According to the embodiments of the disclosure, in the control process of the intelligent household equipment, whether a user exists in the physical space environment is monitored in real time, and an intelligent control mode is determined based on the monitoring result. And when the user exists in the physical space environment, implementing a first intelligent control mode on at least one first intelligent household device. In the first intelligent control mode, the at least one first intelligent household device is in a state capable of responding to the control operation of the user. And when the user is determined not to be in the physical space environment, implementing a second intelligent control mode on at least one second intelligent household device. And in the second intelligent control mode, the at least one second intelligent household device is in a state of forbidding to respond to the control operation of the user. Each embodiment of the disclosure controls the first smart home device to respond to the user control operation when the user exists in the physical space environment, thereby, on the basis of carrying out the preset automatic control strategy on the first smart home device, the user can also carry out real-time dynamic interaction with the smart home device which the user wants to adjust, the running state of the corresponding smart home device can be adjusted in real time according to the requirement of the user, the control on the smart home device is more diversified and personalized, and the running control of the smart home device is more suitable for various scenes.
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the described physical space environment refers to an area where the smart home devices are located and the environmental parameters are changed by controlling the smart home devices. The physical space environment may include a physical space area with a boundary preset in any manner, such as a home room, an office, a mall, or the like, or an area that can be covered by the smart home network signal, or an area that is covered by the smart home network signal when the intensity of the smart home network signal is at a certain set value; alternatively, sensing devices such as probes and/or sensors may be placed at specific locations to demarcate areas of the physical space environment boundary. The boundary of the physical space environment may be a definite building spacer such as a solid wall, a door, or a window, or may be a virtual space boundary defined according to the space signal propagation strength and the measurement range of the detector or the sensor.
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a user in a physical space environment may be any person in the physical space environment, or may be a designated person. For example, when the physical space environment is a home (specifically, a room in which the home is located), the user may be all or a specific one of a husband, wife, child, guest, and the like at home.
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, monitoring whether a user is in a spatial physical environment can be achieved through any preset approach. For example, whether a user enters the physical space environment through the boundary is detected by various sensors, detectors, cameras, and the like provided at the boundary of the physical space environment; or by a change in the state of a particular device, for example, for a physical space environment with physical boundaries, when the door is opened with a key from the outside, it can be determined that there is a user entering the physical space environment. Alternatively, for example, the user may be connected to a smart home network in the physical space environment through various terminal devices such as a mobile phone, for example, wifi or bluetooth of the smart home network, so as to determine that the user is in the physical space environment.
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the smart home device may be a door, a window, a curtain, a lamp, an air conditioner, a water dispenser, a water heater, an air purifier, a humidifier, a television, a computer, a home theater, a security system, a medical system, and the like. The first smart home devices and the second smart home devices in the embodiments of the present disclosure are smart home devices that operate in different smart control modes.
According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, the first intelligent control mode and the second intelligent control mode each have a corresponding preset automatic control strategy. The automatic control strategies comprise executing corresponding control actions on the intelligent household equipment when the parameters of the physical space environment reach preset conditions. The parameters of the physical space environment include brightness, humidity, temperature, noise, environmental safety, environmental noise, current time, various parameters outside the physical space, and the like of the physical space environment. The control action executed on the intelligent household equipment can be a single control action or an interlocked control action. For example, in the first intelligent control mode, when the preset condition is that a water heater is turned on to heat water at 19:00 pm for a user to use water when washing, the control strategy only executes a single control action; for another example, when the preset condition is that the user returns home at 19:00 pm (where the room where the user is located is the physical space environment), in the first control mode, the control strategy may execute the associated control actions on the plurality of first smart home devices at the same time, such as turning on the light, turning up the air conditioner to make the room temperature reach the set value, turning on the water heater, turning on the water dispenser, or even turning on the television, the home theater, etc., and execute the linked control actions. Also, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, in the first smart control mode, the priority of the response user control operation is higher than the control priority of the smart home device based on the first automatic control policy. For example, when the user control operation acts simultaneously with or even contradicts the first automatic control strategy, the controlled smart home device preferentially performs the user control operation. The specific control action can be in various forms according to different controlled specific smart home devices, for example, the control on the lamp can be turning on, turning off, turning on, dimming down, or maintaining the current status; for another example, the security system may sound an alarm when it is monitored that someone enters the physical space environment through an abnormal channel, or even automatically alarm at the same time.
Fig. 1a and 1b schematically show application scenario diagrams according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 1a is an application scenario of a user in a physical space environment, and fig. 1b is an application scenario of monitoring that the user is not in the physical space environment. In this application scenario, the physical space environment is illustrated as a room with physical boundaries for ease of illustration.
