Background
The commonly used gas on-off switches belong to valves, have complex structures, and need to be pulled by hands or rotated by hand wheels when used every time. The cannon wiping device needs to operate the cannon brush by hand to realize cannon wiping activity, if a pneumatic valve switch is adopted, the cannon brush needs to be put down to trigger the valve, then the cannon brush is picked up to work or two persons need to work cooperatively, so that the cannon wiping device is extremely inconvenient to operate, and wastes time and labor.

A foot control switch is adopted, and a base supporting block 3 is fixed on a base bottom plate 2 through a screw 5 to form a base. The pedal plate 1 is connected with the base supporting block 3 through a pedal rotating shaft bolt 6, through holes are formed in the pedal plate 1 and the base supporting block 3, a sealing gasket 4,O-shaped sealing ring 8 is arranged between two adjacent through holes of the pedal plate 1 and the base supporting block 3 and embedded between the sealing gasket 4 and the base supporting block 3, and the sealing effect is achieved.
When the pedal 1 is stepped, the pedal 1 rotates along the bolt rotating shaft 6, and when the through hole in the pedal 1 is aligned with the air hole in the base supporting block 3, the air passage is communicated. Similarly, the pedal plate 1 is rotated reversely, so that the air holes in the pedal plate 1 are staggered with the air holes in the base support block, and the air path is disconnected.

The novel foot pedal comprises a foot pedal body 1, a base bottom plate 2, a base supporting block 3, a sealing gasket 4, a screw 5, a rotating shaft bolt 6, a nut 7, a 8.O-shaped sealing ring 9, foot pedal antiskid gauze 10, base antiskid gauze 11 and an air pipe connector.

Detailed Description
The invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawing figures:
a pneumatic pedal control switch comprises a pedal plate 1, a base bottom plate 2, a base supporting plate 3, a sealing gasket 4, a screw 5, a rotating shaft bolt 6, a nut 7, an O-shaped sealing ring 8, pedal plate anti-skidding gauze 9, base anti-skidding gauze 10 and a gas pipe joint 11.
The pedal 1 is a T-shaped structural plate and consists of a vertical plate and a transverse plate. The transverse plate is a place where the feet trample, and the pedal antiskid gauze 9 is stuck on the transverse plate; the vertical plate is provided with a connecting hole 1-1 and a vent hole 1-2; the connecting hole 1-1 is used for connecting a rotating shaft bolt 6 for connecting the pedal 1 and the base support plate 3.
The pedal 1 can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise around the rotating shaft bolt 6, and when the vent hole on the vertical plate of the pedal 1 is superposed with the vent hole on the base support plate 3, the air path is communicated; when the vent hole on the vertical plate of the pedal 1 is staggered with the vent hole on the base support plate 3, the air path is disconnected.
The base consists of a base bottom plate 2 and two base supporting plates 3. The base supporting plate 3 is fixedly connected with the base bottom plate 2 through a screw 5. The base supporting plate 3 is of a triangular structure, three corners are respectively provided with a connecting hole 3-1, two connecting holes 3-3, the middle is provided with a threaded hole 3-2, and the vertical surface is provided with a screw connecting hole 3-4.
The connecting hole 3-1 is used for a through hole of a rotating shaft bolt 6, the two connecting holes 3-3 are used for connecting the two base supporting plates 3 through bolts, the outer sides of threaded holes 3-2 in the base supporting plates 3 are connected with a gas pipe joint 11, a sealing gasket 4 is arranged on the inner side, and an O-shaped sealing ring 8 is arranged between the sealing gasket 4 and the base supporting plates 3, so that good sealing of a gas circuit is realized. The connection holes 3-3 are used for bolt connection between the two base support plates 3.
The sealing gasket 4 is of a non-metal flange structure, the boss is provided with threads and is connected with a threaded hole in the supporting plate 3, and an O-shaped sealing ring 8 is arranged on the contact surface between the sealing gasket 4 and the supporting plate 3 to play a role in sealing the gas circuit.
The base bottom plate is stuck with a base antiskid gauze 10.
An included angle a between a connecting line of the circle center of the vent hole 1-2 on the pedal plate 1 and the circle center of the connecting hole 1-1 and the normal direction of the transverse plate of the pedal plate 1 is an acute angle.
The pedal 1 can rotate clockwise or anticlockwise around the rotating shaft bolt 6, and when the transverse plate of the pedal 1 inclines downwards at an angle a, the vent hole on the transverse plate is aligned with the middle hole of the bottom sealing gasket 4.

The pedal 1 and the two base supporting plates 3 are connected through the connecting holes 1-1 and the connecting holes 3-1 by the rotating shaft bolt 6, the rotating shaft bolt 6 forms a rotating shaft, and the two supporting plates are firmly connected through the other two connecting holes 3-3 by the rotating shaft bolt 6. The pedal 1 is rotated, the vent holes 1-1 of the vertical plate are superposed with the vent holes of the two support blocks 3, and the gas circuit is communicated; when the pedal 1 is rotated reversely, the vent holes 1-1 on the vertical plate and the vent holes on the two supporting plates 3 are completely staggered, and the gas circuit is disconnected.
