The horizontal water sealed tank adopts the rotatable water sealed cover, when the water sealed cover rotates to the top end of the smoke inlet, the water seal can be established between the water sealed cover and the smoke inlet, the tank body and the smoke outlet due to the pressure difference between the smoke inlet, the smoke outlet and the smoke outlet, and the cutting off of a pipeline is realized. When the water seal cover rotates to the side face of the smoke inlet, smoke can directly enter the smoke outlet from the smoke inlet, and the pressure drop of the smoke passing through the water seal tank is greatly reduced.
