Detailed Description
The present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures.
Fig. 1 shows a providing device 1 for providing video search results according to an aspect of the present invention, wherein the providing device 1 comprises query sequence obtaining means 11, first determining means 12, result obtaining means 13 and providing means 14. Specifically, the query sequence acquiring means 11 acquires a video query sequence input by a user; the first determination means 12 determines whether the video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined conditional query; if the trigger condition is met, the result acquiring device 13 acquires at least one video search result matched with the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence; providing means 14 provides the at least one video search result to the user.
Here, the device 1 is provided for providing video search results for users, and includes a search engine and a mobile phone search client for providing video information retrieval for network users, such as a hundred-degree, Google, palm hundred-degree app, dog-searching mobile search app, etc., or an application system with an information video search function; it may be provided with a user interface that accepts user queries, displays query results, provides personalized query terms. The providing device 1 includes, but is not limited to, a network device, a user device, or a device formed by integrating a network device and a user device through a network. Herein, the network device includes, but is not limited to, implementations such as a network host, a single network server, a set of multiple network servers, or a set of cloud computing-based computers; or by the user equipment. Here, the Cloud is made up of a large number of hosts or web servers based on Cloud Computing (Cloud Computing), which is a type of distributed Computing, a super virtual computer consisting of a collection of loosely coupled computers. Here, the user equipment may be any electronic product that can perform human-computer interaction with a user through a keyboard, a touch pad, a touch screen, or a handwriting device, for example, a PC, a mobile phone, a smart phone, a PDA, a wearable device, a palm PC PPC, or a tablet computer. Including, but not limited to, the internet, a wide area network, a metropolitan area network, a local area network, a VPN network, a wireless Ad Hoc network (Ad Hoc network), etc. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above-described apparatus 1 is provided by way of example only, and that other existing or future network devices or user equipment, as may be suitable for use with the present invention, are also within the scope of the present invention and are hereby incorporated by reference. Here, the network device and the user device each include an electronic device capable of automatically performing numerical calculation and information processing according to a preset or stored instruction, and hardware thereof includes, but is not limited to, a microprocessor, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable gate array (FPGA), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an embedded device, and the like.
Specifically, the query sequence acquiring means 11 acquires the video query sequence input by the user through an Application Program Interface (API) provided by the third-party device itself, such as a browser, a search engine, or the like; alternatively, the video query sequence entered by the user is obtained via web page technology such as ASP, JSP, etc. Here, the input mode of the video query sequence includes, but is not limited to, input by text, voice, and picture. Herein, the video query sequence includes, but is not limited to, query keywords, pictures, etc. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned video query sequence and the input method of the video query sequence are only examples, and other existing or future video query sequences or input methods of the video query sequence may be applicable to the present invention, and should be included in the scope of the present invention, and are included herein by reference.
For example, if the user a performs a video search in advance, inputs the keyword "mystery" in the search bar of the search engine, and clicks the "Enter" key, the query sequence acquiring device 11 may acquire the video query sequence "mystery" input by the user a through an Application Program Interface (API) provided by the video search engine itself.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned manner of obtaining the video query sequence input by the user is merely an example, and other manners of obtaining the video query sequence input by the user, which may occur now or in the future, such as may be applicable to the present invention, should be included in the scope of the present invention, and are hereby incorporated by reference.
Then, the first determining means 12 determines whether the video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined conditional query.
Preferably, the trigger condition includes, but is not limited to, at least any one of:
-there are dispersion features between a plurality of historical video search results corresponding to the video query sequence and the same video attributes;
-the video query sequence belongs to a predetermined video query term.
For example, if the triggering condition includes that there are dispersion features among the plurality of historical video search results corresponding to the video query sequence and that there are the same video attributes, where the dispersion features among the plurality of historical video search results corresponding to the video query sequence means that when different users input the same video query sequence, the video search results that different users click to focus on/watch are different, but videos corresponding to different video search results have the same video attributes, which means that there are dispersion features, where the video attributes include, but are not limited to, video type, video year, and the like. In the above example, if the video query sequence is assumed to be "myth", the historical query records corresponding to the video query sequence are as shown in table 1 below:
Figure BDA0001197234830000051
TABLE 1
According to the historical query records, when different users find that the videos of the same video query sequence are different in the clicked attention/watching video search results when the different users search for the same video query sequence, and the videos corresponding to the different video search results have the same video type, such as the video attributes of fantasy and the like, the first determining device 12 determines that the video query sequence meets the trigger condition of the query under the preset condition.
