技术领域
本发明涉及科研用四晶胞金属管。
背景技术
汽车结构件在高速碰撞过程中吸能特性是碰撞安全研究的基础。薄壁金属管是汽车的基本结构,也是碰撞时的主要吸能结构。薄壁金属管在受到轴向载荷碰撞时会产生不同变形模式来吸收和耗散能量,保障车辆及乘客的安全。因此,关于薄壁金属管在高速碰撞过程中吸能特性的研究是汽车碰撞安全方面的基础。国内外对于薄壁金属管的研究主要集中在方管与圆管吸能特性的研究,而对于锥形管的碰撞吸能、特别是带有晶胞的锥形管能量吸收特性的还没有研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种科研用四晶胞金属管,弥补薄壁金属管研究中的空白。
本科研用四晶胞金属管,主体为锥形薄壁管,在主体内设置有“十”字形的管壁,管壁从主体顶端延伸到底端;主体中部设置有内凹的预制变形槽;预制变形槽的上方设置有上加速度传感器,预制变形槽的下方设置有下加速度传感器,上加速度传感器和下加速度传感器均设置有传出信号的导线。
主体的锥度为0.3。
主体壁厚与高度的比值为1:15~1:30。
主体壁厚与高度的比值为1:25。
预制变形槽为连续的环形槽或者断续的环形槽。
预制变形槽的横截面为三角形。
由于锥管与刚性墙接触时,其锥管外径要比圆管的小,导致锥管的强度降低,比外径较大的圆管更容易被压缩,相应产生较小的初始峰值载荷。因此,在薄壁管的碰撞吸能过程中,与圆管相比,锥管提高了薄壁管的比吸能。锥度为0.3的锥管在斜碰过程中,随着斜碰偏角的减小,在加载速度方向的分力增加,使得初始峰值载荷升高,比吸能增大。因此,锥度为0.3时为最优。在增加预制变形槽后,变形先在预制变形槽处发生,变形方向、变形过程变得可控,进一步提高了四晶胞锥管的吸能性能。在不同部位设置加速度传感器后,可测试不同部位在变形过程中的速度变化,进而检测出实际变形过程,为科研提供了更好的基础。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,科研用四晶胞金属管,主体1为锥形薄壁管,在主体1内设置有“十”字形的管壁2,管壁2从主体1顶端延伸到底端;主体1中部设置有内凹的预制变形槽3;预制变形槽3的上方设置有上加速度传感器5,预制变形槽3的下方设置有下加速度传感器6,上加速度传感器5和下加速度传感器6均设置有传出信号的导线7。主体1的锥度为0.3。主体1壁厚与高度的比值为1:15~1:30,比值最优为1:25。预制变形槽3为连续的环形槽或者断续的环形槽。预制变形槽3的横截面为三角形。
建立四晶胞锥管有限元模型,并对有限元模型进行碰撞仿真分析,得到碰撞仿真后的变形模式。四晶胞锥管变形更加匀称,这是由于四晶胞锥管在碰撞过程中所受载荷分布均匀。在增加预制变形槽3后,变形先在预制变形槽3处发生,变形方向、变形过程变得可控,进一步提高了四晶胞锥管的吸能性能。在不同部位设置加速度传感器后,可测试不同部位在变形过程中的速度变化,进而检测出实际变形过程,为科研提供了更好的基础。

1.科研用四晶胞金属管,其特征在于:主体(1)为锥形薄壁管,在主体(1)内设置有“十”字形的管壁(2),管壁(2)从主体(1)顶端延伸到底端;主体(1)中部设置有内凹的预制变形槽(3);预制变形槽(3)的上方设置有上加速度传感器(5),预制变形槽(3)的下方设置有下加速度传感器(6),上加速度传感器(5)和下加速度传感器(6)均设置有传出信号的导线(7)。
