本发明公开了一种LED灯,包括:壳体、线路板、LED、驱动电路和散热器,壳体包括固定端和保护罩,壳体的固定端设置有灯头,灯头内设置有驱动电路,驱动电路电气连接到线路板,LED设置在线路板上,壳体设置有散热器,线路板围绕散热器设置,多个线路板相互连接构成带有一个开口的立方体,散热器从开口伸出。本发明一种LED灯,通过将LED排布成立方体,保证各个方向的光照,使得照明方式接近球面放射;通过在将LED围绕散热器排布,保证了LED的热量能快速有效的导出,保证LED的工作稳定。

一种LED灯
技术领域
本发明涉及照明领域,特别是涉及一种LED灯。
背景技术
发光二极管简称LED,是一种能将电能转化为光能的半导体电子元件。这种电子元件早在1962年出现,早期只能发出低光度的红光,之后发展出其他单色光的版本,时至今日能发出的光已遍及可见光、红外线及紫外线,光度也提高到相当的光度。随着技术的不断进步,发光二极管已被广泛地应用于显示器、电视机采光装饰和照明。
由于大功率LED核心体积小,单位体积的比功率较高,发热量大,不采取散热措施轻则影响寿命重则直接烧毁,且现有的LED由于结构限制,通常为单面发光,相比于传统的日光灯和白炽灯灯光的球面辐射,导致LED灯存在正面光照效果好而对周边照明不佳的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种LED灯,通过将LED排布成立方体,保证各个方向的光照,使得照明方式接近球面放射;通过在将LED围绕散热器排布,保证了LED的热量能快速有效的导出,保证LED的工作稳定。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种LED灯,包括:壳体、线路板、LED、驱动电路和散热器,壳体包括固定端和保护罩,壳体的固定端设置有灯头,灯头内设置有驱动电路,驱动电路电气连接到线路板,LED设置在线路板上,壳体设置有散热器,线路板围绕散热器设置,多个线路板相互连接构成带有一个开口的立方体,散热器从开口伸出。
进一步的,散热器为热管,热管截面为正方形,热管一端连接散热鳍片。
进一步的,线路板为正方形,线路板设置有5片并联连接构成一个带一个开口的正方体。
进一步的,线路板为铝基板,线路板尺寸与热管截面尺寸相同。
进一步的,灯头为螺口灯头或插口灯头。
进一步的,保护罩为透明塑料或玻璃。
进一步的,固定端为铝制,固定端连接有散热器的散热鳍片。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种LED灯通过将LED排布成立方体,保证各个方向的光照,使得照明方式接近球面放射;通过在将LED围绕散热器排布,保证了LED的热量能快速有效的导出,保证LED的工作稳定;通过使用热管散热,体积小,热传导效率高,适合小空间高热量的散热。

一种LED3灯,包括:壳体、线路板2、LED3、驱动电路4和散热器5,壳体包括固定端11和保护罩12,壳体的固定端11设置有灯头7,灯头7内设置有驱动电路4,驱动电路4电气连接到线路板2,LED3设置在线路板2上,壳体设置有散热器5,线路板2围绕散热器5设置,多个线路板2相互连接构成带有一个开口的立方体,散热器5从开口伸出。
本实施例中,散热器5为热管,热管截面为正方形,热管一端连接散热鳍片6,壳体的固定端11为铝制,固定端11连接有散热器5的散热鳍片6。
线路板2为正方形,线路板2设置有5片并联连接构成一个带一个开口的正方体,该正方体的内部空间与热管的前端体积相同,线路板2上贴有一个大功率LED3。
线路板2为铝基板,线路板2尺寸与热管截面尺寸相同,保证了线路板2与热管的良好贴合,并使得线路板2围城的六面体可良好的贴合热管,防止空间太小导致热管无法插入或空间太大,使得热管无法良好固定或线路板2无法良好组合,为提高效率,线路板2和热管之间可涂布散热硅脂或使用液态金属。
灯头7为螺口灯头7或插口灯头7,以适应常用的螺纹或插口灯座。
保护罩12为透明塑料或玻璃,保护罩12可设置成传统的灯泡状或球状,为保证光线均匀,可对外壳进行磨砂处理。
本发明的有益效果是:
通过将LED排布成立方体,保证各个方向的光照,使得照明方式接近球面放射;
通过在将LED围绕散热器排布,保证了LED的热量能快速有效的导出,保证LED的工作稳定;
通过使用热管散热,体积小,热传导效率高,适合小空间高热量的散热。

1.一种LED灯,其特征在于,包括:壳体、线路板、LED、驱动电路和散热器,所述壳体包括固定端和保护罩,所述壳体的固定端设置有灯头,所述灯头内设置有驱动电路,所述驱动电路电气连接到线路板,所述LED设置在线路板上,所述壳体设置有散热器,线路板围绕散热器设置,多个所述线路板相互连接构成带有一个开口的立方体,所述散热器从开口伸出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述散热器为热管,所述热管截面为正方形,热管一端连接散热鳍片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述线路板为正方形,所述线路板设置有5片并联连接构成一个带一个开口的正方体。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述线路板为铝基板,线路板尺寸与热管截面尺寸相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述灯头为螺口灯头或插口灯头。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述保护罩为透明塑料或玻璃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED灯,其特征在于,所述固定端为铝制,固定端连接有散热器的散热鳍片。
