Abstract

displaying the obtained information of all the applications belonging to the certain application classification;
downloading the selected application when the user selection operation of all the displayed applications belonging to the certain application classification is detected;
and when the installation operation of the user on the selected application is detected, installing the selected application, and generating the icon of the selected application on the page where the icon of the certain application classification is located, wherein the page where the icon of the certain application classification is located on the screen of the electronic terminal.