As shown in fig. 1a, the smart central control device 400 monitors that a user is in a room, and determines to execute a first smart control mode on a first smart home device in the room. In the first intelligent control mode, the intelligent central control device 400 may control the first intelligent home device according to a preset first automatic control policy, and may adjust the operating state of the first intelligent home device in response to a user control operation. When the intelligent central control device 400 performs control according to the preset first automatic control strategy, the intelligent central control device 400 detects each parameter of the physical space environment in real time. When one or more of the parameters, and/or some combination of the parameters satisfy the predetermined condition of the first control action, the smart central control device 400 executes the first control action, including a separate first control action or an interlocked first control action, on one or more of the first smart home devices. When the intelligent central control device 400 responds to the user control operation, according to the received user operation command, one or more specific intelligent home devices of the user are regulated and controlled in real time, so that the physical parameters in the room are regulated to the degree required by the user in real time.
Fig. 1a is merely an exemplary simple listing of first smart home devices. In practice, the first smart home devices in the physical space environment may be of more variety, and the first smart home devices may have a direct interaction relationship with each other. The intelligent central control device 400 in fig. 1a is only exemplary, and in practice, the intelligent central control device 400 may have a split structure or a single structure.
As shown in fig. 1b, the smart central control device 400 monitors that there is no user in the room, and thus determines to execute the second smart control mode on the second smart home device in the room. In the second intelligent control mode, the intelligent central control device 400 controls the second intelligent home device according to a preset second automatic control strategy, and controls the second intelligent home device to prohibit a response to the user control operation. When the intelligent central control apparatus 400 performs control according to the preset second automatic control strategy, the intelligent central control apparatus 400 detects each parameter of the physical space environment in real time. When one or more of the parameters, and/or some combination of the parameters satisfy the predetermined condition of the second control action, the smart central control device 400 executes the second control action, including a separate second control action or an interlocked second control action, on one or more of the second smart home devices.
In the application scenario, the first smart home device and the second smart home device may be the same smart home device or different smart home devices. The predetermined condition of the first control operation and the predetermined condition of the second control operation may be the same or different. For example, the temperature of the room may be set to 20 ℃ regardless of whether there is a user in the room.
In the above application scenario, when the user leaves the room, the control mode of the smart home device by the smart central control device 400 is switched from the first smart mode to the second smart mode. At this time, the intelligent central control device 400 detects various parameters in the room, and adjusts the second intelligent home device according to the predetermined condition of the second control action, so that the parameters in the room reach the predetermined value in the second intelligent control mode. Correspondingly, when the user returns to the room, the control mode of the smart home device by the smart central control device 400 is switched from the second smart mode to the first smart mode. At this time, the intelligent central control device 400 adjusts the first intelligent device according to the predetermined condition of the first control action by detecting each parameter in the room; meanwhile, the smart central control device 400 responds to the user operation at the same time, combines the first automatic control strategy with the user response control operation, and regulates and controls the smart home devices to change the parameters in the room.
Fig. 2 schematically shows a flowchart of a control method of smart home devices according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, a method for controlling smart home devices according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes:
step S110, monitoring whether a user exists in the physical space environment;
step S120, determining an intelligent control mode based on the monitoring result;
step S130, controlling the state change of at least one intelligent household device in the physical space environment based on the intelligent control mode;
wherein,
determining a first intelligent control mode based on a first monitoring result representing that a user is in the physical space environment; controlling at least one first intelligent household device to be in a state capable of responding to user control operation in the first intelligent control mode;
determining a second intelligent control mode based on a second monitoring result representing that the physical space environment does not have the user; and controlling at least one second intelligent household device to be in a state of forbidding to respond to the control operation of the user in the second intelligent control mode.
Whether this embodiment has the user through real time monitoring in this physical space environment, confirms which kind of intelligent control mode to adopt intelligent home equipment to based on the change of state of this at least one intelligent home equipment of intelligent control mode control in this physical space environment that should confirm, thereby more diversified and individualized to intelligent home equipment's control, make the operation control of intelligent house adapt to multiple scene more.
Specifically, when the intelligent central control device 400 monitors that a user exists in a physical space environment, a first monitoring result representing that the user exists in the physical space environment is obtained, and a first intelligent control mode needs to be executed on the first intelligent home device is determined based on the first monitoring result; and controlling at least one first smart home device in a first smart mode, wherein the at least one first smart home device is in a state capable of responding to user control operations.
The first monitoring result of this embodiment represents that there is a user in the physical space environment, and the specific presentation form of the first monitoring result may have any of various forms, and is specifically related to the monitoring means.
In this embodiment, when it is monitored that the user exists in the physical space environment, the first intelligent control mode that the user exists is executed on the intelligent home device. The first intelligent control mode comprises a preset first automatic control strategy and a link responding to user operation. The first automatic control strategy is a preset strategy that a user exists in the physical space environment, and specifically, the corresponding control strategy is executed when the parameters of the physical space environment reach a preset condition.
