调整神经递质的水平和植物神经功能,从根本上改善失眠、焦虑、抑郁等身心失调或慢性疲劳状态,并可帮助记忆、启发智力、开发潜能以及用于各种创造性的思维活动。
被动音乐调适练习包括“情绪音乐”、“个性音乐”、“自由欣赏”音乐三大模块,分别从不同角度为训练者推荐动听的音乐,并附带说明建议,训练者可以根据自己的需要进行选择。
主动调适训练包含“轻松休闲”、“缓解紧张”、“自我激励”三类调节训练。其中“轻松休闲”训练中包含两款画面优美的调节训练,灵活的动态反馈可使训练者更好地了解自身状态并训练个体对情绪的控制,缓解压力;“缓解紧张”训练中包含两款有一定难度的调节训练,训练者可以通过完成任务来转移注意力,缓解压力引起的紧张、焦虑等情绪;“自我激励”训练中包含两款情境富于竞争性的调节训练,反复进行训练,可以使训练者在面对压力时更好地控制自己的情绪,增强训练者应对压力的信心。
在分析部分中还包括数据存储模块6,用于储存检测报告和训练档案。报告可导出、打印,并且通过历次报告的数据对比,可对调节训练的效果进行客观评估。
本发明通过生理信号采集、数据分析,形成数字化身心状态报告与意见建议,提供三大的训练模块,九小训练方法,能够在短时间内激活大脑中枢,使人迅速获得高质量的身心愉悦与放松,具有有效改善失眠、焦虑、抑郁、身心失调等症状,适用于高压人群快速减压放松。

1.一种数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,其特征在于,包括计算机、生理信号采集终端与分析部分,所述生理信号采集终端与所述计算机相连接,所述分析部分安装在所述计算机;
所述分析部分包括生理信号分析模块与训练规划模块;
所述生理信号采集终端将所采集到的生理信号发送给所述计算机中,并通过所述生理信号分析模块对生理信号进行分析以得出数字化的身心状态信号,通过训练规划模块对数字化的身心状态信号进行分析以得出训练规划。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,其特征在于,训练规划分为放松视频练习、被动音乐调适练习与主动调适训练。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的数字化身心状态实时监测与训练系统,其特征在于,还包括插接在所述计算机上的加密终端。
