本发明公开了一种轮廓灯,其特征在于包括:由截面为U型的长条状铝型材构成的灯体(1)、采用高分子硅胶材料整体灌封在灯体(1)内的基板(2)、设置于基板(2)上的至少一个LED光源(3)、设于灯体(1)上端的透光罩(4)、设置于灯体(1)上适配并供所述透光罩(4)嵌入所述灯体(1)内的密封条(5)、设于灯体(1)两端的端盖(6)和设置于灯体(1)两侧的散热片(7);该模块灯具有防水性好、抗老化等优点,适合大规模推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种照明设备,具体为一种轮廓灯。
背景技术
LED灯具有质优、耐用、节能等特点,广泛应用于各个领域,现有的LED轮廓灯只有一根透明的外管,经风吹日晒后会老化出现缝隙,遇有暴雨或安装在河边时,水便浸入管内,轻则慢慢腐蚀电路板,重则当场短路并烧坏发光二极管,因此,需要设计出一种防水性好、抗老化的LED轮廓灯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种轮廓灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种轮廓灯,其特征在于包括:由截面为U型的长条状铝型材构成的灯体(1)、采用高分子硅胶材料整体灌封在灯体(1)内的基板(2)、设置于基板(2)上的至少一个LED光源(3)、设于灯体(1)上端的透光罩(4)、设置于灯体(1)上适配并供所述透光罩(4)嵌入所述灯体(1)内的密封条(5)、设于灯体(1)两端的端盖(6)和设置于灯体(1)两侧的散热片(7)。
优选的,所述端盖(6)与灯体(1)之间通过螺栓固定连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该轮廓灯的基板通过高分子硅胶材料灌封在灯体上且透光罩通过密封条安装在灯体上,防水效果显著,适合大规模推广。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案如下:一种轮廓灯,其特征在于包括:由截面为U型的长条状铝型材构成的灯体(1)、采用高分子硅胶材料整体灌封在灯体(1)内的基板(2)、设置于基板(2)上的至少一个LED光源(3)、设于灯体(1)上端的透光罩(4)、设置于灯体(1)上适配并供所述透光罩(4)嵌入灯体(1)内的密封条(5)、设于灯体(1)两端的端盖(6)和设置于灯体(1)两侧的散热片(7),端盖(6)与灯体(1)之间通过螺栓固定连接,该LED轮廓灯的灯体(1)由铝制作,抗老化,基板(2)通过高分子硅胶材料灌封在灯体(1)上能有效防水,透光罩(4)通过密封条(4)安装在灯体上加强了防水效果;因此该轮廓灯具有防水性好、抗老化等优点,适合大规模推广。

1.一种轮廓灯,其特征在于包括:由截面为U型的长条状铝型材构成的灯体(1)、采用高分子硅胶材料整体灌封在灯体(1)内的基板(2)、设置于基板(2)上的至少一个LED光源(3)、设于灯体(1)上端的透光罩(4)、设置于灯体(1)上适配并供所述透光罩(4)嵌入所述灯体(1)内的密封条(5)、设于灯体(1)两端的端盖(6)和设置于灯体(1)两侧的散热片(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轮廓灯,其特征在于:所述端盖(6)与灯体(1)之间通过螺栓固定连接。