In this embodiment, at least one first smart home device is in a state capable of responding to a user control operation in the first smart control mode. By enabling the first intelligent household equipment to be in a state capable of responding to user control operation, when a preset first automatic control strategy cannot meet the requirements of people, the first intelligent household equipment which a user wants to control can be controlled through the user control operation, and therefore parameters of a physical space environment reach the degree desired by the user. The control operation of the user can be expressed in various forms, for example, the user can send out own real-time requirements in various forms such as voice, the control requirements of the user are responded by identifying the control operation sent by the user in the first intelligent control mode, and then the corresponding first intelligent home equipment is controlled to act according to the control operation of the user. According to the embodiment, an interaction strategy which is more natural and close to that of ordinary people can be realized by controlling the intelligent household equipment, so that new requirements of the user can be fed back quickly and dynamically interacted in time, the new requirements of the user can be met, individuation and diversification of control of the intelligent household equipment are realized, and the real-time state of the intelligent household equipment is matched with the real-time requirements of the user.
Similarly, when the intelligent central control device 400 monitors that no user exists in the physical space environment, a second monitoring result representing that no user exists in the physical space environment is obtained;
determining that a second intelligent control mode needs to be executed on second intelligent household equipment based on the second monitoring result; and controlling at least one second smart home device in a second smart mode, wherein the at least one second smart home device is in a state capable of responding to user control operations.
The second monitoring result of this embodiment represents that no user exists in the physical space environment, and the specific presentation form of the second monitoring result is related to the monitoring means.
In this embodiment, when it is monitored that the user is not in the physical space environment, the second intelligent control mode in which the user leaves is executed for the smart home device. At this time, the second smart home devices forbid responding to the user operation, and only perform automatic control operation according to a preset second automatic control strategy, so that the physical parameters in the physical space environment are in a proper state where the user leaves, and meanwhile, the corresponding second smart home devices are in a most energy-saving state.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flowchart of a method of step S130 in the first intelligent control mode according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
step S1311: controlling at least one first smart home device to be adjusted from a first device state to a second device state based on a first automatic control strategy so as to change parameters of the physical space environment;
step S1312: and loading the user response module so that when the control operation of the user for any first intelligent household equipment in the physical space environment is obtained, the first intelligent household equipment corresponding to the control operation is controlled to be adjusted from the second equipment state to the third equipment state in response to the control operation.
In this embodiment, in the first intelligent control mode, the first smart home devices are adjusted from the first device state to the second device state based on the first automatic control policy, and the user response module is loaded at the same time, so that when a control operation command of a user for any one of the first smart home devices is received, the user response module responds to the control operation of the user, controls the corresponding first smart home devices, and adjusts the corresponding first smart home devices from the second device state to the third device state, so that the parameters of the physical space environment meet the requirements of the user. And when a control operation command of the user for any first intelligent household equipment is not received, continuing to control the first intelligent household equipment based on a first automatic measurement preset in the first intelligent control mode.
In this embodiment, the intelligent central control device 400 responds to the control operation of the user on the first intelligent home device by loading the user response module by itself. For example, the user may send a control instruction to the user response module by sending an instruction to the intelligent central control device 400 through the electronic device or by directly operating the intelligent central control device 400, and the user response module identifies the control instruction of the user and controls the first smart home device to execute a corresponding control action according to the control instruction. Through the mode, on the one hand, the intelligent central control device 400 can control the running state of each first intelligent household device in real time, and on the other hand, under certain conditions, the intelligent central control device 400 can control one or more of the first intelligent household devices in a linkage mode or optimally control one or more of the first intelligent household devices, so that the physical environment parameters meet the requirements of users, and meanwhile, the effects of energy conservation, high efficiency and the like can be achieved. For example, when the control operation command of the user is "turn down the temperature", in this case, the smart central control device 400 may perform an operation of turning down the temperature of the air conditioner after responding to the control operation of the user, or may select to open a window to ventilate and turn off the air conditioner when the external environment of the physical space environment is cool.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a flowchart of a method of step S130 in the first intelligent control mode according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
step S1321: controlling the at least one first smart home device to be adjusted from a first device state to a second device state based on a first automatic control strategy so as to change parameters of a physical space environment;
step S1322: and controlling the at least one first smart home device to enable the user response module of the at least one first smart home device, so that each first smart home device responds to the control operation when obtaining the control operation of the user in the physical space environment, and controls the at least one first smart home device to adjust from the second device state to the third device state.
In this embodiment, in the first intelligent control mode, the first intelligent home device is adjusted from the first device state to the second device state based on the first automatic control policy, and the at least one first intelligent home device is controlled to enable the user response module of the first intelligent home device. In this way, when the first automatic control strategy cannot meet the requirements of the user, the user can send a control operation instruction for the specific first intelligent home device, and the user response module on the first intelligent home device controls the first intelligent home device to adjust from the second device state to the third device state.