For another example, if the trigger condition includes that the video query sequence belongs to a predetermined video query word, the predetermined video query sequence refers to a predetermined video query sequence, such as "ghost", "old movie", "crossing", "korean drama", "oriental satellite view", etc., covering words of multiple/multiple dramas. For example, assuming that the query sequence acquiring means 11 acquires the video query sequence "old movie" input by the user, since the video query sequence "old movie" belongs to the predetermined video query word, the first determining means 12 determines that the video query sequence "old movie" satisfies the trigger condition of the predetermined condition query.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the above trigger conditions are exemplary only, and that other trigger conditions, now existing or hereafter that may occur, such as may be applicable to the present invention, are also within the scope of the present invention and are hereby incorporated by reference.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned manner for determining whether a video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined conditional query is merely an example, and other existing or future manners for determining whether a video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined conditional query, such as may be applicable to the present invention, are also included in the scope of the present invention and are incorporated herein by reference.
Then, if the trigger condition is satisfied, the result obtaining device 13 obtains at least one video search result matched with the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence. Specifically, if the trigger condition is met, the result obtaining device 13 first determines a target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence, such as a video type reflected by the video query sequence or a query range reflected by the video query sequence as the target query sequence; and then, determining at least one video search result matched with the target query condition according to the target query condition, for example, performing matching query in a video search index library to obtain at least one video search result matched with the target query condition.
For example, for the video query sequence "myth", since the first determining device 12 determines that it satisfies the triggering condition of the predetermined condition query, the result obtaining device 13 may use the video type, such as "magic and suspense", reflected by the video query sequence "myth" as the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence, and then the result obtaining device 13 performs the matching query in the video search index library according to the target query condition to obtain at least one video search result, such as "wenhao wild dog", "fantastic city view version", "fantastic city", "fox mony and the like, matching with the target query condition.
As another example, assuming that the video query sequence input by the user and acquired by the query sequence acquiring means 11 is "movie in 90 years", and the first determining means 12 determines that it satisfies the trigger condition of the predetermined condition query, since the query range reflected by the first determining means is "movie in 90 years" and "movie", the result acquiring means 13 may take the query range as the target query condition, and then the result acquiring means 13 performs matching query in the video search index library according to the target query condition, and acquires all movies between 1990 and 1999, such as "star volunteers", "jurassian parks 2", and the like, as the video search result.
When the triggering condition is met, the corresponding video search result is obtained by taking the video type reflected by the video query sequence or the query range reflected by the video query sequence as the target query condition, instead of taking the video named as the video query sequence or containing the video query sequence as the target video search result in the prior art, the video search result is provided for the user, the user demand satisfaction degree and the video search accuracy degree are improved, and the video search experience of the user is improved.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned manner for determining the target query condition is only an example, and other manners that may occur now or later to determine the target query condition, such as may be applicable to the present invention, should be within the scope of the present invention, and are herein incorporated by reference.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned manner of obtaining the video search result is only an example, and other manners of obtaining the video search result, which may occur now or in the future, such as may be applicable to the present invention, are also within the scope of the present invention and are hereby incorporated by reference.
The providing device 14 provides the at least one video search result to the user through an http, https, or other agreed communication manner, so as to be browsed by the user. For example, for the video query sequence "myth" input by the user a, the providing device 14 provides the at least one video search result, such as "wenhao wild dog", "fantastic city toilet version", "fantasy city", "fox monster and small bride", obtained by the result obtaining device 13 to the user a for the user a to browse, as shown in fig. 2.
Preferably, the providing device 14 may further provide the at least one video search result to the user in the form of a video search result page, wherein the video search result page includes a filter term for the user to filter the at least one video search result. Here, the screening items are adapted to target query conditions corresponding to a video query sequence input by a user, which vary with a user search intention reflected by the target query conditions, and are not fixed, and include, but are not limited to, large categories such as movies, dramas, animations, artists, etc., small categories subdivided by each large category, and screening in areas, years, etc., so as to further narrow the scope of the user to find videos, and the video search result providing page shown in fig. 2 includes large category screening items such as movies, dramas, artists, etc. In particular embodiments, a keyword of a user search may be defined as an element and a filter item of the search may be returned on the defined basis, such that the returned filter item is a filter item of a range that needs to be continuously determined in addition to returning the user search intention, so that the filter item varies with the user search intention, and is not a rule that only the same filter item is returned. In the invention, the screening items span large categories such as movies, television plays, animations and synthesis, and for the search keywords input by the user, a fixed and unchangeable screening item is not returned as in the prior art (the prior art cannot span large categories such as movies, television plays, animations and synthesis, and only a corresponding video can be provided under a certain category), so that the user search experience is further improved.
