Detailed Description
FIG. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a rack 100 according to one embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic exploded view of the rack 100 shown in fig. 1. The rack 100 may include a rack 100, a frame 120, and two slide rails 130. The shelf 110 is detachably disposed in the frame 120 to facilitate cleaning of the shelf 110. The two slide rails 130 are symmetrically disposed at both left and right sides of the frame 120 of the rack 100 so as to facilitate the removal of the articles located at the rear end of the shelf 110.
The shelf 110 is detachably arranged in the frame 120, and the slide rails 130 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the frame 120, so that the shelf 110 is convenient to clean, articles at the rear end of the shelf 110 are convenient to take out, the user experience is improved, and the practicability of the rack 100 is improved on the basis of simple structure of the rack 100.
Fig. 3 is a schematic configuration diagram of the frame 120 shown in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 3, the frame 120 may include four frames facing each other. The four frames are respectively a front side frame 121, a rear side frame 123, a left side frame 122, and a right side frame 124, which can prevent the shelf 110 from moving in the horizontal direction. Each of the rims has a bottom edge extending horizontally and inwardly from its bottom edge, a front bottom edge 1211, a rear bottom edge 1231, a left bottom edge 1221, and a right bottom edge 1241, respectively. The shelf 110 is placed on each bottom edge to facilitate the removal of the shelf 110.
In some preferred embodiments, the longitudinal dimension of the front side rim 121 of the frame 120 may be greater than the longitudinal dimension of the other rims, and the falling of the articles placed on the shelf 110 may be avoided. In some embodiments, the front side frame 121 may extend in a lateral direction and a longitudinal direction. In other embodiments, the front side frame 121 may extend obliquely outward in the lateral and longitudinal directions, and the front side frame 121 may also serve as a handle for drawing the shelf 110 to facilitate drawing of the rack 100 in the storage compartment 211 of the refrigerator 200. The longitudinal dimension of the front side frame 121 may be 8-15 mm, such as 8mm, 12mm or 15mm. The longitudinal dimensions of the left side frame 122 and the right side frame 124 of the frame body 120 may also be set to be equal to the longitudinal dimension of the front side frame 121 to prevent the articles placed on the shelf 110 from falling from the left and right sides of the shelf 110 during the drawing of the shelf 110.
In some embodiments, the left and right bottom edges 1221, 1241 may also have a fold extending downwardly from their inboard edges for secure connection with the slide rail 130. The front side edge of each bending part is provided with an extending part which extends outwards in an inclined way, so that the left and right sliding rails 130 can be shielded, and the overall aesthetic property of the rack 100 is improved. Specifically, the left bottom edge 1221 has a left bent portion 1222 extending downward from an inner side edge thereof, and a left extending portion 1223 extending obliquely outward from a front side edge of the left bent portion 1222. The right bottom edge 1241 has a right bent portion 1242 extending downward from an inner side edge thereof and a right extending portion 1243 extending obliquely outward from a front side edge of the right bent portion 1242. The bending part and the extending part can be in smooth transition connection. The connection mode of the sliding rail 130 and the bending portion can be a threaded connection, an adhesive connection or other connection modes. The sliding rail 130 can be a steel ball type steel rail, and has the advantages of simple installation and large bearing capacity.
In some preferred embodiments, the frame 120 may be made of an aluminum alloy, which may ensure that the frame 120 has sufficient strength to support the shelf 110, and may further improve the texture and aesthetic properties of the rack 100. The frame 120 may be made of high-strength and high-plasticity materials such as high-quality steel. The frame 120 can be manufactured by stamping and bending processes, has high processing precision, can avoid the shaking of the shelf 110 caused by the flattening of the upper surface part of the bottom edge, has high production efficiency, and saves materials and energy. The shelf 110 may be made of a material commonly used for refrigerator shelves such as PMMA or PC.
Based on the rack 100 of any of the foregoing embodiments, the present invention may also provide a refrigerator 200. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural view of a refrigerator 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, the refrigerator 200 may include a cabinet 210 defining a storage compartment 211 and a door 220 for opening or closing the cabinet 210. The rack 100 is drawably disposed in the storage compartment 211. In the illustrated embodiment, three racks 100 are disposed in the case 210, and the case 210 is defined as five storage compartments by the racks 100, wherein two storage compartments located at the uppermost side may be used as a refrigerating compartment, and three storage compartments located at the lower side may be used as a freezing compartment.
