Abstract
本发明公开了一种门体可以多次安装拆卸的门体结构，包括门体和门框，门体处于门框中，所述门体的一侧壁上具有竖直的凸字形凹槽，至少两个连接块的凸字形部插套在凸字形凹槽中，连接块的前部具有两个铰接部，对应的门框的一个内侧壁上具有连接凹槽，连接凹槽中插套有铰接件，铰接件中插套有铰接轴，铰接轴的两端固定在连接凹槽的上下两个侧壁上，铰接件的中部具有凸起部，凸起部处于一个连接块的两个铰接部之间，凸起部通过连接轴与铰接部相连接，门体上固定有手持部。它连接方便，使得门体和门框之间的正面和背面平整美观，而且门体可以多次安装拆卸，可以根据需要调整两个连接块的位置，从而满足不同的安装要求。

技术领域：
本发明涉及门窗设备技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种采用简易连接件的门体结构。
背景技术：
现有的门体安装在门框中，其一般需要通过在门体和门框之间用合页相连接，其安装不仅麻烦，而且使得门体与门框之间连接的一面不平整，影响整体的美观度，而且当门体拆卸后，合页拆卸的地方具有螺栓连接孔，再次安装就不能在原先的螺栓连接孔中连接，需要另找一个部位连接，影响再次安装，而且影响美观度。
发明内容：
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种采用简易连接件的门体结构，它连接方便，使得门体和门框之间的正面和背面平整美观，而且门体可以多次安装拆卸，可以根据需要调整两个连接块的位置，从而满足不同的安装要求。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：
一种采用简易连接件的门体结构，包括门体和门框，门体处于门框中，所述门体的一侧壁上具有竖直的凸字形凹槽，至少两个连接块的凸字形部插套在凸字形凹槽中，连接块的前部具有两个铰接部，对应的门框的一个内侧壁上具有连接凹槽，连接凹槽中插套有铰接件，铰接件中插套有铰接轴，铰接轴的两端固定在连接凹槽的上下两个侧壁上，铰接件的中部具有凸起部，凸起部处于一个连接块的两个铰接部之间，凸起部通过连接轴与铰接部相连接，门体上固定有手持部。
所述凸字形凹槽由门体的顶部向下延伸，凸字形凹槽中插套有底部凸字形块、中部凸字形块和顶部凸字形块，一个连接块处于底部凸字形块与中部凸字形块之间，另一个连接块处于中部凸字形块与顶部凸字形块之间。
所述顶部凸字形块上具有横向通孔，凸字形凹槽的顶部侧壁上具有连接螺孔，紧固螺柱插套在横向通孔中并螺接在连接螺孔中。
所述连接凹槽的内侧壁上固定有聚四氟乙烯耐磨层。
本发明的有益效果在于：
它连接方便，使得门体和门框之间的正面和背面平整美观，而且门体可以多次安装拆卸，可以根据需要调整两个连接块的位置，从而满足不同的安装要求。

具体实施方式：
实施例：见图1至7所示，一种采用简易连接件的门体结构，包括门体10和门框20，门体10处于门框20中，所述门体10的一侧壁上具有竖直的凸字形凹槽11，至少两个连接块12的凸字形部121插套在凸字形凹槽11中，连接块12的前部具有两个铰接部122，对应的门框20的一个内侧壁上具有连接凹槽21，连接凹槽21中插套有铰接件22，铰接件22中插套有铰接轴23，铰接轴23的两端固定在连接凹槽21的上下两个侧壁上，铰接件22的中部具有凸起部24，凸起部24处于一个连接块12的两个铰接部122之间，凸起部24通过连接轴25与铰接部122相连接，门体10上固定有手持部13。
所述凸字形凹槽11由门体10的顶部向下延伸，凸字形凹槽11中插套有底部凸字形块1、中部凸字形块2和顶部凸字形块3，一个连接块12处于底部凸字形块1与中部凸字形块2之间，另一个连接块12处于中部凸字形块2与顶部凸字形块3之间。
所述顶部凸字形块3上具有横向通孔31，凸字形凹槽11的顶部侧壁上具有连接螺孔111，紧固螺柱4插套在横向通孔31中并螺接在连接螺孔111中。
所述连接凹槽21的内侧壁上固定有聚四氟乙烯耐磨层26。
其中，凸起部24上具有竖直螺接通孔241，铰接部122上具有连接通孔124，连接轴25螺接在竖直螺接通孔241中，连接轴25的两端插套在对应的铰接部122的连接通孔124中，完成固定。
其门框20和门体10之间拆卸安装只需要在打开状态下，将连接轴25卸下即可将门体10和门框20拆卸，非常方便，同时，其可以更换不同长度的底部凸字形块1、中部凸字形块2和顶部凸字形块3，从而使得两个连接块12的位置进行调节，满足不同连接位置的要求，而且其拆卸方便，只需要将紧固螺柱4卸下，即可将连接块12、底部凸字形块1、中部凸字形块2和顶部凸字形块3进行拆卸更换，非常方便。

1.一种门体结构，是采用简易连接件的门体结构，该门体结构包括门体（10）和门框（20），门体（10）处于门框（20）中，其特征在于：所述门体（10）的一侧壁上具有竖直的凸字形凹槽（11），至少两个连接块（12）的凸字形部（121）插套在凸字形凹槽（11）中，连接块（12）的前部具有两个铰接部（122），对应的门框（20）的一个内侧壁上具有连接凹槽（21），连接凹槽（21）中插套有铰接件（22），铰接件（22）中插套有铰接轴（23），铰接轴（23）的两端固定在连接凹槽（21）的上下两个侧壁上，铰接件（22）的中部具有凸起部（24），凸起部（24）处于一个连接块（12）的两个铰接部（122）之间，凸起部（24）通过连接轴（25）与铰接部（122）相连接，门体（10）上固定有手持部（13）；
凸起部（24）上具有竖直螺接通孔（241），铰接部（122）上具有连接通孔（124），连接轴（25）螺接在竖直螺接通孔（241）中，连接轴（25）的两端插套在对应的铰接部（122）的连接通孔（124）中，完成固定；
所述凸字形凹槽（11）由门体（10）的顶部向下延伸，凸字形凹槽（11）中插套有底部凸字形块（1）、中部凸字形块（2）和顶部凸字形块（3），一个连接块（12）处于底部凸字形块（1）与中部凸字形块（2）之间，另一个连接块（12）处于中部凸字形块（2）与顶部凸字形块（3）之间。