Preferably, the devices of the supply apparatus 1 are continuously operated. Specifically, the query sequence acquiring means 11 continuously acquires a video query sequence input by the user; the first determination means 12 continuously determines whether the video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined conditional query; if the trigger condition is met, the result acquiring device 13 continuously acquires at least one video search result matched with the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence; the providing means 14 continues to provide the at least one video search result to the user. Here, those skilled in the art should understand that the "continuous" refers to that the acquisition of the video query sequence, the determination of whether the trigger condition of the predetermined condition query is satisfied, and the acquisition and providing of at least one video search result matching the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence are respectively and continuously performed among the devices of the providing apparatus 1 until the providing apparatus 1 stops acquiring the video query sequence input by the user for a long period of time.
Preferably, when the trigger condition includes that the plurality of historical video search results corresponding to the video query sequence have a dispersion characteristic therebetween and have the same video attribute, the providing apparatus 1 further includes a second determining device (not shown). Specifically, the second determining device determines the plurality of historical video search results according to the video query sequence. Here, the manner in which the second determining means determines the plurality of historical video search results includes, but is not limited to, at least any one of:
1) and according to the video query sequence, taking a video search result which is matched with the video query sequence and has historical user feedback information in a video search index library as the historical video search result.
Here, the user feedback information refers to clicking, watching, sharing, commenting, and the like of the video search result corresponding to the video query sequence by the user.
Here, the video search index library may be located in the providing apparatus 1, or may be located in another apparatus, such as a server, connected to the providing apparatus 1 through a network.
For example, for the video query sequence "myth", if there are multiple video search results in the video search index library such as UR L1, UR L2, UR L3 that match the video query sequence and have historical user viewing records, the second determining means may take the video search results UR L1, UR L2, UR L3 as the historical video search results.
2) And according to the video query sequence, taking a video search result which is matched with the related query sequence corresponding to the video query sequence and has historical user feedback information in a video search index library as the historical video search result.
Here, the related query sequence corresponding to the video query sequence refers to a query sequence belonging to a synonym sequence cluster with the video query sequence.
For example, for the video query sequence "mystery", whose synonyms include "legend", "fairy tale", the second determining means may not only use the video search results UR L1, UR L2, UR L3 as the historical video search results, but also use the related query sequences "legend", "fairy tale", which belong to the synonyms of the video query sequence "mystery" in the video search index database, and have historical user click records, such as UR L4, UR L5, etc., as the historical video search results.
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above-mentioned manner for determining the plurality of historical video search results is merely an example, and other manners that may occur now or in the future for determining the plurality of historical video search results, such as may be applicable to the present invention, are also within the scope of the present invention and are hereby incorporated by reference.
FIG. 3 illustrates a flow diagram of a method for providing video search results in accordance with another aspect of the subject invention.
Wherein the method comprises step S1, step S2, step S3 and step S4.
Specifically, in step S1, the providing apparatus 1 acquires a video query sequence input by the user; in step S2, the providing apparatus 1 determines whether the video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined conditional query; if the trigger condition is satisfied, in step S3, the providing device 1 obtains at least one video search result matching the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence; in step S4, the providing apparatus 1 provides the at least one video search result to the user.
Specifically, in step S1, the providing apparatus 1 obtains a video query sequence input by the user through an Application Program Interface (API) provided by the third party apparatus itself, such as a browser, a search engine, or the like; alternatively, the video query sequence entered by the user is obtained via web page technology such as ASP, JSP, etc.
For example, assuming that the user a performs a video search in advance, enters the keyword "mystery" in the search bar of the search engine, and clicks the "Enter" key, the providing apparatus 1 may obtain the video query sequence "mystery" entered by the user a through an Application Program Interface (API) provided by the video search engine itself in step S1.
Next, in step S2, the providing apparatus 1 determines whether the video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined conditional query.
Preferably, the trigger condition includes, but is not limited to, at least any one of:
-there are dispersion features between a plurality of historical video search results corresponding to the video query sequence and the same video attributes;
In the above example, if the video query sequence is assumed to be "myth", the historical query records corresponding to the video query sequence are as shown in the following table 2:
Figure BDA0001197234830000111
TABLE 2
In step S2, if the providing apparatus 1 finds that the videos that different users click to focus on/watch are different when different users query the same video sequence "myth" according to the above historical query records, but the videos corresponding to the different video search results have the same video type, such as video attribute of "fantasy", in step S2, the providing apparatus 1 determines that the video query sequence "myth" satisfies the trigger condition of the predetermined conditional query.
