本发明涉及柴油发动机散热技术领域,尤其涉及一种柴油发动机高温散热器。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种柴油发动机高温散热器,包括主导热铜管和辅助导热铜管,主导热铜管和辅助导热铜管通过散热铜片组连接在一起,散热铜片组由若干散热铜片组成角度为300度的圆柱形结构,散热铜片组外部还设有保护外壳,散热铜片组内部设有散热风扇,主导热铜管下部与两个第一导热铜柱连接,辅助导热铜管下部与两个第二导热铜柱连接,两个第一导热铜柱和两个第二导热铜柱通过导热铜块连接在一起。本发明的优点是:可以效解决柴油发动机中温度过高的技术问题,确保柴油发动机运行的安全性和稳定性,增长柴油发动机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及柴油发动机散热技术领域,尤其涉及一种柴油发动机高温散热器。
背景技术
柴油发动机是燃烧柴油来获取能量释放的发动机。柴油发动机的优点是功率大、经济性能好。也正是由于柴油发动机的功率比较大,因此在柴油发动机的使用过程中所产生的热量也比较大,因此关于柴油发动机的散热问题也值得人们重视,特别是在一些发热量比较大的主要部位,有必要的情况下甚至需要单独对其进行散热处理以保证柴油发动机的正常使用。
传统的散热方式一般是通过冷却液来进行散热的,但是散热效果极其有限,对于一些发热量大的部件的效果更是微乎其微,如何解决这个技术问题是本发明所要考虑的内容。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种柴油发动机高温散热器,可以有效解决柴油发动机在使用过程中局部位置过热,散热不及时将可能使柴油发动机的性能产生影响的技术问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种柴油发动机高温散热器,其特征在于:包括主导热铜管和辅助导热铜管,所述主导热铜管和所述辅助导热铜管通过散热铜片组连接在一起,所述散热铜片组由若干散热铜片组成角度为300度的圆柱形结构,所述散热铜片组外部还设有保护外壳,所述散热铜片组内部设有散热风扇,所述主导热铜管下部与两个第一导热铜柱连接,所述辅助导热铜管下部与两个第二导热铜柱连接,所述两个第一导热铜柱和所述两个第二导热铜柱通过导热铜块连接在一起。
进一步的,所述主导热铜管和所述辅助导热铜管通过焊接的方式与所述散热铜片组连接在一起。
进一步的,所述主导热铜管的直径大于所述辅助导热铜管的直径。
进一步的,所述主导热铜管的直径大于所述第二导热铜柱的直径;所述辅助导热铜管的直径大于所述第一导热铜柱的直径。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明具有更好的散热效果,可以效解决柴油发动机中温度过高的技术问题,确保柴油发动机运行的安全性和稳定性,增长柴油发动机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,一种柴油发动机高温散热器,可以有效解决柴油发动机在正常运行时产生的高温不易散的技术问题,提高柴油发动机的使用寿命,增强它的安全性。本发明包括主导热铜管1和辅助导热铜管2,主导热铜管1将柴油发动机的热量导入到散热结构中进行散热,辅助导热铜管2起到辅助散热的做用,用来辅助主导热铜管的散热。所述主导热铜管1和所述辅助导热铜管2通过散热铜片组3连接在一起,所述散热铜片组3由若干散热铜片组成角度为300度的圆柱形结构,形成缺口的部分可以利用空气的流通性来进行更好的散热,对整体的散热有一定的协助作用。所述散热铜片组3外部还设有保护外壳7,用来保护散热铜管的表面,对散热铜片组3的结构也有一定的加强做用。所述散热铜片组3内部设有散热风扇8,在散热铜片3的内部设置这个散热风扇8可以使散热从内向外吹风,对散热效果起到了决定性的改变,大大提高了散热性能。所述主导热铜管1下部与两个第一导热铜柱5连接,所述辅助导热铜管2下部与两个第二导热铜柱6连接,所述两个第一导热铜柱5和所述两个第二导热铜柱6通过导热铜块4连接在一起,导热铜块4与柴油发动机的发热部分在一起,直径将柴油发动机中产生的热量导出,然后再经过第一导热铜柱5和第二导热铜柱将热量分别传递给主导热铜管1和辅助导热铜管2,使其进行整体的散热。
作为优选,所述主导热铜管1和所述辅助导热铜管2通过焊接的方式与所述散热铜片组3连接在一起,使整体的散热结构具有一个更牢固的状态,使散热解决强度更高,使其使用寿命更长。
作为优选,所述主导热铜管的直径大于所述辅助导热铜管的直径,使主导热铜管2有更大的吸热空间,可以吸收更多的热量,进一步再进行散热,确保可以将足够多的热量进行散热处理。
作为优选,所述主导热铜管1的直径大于所述第二导热铜柱6的直径;所述辅助导热铜管2的直径大于所述第一导热铜柱5的直径,同样是为了将导出的热量通过直径更大的铜管进行散热,使散热效果更好,散热效率更大。

1.一种柴油发动机高温散热器,其特征在于:包括主导热铜管(1)和辅助导热铜管(2),所述主导热铜管(1)和所述辅助导热铜管(2)通过散热铜片组(3)连接在一起,所述散热铜片组(3)由若干散热铜片组成角度为300度的圆柱形结构,所述散热铜片组(3)外部还设有保护外壳(7),所述散热铜片组(3)内部设有散热风扇(8),所述主导热铜管(1)下部与两个第一导热铜柱(5)连接,所述辅助导热铜管(2)下部与两个第二导热铜柱(6)连接,所述两个第一导热铜柱(5)和所述两个第二导热铜柱(6)通过导热铜块(4)连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油发动机高温散热器,其特征在于:所述主导热铜管(1)和所述辅助导热铜管(2)通过焊接的方式与所述散热铜片组(3)连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油发动机高温散热器,其特征在于:所述主导热铜管(1)的直径大于所述辅助导热铜管(2)的直径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种柴油发动机高温散热器,其特征在于:所述主导热铜管(1)的直径大于所述第二导热铜柱(6)的直径;所述辅助导热铜管(2)的直径大于所述第一导热铜柱(5)的直径。