In this embodiment, the smart central control device 400 controls the first smart home devices to load the user response modules respectively, so as to respond to the control operation of the user on the first smart home devices. In this way, after the first smart home device completes the loading of the user response module, the first smart home device can directly respond to the control of the user, that is, the first smart home device can directly recognize the control instruction of the user and execute the control operation of the user. This way, the burden of the intelligent central control device 400 can be reduced, and the control operation efficiency of the user-specific first smart home device can also be improved.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in the first intelligent control mode, when the control operation of the user response module and the first automatic control strategy on any one of the first intelligent home devices conflicts, the control priority of the user response module for any one of the first intelligent home devices is higher than the control priority of the user response module for any one of the first intelligent home devices based on the first automatic control strategy. For example, when the smart central control device 400 loads the user response module, any control operation performed by the user response module in response to the operation instruction of the user has priority over the control operation performed by the first automatic control policy on any first smart home device; under the condition that the first intelligent household equipment loads the user response module, any control operation performed by the user response module in response to the operation instruction of the user is prior to the control operation of the first intelligent household equipment by the first automatic control strategy. By the method, the running state of any first intelligent household equipment and the parameters of the physical space environment changed from the running state can be matched with the requirements of the user in real time.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a flowchart of a method at the first smart control mode step S130 according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, including:
step S1331: when a predetermined condition of a first control action for the first smart home device is satisfied based on the first automatic control strategy
Judging whether the first control action is executed based on the control of the user response module or not;
step S1332: if the first control action is executed based on the control of the user response module, the first intelligent household equipment is not controlled to execute the first control action any more;
step S1333: and if the first control action is not executed based on the control of the user response module, controlling the first intelligent household equipment to execute the first control action.
In this embodiment, based on the first automatic control policy, before the first smart home device is to be controlled when a predetermined condition of the first control action is met, it is determined whether the same control action is executed through the control of the user response module before the first smart home device is controlled. If the same control action is judged to be executed through the control of the user response module, the first control action is not executed repeatedly; and conversely if the same control action has not been performed by the control of the user response module, the first control action is continued. For example, when the first control action preset is to close the window by 18:00 pm based on the first automatic control strategy, if the user has closed the window before that, the first control action to close the window is not performed; on the contrary, if the user does not close the window before that, the first control action of closing the window is performed. By the method, the intelligent household equipment can be prevented from repeatedly executing the control action, or the intelligent household equipment can be prevented from executing the opposite control action due to insufficient instruction recognition capability. For example, for a type of smart home device, the on and off commands are identical, and the type of smart home device switches to the on state after detecting the on/off command in the off state, and switches to the off state after detecting the on/off command in the on state. Therefore, in the case where the first control action is performed in response to the control of the user for such smart home devices, if the same first control action is performed again, the opposite result is caused.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, controlling the state change of the at least one second smart home device in the physical space environment based on the second smart control mode includes controlling the at least one second smart home device to adjust from the first device state to the second device state based only on the second automatic control strategy. In the control mode, the second intelligent household equipment forbids response to user operation, and automatically controls and operates according to a preset second automatic control strategy, so that physical parameters in the physical space environment are in a proper state where the user leaves, and meanwhile, the corresponding second intelligent household equipment is in a most energy-saving state.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the controlling the state change of the at least one second smart home device in the physical space environment based on the second smart control mode may further include verifying user identity information, and controlling the at least one second smart home device in the physical space environment based on a verification result that the identity verification passes. When no user exists in the physical space environment, the user with specific identity and passing the identity authentication is allowed to carry out necessary remote control on the second intelligent household equipment so as to deal with limited special situations. For example, in the second control mode, when the security system alarms, the user whose identity is verified can remotely obtain real-time information in the physical space environment through the intelligent central control device 400, the camera device, and the like, and determine whether there is a theft event, whether to alarm immediately, and the like. For another example, if someone knocks the door of the room but no one is in the room, the user who passes the authentication in this case can remotely obtain the information of the knocker through the intelligent central control device 400, the camera device at the door opening, and the like, so as to determine whether the coming person is a guest or a courier; if the coming person is a familiar guest, friend or the like, the user who passes the authentication can open the door through remote control setting or the like of the intelligent central control device 400, so that the guest enters the house or the like. In this embodiment, the user identity information is verified to enable a specific user to obtain a remote control right for the at least one second smart home device. In this embodiment, the user who passes the identity verification is a specific user who needs to be registered and authenticated in the smart central control device 400 in advance, for example, the owner of a registered and authenticated family, and other users who do not pass the identity verification at home, such as children, do not have the right to remotely control the second smart home device. The embodiment facilitates users to timely deal with some emergency situations when leaving home, and further enhances the humanization of intelligent household equipment control.