For example, assuming that the providing apparatus 1 acquires the video query sequence "old movie" input by the user in step S1, since the video query sequence "old movie" belongs to the predetermined video query word, the providing apparatus 1 determines that the video query sequence "old movie" satisfies the trigger condition of the predetermined condition query in step S2.
Next, if the trigger condition is satisfied, in step S3, the providing device 1 obtains at least one video search result matching the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence. Specifically, if the trigger condition is satisfied, in step S3, the providing device 1 first determines a target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence, for example, a video type reflected by the video query sequence or a query range reflected by the video query sequence is used as the target query sequence; and then, determining at least one video search result matched with the target query condition according to the target query condition, for example, performing matching query in a video search index library to obtain at least one video search result matched with the target query condition.
For example, for the video query sequence "myth", since in step S2, the providing apparatus 1 determines that it satisfies the trigger condition of the predetermined condition query, in step S3, the providing apparatus 1 may use the video type, such as "magic and suspense", reflected by the video query sequence "myth" as the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence, and then, in step S3, the providing apparatus 1 performs a matching query in the video search index library according to the target query condition to obtain at least one video search result, such as "wenhao wild dog", "fangcheng city toilet version", "fangcheng city", "fox-girl", and the like, which matches the target query condition.
As another example, assuming that the video query sequence input by the user acquired by the providing apparatus 1 is "movie of 90S" in step S1, and the providing apparatus 1 determines that it satisfies the trigger condition of the predetermined condition query in step S2, since the query range reflected by it is "movie of 90S" and "movie", the providing apparatus 1 may regard the query range as the target query condition in step S3, and then, the providing apparatus 1 performs a matching query in the video search index library according to the target query condition in step S3 to acquire all movies between 1990 and 1999 such as "star volunteers", "dwarro days", and the like as the video park search result.
In step S4, the providing device 1 provides the at least one video search result to the user through an http, https, or other agreed communication manner, so as to be browsed by the user. For example, for the video query sequence "myth" input by the user a, in step S4, the providing device 1 provides the at least one video search result, such as "wenhao wild dog", "fantastic city toilet version", "fantasy city", "fox mony little bride", etc., acquired by the providing device 1 in step S3 to the user a for the user a to browse, as shown in fig. 2.
Preferably, in step S4, the providing apparatus 1 may further provide the at least one video search result to the user in the form of a video search result page, wherein the video search result page includes a filter term for the user to filter the at least one video search result.
Preferably, the method is operated continuously between steps. Specifically, in step S1, the providing apparatus 1 continuously acquires the video query sequence input by the user; in step S2, the providing apparatus 1 continuously determines whether the video query sequence satisfies a trigger condition of a predetermined condition query; if the trigger condition is satisfied, in step S3, the providing device 1 continuously obtains at least one video search result matched with the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence; in step S4, the providing apparatus 1 continues to provide the at least one video search result to the user. Here, those skilled in the art should understand that the "continuous" means that the obtaining of the video query sequence, the determination of whether the trigger condition of the predetermined condition query is satisfied, and the obtaining and providing of at least one video search result matching the target query condition corresponding to the video query sequence are respectively and continuously performed between the steps of the method until the providing device 1 stops obtaining the video query sequence input by the user for a long period of time.
Preferably, when the trigger condition includes that the plurality of historical video search results corresponding to the video query sequence have a dispersion characteristic therebetween and have the same video attribute, the method further includes step S5 (not shown). Specifically, in step S5, the providing apparatus 1 determines the plurality of historical video search results according to the video query sequence. Here, in step S5, the manner in which the providing apparatus 1 determines the plurality of historical video search results includes, but is not limited to, at least any one of:
1) and according to the video query sequence, taking a video search result which is matched with the video query sequence and has historical user feedback information in a video search index library as the historical video search result.
Here, the user feedback information refers to clicking, watching, sharing, commenting, and the like of the video search result corresponding to the video query sequence by the user.
Here, the video search index library may be located in the providing apparatus 1, or may be located in another apparatus, such as a server, connected to the providing apparatus 1 through a network.
For example, for the video query sequence "myth", if there are a plurality of video search results, such as UR L1, UR L2, UR L3, in the video search index library that match the video query sequence and have historical user viewing records, then in step S5, the providing apparatus 1 may take the video search results UR L1, UR L2, UR L3 as the historical video search results.
For example, for the video query sequence "mystery", whose synonyms include "legend", "fairy tale", in step S5, the providing apparatus 1 may not only use the video search results UR L1, UR L2, UR L3 as the historical video search results, but also use the related query sequences "legend", "fairy tale" in the video search index library that belong to the synonyms of the video query sequence "mystery" and have historical user click records, such as UR L4, UR L5, etc., as the historical video search results.
